Abstract
The present work is an experience report that aims to report my experience in the
Institutional Scholarship Program for Iniciation to Teaching, discuss the activities
carried out, as well as their relevance in the initial training of teachers. The reports
presented in the text describe the activities carried out at PIBID and based on
Freire’s conceptions about teacher training. This theme is associated with what the
program proposes. In this way, it was possible to verify that the experience of
being at school and experiencing all the activities it proposes, for example,
working together with teachers, planning and developing activities and
understanding the daily lives of students, was of great importance for my training.
Furthermore, this report emphasizes the teacher that, based on experience, living
and learning, I desire to become.
