Abstract
The theme of this work refers to the relationship between lobbying and democracy in Brazil, with a focus on political practices and strategies. This study aims to map the Brazilian research literature of civil society and lobbying through the repository of CAPES. By employing an integrative literature review, I approach theoretical reflections on the relationship between civil society and the State and studies on lobbying and pressure politics. It seeks to compare the specialized literature on civil society and pressure politics (lobbying) to verify how these studies frame lobbying and the relations between this repertoire and other
types of political organizations or actions.
