(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2015-08-18) Loureiro, Thiago; Silva, Eduardo Pinto e; https://lattes.cnpq.br/3492708361349827; Mendes, Glauco Henrique de Sousa; https://lattes.cnpq.br/7564259060572565; https://lattes.cnpq.br/4158791619972447
The central theme of this study is the technical and administrative work in education of assistant position occupants in administration at the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar), São Carlos campus, who have experienced the removal process. We aimed to identify feelings of pleasure and suffering experienced by servers and verify the defensive strategies they used to cope with the feelings of suffering arising from the work environment. Under the theoretical aspect, the study references the dejourian’s Psychodynamics Work, a line of studies that has been used by different areas of knowledge in the characterization of the elements present in the experience of the workers. Suffering at work is a ubiquitous phenomenon of nature, and has been the subject of research in a variety of occupations. From this perspective, the public servant of Federal Institutions of Higher Education (IFES) covers this scenario. In terms of methodology, a study was conducted based on exploratory research, qualitative approach, using the case study method in a sample of eight subjects. The central categories of analysis were suffering, pleasure, labor relations, recognition and defense strategies of the servers facing labor contingencies. A thematic content analysis was made, based on various aspects of the daily work of the administrative assistant, such as the stigma of a public servant; seasonality of managers; patrimonialist behaviors; taking work thoughts home; political influence; bullying; somatization; the intensification of work; and the invisibility of middle activities. These were suffering indicators of servers. Among the pleasure indicators stood out working conditions; the symbolic fee; the public space for discussion; work in an educational institution. In this plot of pleasure and suffering, recognition appears as an essential element. It was possible to point to the ambivalence in labor relations and daily autonomy in the workplace. The main strategies to deal with adversity and suffering were prioritizing the study; verbalize problems; documenting complaints; coping; isolation; and indifference. We consider work as a central element in the ability of the worker to establish himself as a social being. The results allowed the understanding of different aspects of the work of TAE server, from the experiences of pleasure and suffering, passing by the intersubjective relations of the same. In the cutting we made, the removal was successful in most cases, helping this professional category in the redefinition of work, as well as the preservation of health. However, there were also cases where the removal accentuated possible suffering experiences. This study made expanding the universe of work psychodynamics knowledge possible in this professional category, revealing the processes in mental and social-relational scope involving the meanings of work for man.

A formação do nutricionista para atuação no Sistema Único de Saúde
(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2015-08-18) Assoni, Mayara Perna; Ogata, Márcia Niituma; https://lattes.cnpq.br/3274294833403570; Machado, Maria Lúcia Teixeira; https://lattes.cnpq.br/5703683100332513; https://lattes.cnpq.br/3301026998009488
The dietitian is a generalist professional, acting in all areas of knowledge that food and nutrition are critical to the promotion, maintenance and recovery of health and prevention of diseases of individuals or population groups. According to the National Curriculum Guidelines (DCN – Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais), you must allow that the proposed curricula are able to develop academic and professional profile with competencies, skills and content, relevant and consistent with national approaches to ensure the performance quality, efficiency and resoluteness, at the National Health System (SUS – Sistema Único de Saúde). This study aimed to analyze the dietitian’ professional formation, in the perspective of their performance in the National Health System. This research has a qualitative nature and the study population consists of the coordinators of nutrition courses in the universities of the State of São Paulo, whose courses have begun before 1988. This study was conducted in two stages: data collection through documentary analysis of the DCNs and the Courses Pedagogical Projects (PPC – Projetos Pedagógicos de Cursos), through a matrix of analytical categories, and semi-structured interviews with the coordinators of the nutrition courses. The interviews were composed by questions about the education of students to act in the SUS and issues relating the courses PPC with the DCN. The interviews were analyzed with the content analysis technique, thematic defined by Minayo. In compliance with the Resolution 466/2012 of the National Health Council, the research was approved by the Ethics Committee on Human Beings Research of the UFSCar and all individuals signed the Free and Informed Consentment Term (TCLE - Termo de Consentimento Livre e Esclarecido). From the nine Nutrition courses that suit to the study inclusion criteria, six courses made their PPC available. The analysis of PPC in the light of DCN demonstrated general suitability with some comments on the more traditional evaluation methods and greater emphasis to health care competencies in detriment to the competencies related to management and education. All PPC analyzed include the health needs and the formation of nutritionists emphasizing the SUS. The interviews were fundamental to verify, with the coordinator or their representatives, the challenges for the PPPs implementation in practice, such as : the involvement of the entire faculty, the organization of the course within the University, maintenance of program content within reduced workload and the qualification of teachers in Public Health Area. It was also identified gaps in the introduction of students and graduates in their actuation field in the SUS: lack of hiring of professionals involved in Health Network and deals with the city governments, as partners in the responsibility of training of professionals and implementation of PPC. It is clearly observed the importance of providing students with a curriculum that addresses the relationship between teaching-research-extension, in order to approximate the student to the job market. But this articulation does not occur effectively when we focus the SUS as acting field.

Prefabricated building systems in Light Steel Frame - LSF are widely used in developed countries like England, Japan and USA. As constructive process, the LSF shows a progress compared to the traditional system is characterized by being an industrial building, rationalized with high productivity and require one skilled labor. The ergonomic point of view, such a system offers significant improvements in employees' working conditions and despite these improvements are significant, we can still identify ergonomic problems related to the activities of workers. In this context, this work aims, through ergonomic work analysis - AET, to survey the critical activities performed during the construction process and a diagnosis of the situations encountered on site. This research is exploratory to be keen to discover and observe phenomena, trying to describe them, classify them and interpret them and their driving was used as a research method, the case study. To capture the data, makes use of ergonomic analysis of manual work - EWA (Ergonomic Workplace Analysis), METs (The standard metabolic equivalent) and OCRA (Occupational repetitive actions) in which the following items were considered: Load-lifting, accident risk, attention, general physical activity, working postures and movements and repetitiveness of the work. Among the main findings stand out: the high risk of this accident carrying out the work due to organizational process of the company, moderate caloric expenditure in the execution of activities and high IE OCRA present in fixing activities (screwing) the structures and the sealing elements.
