Desafios e potencialidades das práticas pedagógicas em escolas ribeirinhas: uma revisão em teses e dissertações
Abstract
This undergraduate thesis seeks, through a bibliographic research based on studies cataloged in the Capes Theses and Dissertations Catalog, to identify the relationship between sociocultural knowledge and the pedagogical practices implemented by teachers in schools located in riverside areas. The analysis of the studies was guided by a reading and document analysis form with the following descriptors and categories: Work Reference (Title; Author; Advisor; Year of Publication; Institution; Academic Degree); Location Characteristics (Location and infrastructure of the riverside school; Regional Characteristics - Cultural Aspects and Socioeconomic Conditions); Practice Characteristics (Target Audience; Relationship with the community; Challenges faced by researchers/teachers in developing pedagogical practices; Other relevant information). The analysis revealed a significant gap in academic production on the topic in Brazil and highlighted that education in these areas faces relevant challenges, including inadequate infrastructure and teacher workload. These factors result in the deprioritization of innovative pedagogical practices in favor of more basic approaches, due to the lack of time, resources, and adequate support.
