listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Recomendação semântica de documentos de texto mediante a personalização de agregações OLAP.(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2015-03-23) Berbel, Talita dos Reis Lopes; Gonzalez, Sahudy Montenegro; https://lattes.cnpq.br/9826346918182685; https://lattes.cnpq.br/5079756785405008; Oikawa, Marcio Katsumi; http://lattes.cnpq.br/4438914190540949; Sakata, Tiemi Christine; http://lattes.cnpq.br/3560505262283874With the rapid growth of unstructured data, such as text documents, it becomes more and more interesting and necessary to extract such information to support decision making in business intelligence systems. Recommendations can be used in the OLAP process, because they allow users to have a particular experience in exploiting data. The process of recommendation, together with the possibility of query personalisation, allows recommendations to be increasingly relevant. The main contribution of this work is to propose an effective solution for semantic recommendation of documents through personalisation of OLAP aggregation queries in a data warehousing environment. In order to aggregate and recommend documents, we propose the use of semantic similarity. Domain ontology and the statistical measure of frequency are used in order to verify the similarity between documents. The threshold of similarity between documents in the recommendation process is adjustable and this is the personalisation that provides to the user an interactive way to improve the relevance of the results. The proposed case study is based on articles from PubMed and its domain ontology in order to create a prototype using real data. The results of the experiments are presented and discussed, showing that good recommendations and aggregations are possible with the suggested approach. The results are discussed on the basis of evaluation measures: precision, recall and F1-measure.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Caracterização morfológica, molecular e reprodutiva de híbridos interespecíficos de Arachis na busca de resistência a pragas do amendoim(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2015-03-23) Paula, Ailton Ferreira de; Vigna, Bianca Baccili Zanotto; https://lattes.cnpq.br/1663784979286725; Fávero, Alessandra Pereira; https://lattes.cnpq.br/4329892306148506; https://lattes.cnpq.br/5214484171327849The peanut (Arachis hypogaea) is, worldwide, an important source of protein and oil. Pests and foliar diseases are among the factors that limit the economically sustainable production of peanuts in Brazil. Among the pests, thrips and the rednecked peanutworm are considered important pests in São Paulo State. To decrease the cost of production on the management of these pests, genetic improvement to obtain resistant varieties from wild plants is a viable alternative. The main obstacle in the genetic improvement is that the vast majority of wild species of Arachis is diploid, while the cultivated species is allotetraploid. For the barrier of ploidy between the wild and the cultivated peanut to be broken, it is necessary to obtain interspecific hybrids genome AB. Such hybrids should be treated with colchicine to induce polyploidy and get fertile hybrids with two distinct complete genomes (amphidiploid), which can be crossed with A. hypogaea to get the same or similar genomic constitution of the cultivated species. The aim of the research were to identify hybrids derived from crosses made between wild species with A, B or K genome that are resistant to thrips and the rednecked peanutworm and hybrids from one amphidiploid and A. hypogaea, characterize the hybrids and their parents 1) by microsatellite molecular markers, 2) by pollen viability and 3) by their morphology. The molecular markers were genotyped in polyacrylamide gel with standard 10 base pairs. The viability of pollen grains was used to analyze the data of analysis of variance and mean Tukey test, and morphological data were analyzed by Principal Component Analysis. Six polymorphic microsatellite loci were analyzed in 25 F1 plants, 18 of them result of selfing and six of hybridization with a total of three different hybrid combinations plus four hybrid plants from across between the amphidiploid An 13 and A. hypogaea. The pollen viability data corroborated the molecular analysis in the identification of hybrids, noting that An 13 had high viability of pollen grains and interspecific hybrids had low values when compared to their parents and selfed individuals of progeny. From the 63 morphological descriptors measured the ones from the main axis expressed the most morphological variation observed. Pollen viability of F1 hybrid plants obtained by cross among A. hypogaea and the amphidiploid An 13 was above 76%, showing the possibility of new interesting genes introgression in A. hypogaealistelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Modelo de compartilhamento de localização em redes sociais móveis com garantias de privacidade(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2015-03-23) Rosa, Tiago Antônio; Zorzo, Sérgio Donizetti; https://lattes.cnpq.br/2523715806470871; https://lattes.cnpq.br/4805808810910503Mobile social networks are characterized by the sharing of user context information, such as the location of one’s mobile device, with one’s friends and groups of friends. The location information in a social network enables providers to offer products and services based on geographical area, which is considered either a personal gain or an invasion of privacy by the users who receive these offers. A user sharing location information with a particular friend or group of friends, without social network providers having access to this information, ensures the safety and privacy of the information. This paper presents a model of mobile social networking with privacy guarantees regarding sharing the location of members with groups of friends; it allows users to configure rules that determine to whom, when and where location information can be made available. The model provides three levels of privacy, chosen by the user, using techniques of anonymity and diffusion, which adjust the location to ensure the concealment of the information before it is made available on the social network. The proof of concept of the proposed model, called RSM Privacy, was developed for the Android platform. Performance tests showed that delays generated by the use of RSM Privacy are proportional to and justifiable for the privacy levels desired and chosen by users. A group of 50 users evaluated the model proof of concept, RSMPrivacy, with respect to usability and verified the efficiency of the techniques included in the proposed model.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, A política do multilinguismo na contemporaneidade vista pela ótica das instituições supranacionais(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2015-03-23) Silva, Tânia Mara da; Silva, Soeli Maria Schreiber da; https://lattes.cnpq.br/8794598988783452; https://lattes.cnpq.br/5809579658012683The work in question aims to examine how languages are distributed and divided into the supranational institutions, to this end, observe that run in two institutions that share this trait, which are the Southern Common Market (MERCOSUR) and the European Union (EU). Our observation point will be guiding the appointment of languages in enunciation spaces of these organs, seeking to demonstrate how this division sets new categorizations for languages at the supranational enunciation space. Our theoretical and methodological apparatus will be based on the concepts and definitions of semantics enunciative, more specifically, from the semantics of the theory of Festivals developed mainly by Guimarães (2002), seeking to understand the meaning production through practices that the mean man a symbolic. Our corpus consists of official documents of MERCOSUR and the European Union, which dissertem on language policies anchored to the strategic planning of multilingualism, as adopted by these institutions. These documents will be analyzed as text, in other words, as a unit of meaning that integrates listed in enunciation event. Appointments about languages circulating in supranational enunciation space will be observed as a declarative event such as a difference in their own order, that hierarchical positions of the legal and social range of languages circulating in their territory (enunciation space). Through language policies, the languages are named and take positions according to their social status, political and economic. In order to substantiate such a claim, this study will seek to understand and define the categorization and prioritization of languages of supranational institutions, based on the language of appointments work, procedural language, regional language, languages devoid of territory, official language, history and language minority language, etc. And in the meantime, try to understand how these languages relate to each other, and how they emerge in the midst of language policies on the scope of multilingualism.
