In this thesis we studied the coherence and decoherence dynamics of states in a network of dissipative quantum oscillators. The coherence dynamics refers to the swap and recurrence process of states between the oscillators composing the network. These processes become crucial to understand the decoherence dynamics of states in a network of dissipative quantum oscillators. Beyond the weak coupling regime between the oscillators, where the dissipative dynamics is ruled by the usual Liouville operators L`½1;:::;N , associated to each of the ` = 1; :::;N oscillators of the network, we also considered the strong coupling regime. In this regime, the dissipative dynamics is also ruled by cross-decay channels Lm;n½1;:::;N (m 6= n = 1; :::;N) which leads to important consequences to the coherence and decoherence dynamics of quantum states of the network. Considering a network with only two coupled dissipative oscillators, we reproduce in this system the phenomenology of the Eletromagneticaly Induced Transparency or the Dynamical Stark Effect which are typical of the radiation-matter interaction when one of the oscillators is submitted to linear or parametric amplification process, respectively.
