These compounds, when reach aquatic environments, can cause serious environmental problems and affect target and non-target organisms such as microorganisms, that play key ecological functions to the ecosystem functioning. So, the objectives of this study were: (i) to evaluate the bactericidal action of oxytetracycline (OTC) and fungicide imazalil (IMZ) on bacterial ecological function of pesticide fipronil degradation; (II) evaluate the effect of oxytetracycline on density and aquatic bacterial diversity; (III) to monitor changes in bacterial dynamics in the presence of fipronil. Water was sampled in Beija-Flor Reservoir for mounting the experiments. Microcosms were prepared in triplicates for six different treatments: water; water and OTC; water and IMZ; water and fipronil; water, fipronil and OTC; water, fipronil and IMZ. The microcosms were kept in the dark at 21oC. Samples were collected at 1, 5, 10, 20, 45 and 70 days of incubation. It was determined the water pH, the dissolved organic carbon (DOC), total nitrogen (TN), OTC and fipronil concentrations. Water samples from the microcosms were also used for bacterial density analysis by epifluorescence microscopy and diversity by DGGE band profiles analysis. The presence of OTC alone and especially mixed with IMZ affects bacterial diversity, but does not cause significant effect on fipronil degradation, suggesting the existence of functional redundancy among the individuals that formed the bacterial community. The oxytetracycline, at certain concentrations, promotes a bacterial density decrease and diversity increase, probably by mediating the coexistence of species as a result of the growth control of the best competitive bacteria. Fipronil may cause bacterial density increase but, concerning its diversity, initially in the experiment, it was reduced, comparing with the control samples. Without being blocked by geographical barriers that once separated them, fans of today are much more active, organized and eager for content. Their voices can now be heard by the companies holding the canonicity of the stories on the internet, through protests on social networks and unofficial content building (fandom culture). Their reactions can influence and even change the original plots. This work aimed to study this phenomenon from the fans perspective and their participation in the evolution of the transmedia universe of Mass Effect games (2007-2012), from Bioware, through its unofficial productions such as fanfiction, specific actions through crowdfunding platforms and interactions via social networking communities like Facebook, in response to the end of game trilogy, which generated great dissatisfaction due to an expectation not fulfilled (from the perspective of those fans). Furthermore, it produces more evidences to the relationship between prosocial and antisocial behavior. This study aimed to describe a set of interlocking behavioral contingencies (IBCs) comprised by categories of social skills, which in turn contribute to legal measures outcomes. This study is made up by three independent chapters. The chapter 1. “Social skills of young offenders and at risk adolescents” discussed the social skills repertories as one of multiple factors of evaluation and intervention with adolescents. In summary, the outcomes indicated improvement on social skills categories, specially presented in home settings, the decrease of offending persistence, and lower evidences of the impact of social skills improvements on other adults and peers relationships. The chapter 2, named “Contributions of conceptual, descriptive and experimental metacontingencies studies to family interactions”, explored the metacontingency unit of analysis. Specifically, it discussed the interpersonal relationship patterns as behavioral products transmitted along family members. The last chapter, named “Identifying social skills repertoires in juvenile offenders´ interactions with relatives and friends: a metacontingencies analysis” aimed to describe IBCs that contribute to legal measures results. The participants were three families composed by a mother, a juvenile offender, and a brother without a history of delinquency. Self-reports instruments and interviews were used. The data analysis procedures were as follows: the development of IBCs coding system, establishing relationship between categories of IBCs and categories of social skills, and establishing relationship between categories of IBCs and categories of aggregate products. The results suggested that the participants, who achieved better scores on socials skills categories, also got engaged in conversation, support, negotiation, cooperation, and rules establishment interactions. Also they achieved some of the goals of legal measures (aggregate products).
