Fatores críticos para integração de cadeias de suprimentos
Abstract
With globalization, advances in technologies and means of production, competitiveness among companies has increased the level of service required. As a result, the market demanded that supply chains be more agile and efficient, integrating to gain competitive advantages. Thus, the objective of this study is to identify which are the critical factors of success and failure in supply chain integration projects through a systematic literature review and supply chain integration after an acquisition of a retail company by another in the same sector. In this way, the impacts of the factors were studied: trust, information sharing, culture and relationship management, profitability, commitment and power. It was possible to identify, in the study, that profitability, culture and relationship management and information sharing were the most critical in the case studied. This work contibutes to the literature by reporting a case of integration in the supply chain of partner companies that went through na acquisition process, ans most studies are focused on integration in contexts of distinct and independent companies; and bringing an aggragated view of the impact of the analyzed constructs and dimensions.
