Identificação e interveção precoce no transtorno do espectro autista (TEA): uma revisão de escopo
Resumen
This study aimed to analyze what has been produced about Identification and Intervention in
Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in Brazil. Therefore, a scope review has been performed,
based on the procedures recommended by the Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI). In view of the
methodology proposed by JBI, five phases were adopted: 1) definition of the research
question: 2) identification of relevant productions; 3) selection of productions according to
pre-defined criteria; 4) data mapping; 5) grouping, synthesis and results presentation. It is
pointed out that the searches took place in the “Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (BVS)”, “ Portal
de Periódicos of CAPES” and in government portals/websites. For data analysis, a descriptive
analytical structure was used to examine each text and, later, the compilation and presentation
of the results was carried out, with the intention of presenting an overview of all the material,
through a thematic construction. The results signaled important challenges and weaknesses
that permeate the Primary Health Care (ABS), school and family, as well as the strengths
regarding the recognition of risk signs and early intervention, from the articulation of the care
network, use of screening and training instruments professional. It is expected that the results
can help to map the main concepts and elements involved, identify existing gaps and point
them as evidence from documents and reports that guide practice in this field.
