Data analysis showed that Pedagogy course needs to offer conditions to students, professors and others to analyze and question the racial-ethnical treatment, in order to have a theoretical-practical stance towards the racial-ethnical diversity. By means of dialog, theoretical education, reflection, commitment, awareness of the National Curricular Policies Report for the Racial-Ethnical Education and for the History Education and Afro-Brazilian Culture, discipline, among others. This study considers that Pedagogy course is not the only environment, but the central one to search, dialog, research and test the anti- racist Pedagogy allowing professors to have the possibility to reformulate their stances and practices. O Estado constitucional da era Vargas: uma abordagem à luz do pensamento social brasileiro dos anos 30
(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2006-03-29) Silva, Fernanda Xavier da; Villa, Marco Antonio
Starting from the historical context of thirties years occasion of breakdown of the international liberalism and the Brazilian political system we analyzed the constitutions of 1934 and 1937, seeking for an answer to the following question: how two so different states systems could subsist under the same historical context? We tried to understand in which dimension these constitutionals texts were under the influences of the political-and-cultural ambient, and also in which degree they was taken by then the ideologies under discussions. It is important to keep in mind that both Constitutions shared similar rudiments and none of them fit under the usual theoretical label. As an effort to provide this answer, we studied the Brazilian social thought during the thirties years, and face it with the main ideas that figure in these constitutionals letters. As a result, we tried to take out the essentials aspects of these letters, taking them not as just simples juridical texts, but as legislations produced under the influences of a specific political-and-cultural ambient.

The present dissertation made a study of case about media s covering over the paulista s government elections of 2002. Therefore, we made use of the newspapers Folha de S. Paulo and O Estado de S. Paulo in two specific dimensions of bibliographical analysis: 1) the impact of medias on political representation and electoral debate; and 2) the centrality of mass media in the contemporary democratic societies. The central analytical presuppositions used here in order to understand the degree of neutrality, the independence of those medias and its covering strategies, were the conceptions of frame and agenda-setting function, which admit the unintentional power of the mass communication agents in their work of presentation and qualification of subjects that people will transform as public debate s object for a certain period of time. After the analysis of the data collected during the four months that had preceded the elections, it was observed that those pointed out that both periodicals: a) carry different standards of communicating the news; b) display all competitive candidates equally; c) develop an electoral thematic universe which transpass the dispute limits; d) give limits range of news and tend not to interpret those when the subject is approached.
