listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Diagnóstico socioeconômico do programa de aquisição de alimentos no município de Monteiro- PB(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2016-03-08) Cavalcanti, Natália Thaynã Farias; Marjotta-Maistro, Marta Cristina; https://lattes.cnpq.br/3987280258617095; https://lattes.cnpq.br/5552020790752609The Food Acquisition Program (PAA), sanctioned by the Law number 10.696 of 2nd July, 2003, is one of the specific actions of the Zero Hunger Program, which aims to encourage the family farming, the access to food people in a situation of nutritional and food insecurity and the marketing networks. This study had the general objective to build a diagnosis of PAA in the county of Monteiro, in state of Paraiba in the period of 2011 to 2014, focusing on family farmers, organizations (associations and cooperatives) and institutions which participate in the program, in order to reveal important characteristics of social and economic issues and the consequences of public policy at the municipal level. To achieve the stated goal, the present study was conducted in qualitative and quantitative descriptive, made by an exploratory research, using secondary data SAGI Platform, semi-structured scripts with a recorder and questionnaire. Thus, we held interviews with the program executors (CONAB and county), coordinators of the institutions, nutritionist, presidents of organizations and family farmers. With data and analysis, it was possible to identify positive and negative effects of the program, among the positives are: strengthening organizations and safer production, increase in nominal income, financial independence, increased purchasing power, market insertion and improvement in relations of confidence. The negative were: indebtedness of farmers, frustration, lack of motivation to participation, especially by farmers who developed beneficiation activities, and discontinuity of resources and donations to families in levels of food insecurity. From these findings, It is concluded that the program leveraged organizations and provide an improvement in the socioeconomic conditions of family farmers, however, must occur in the restructuring of the program, given that the limitations directly affect everyone involved.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, O atual e o virtual em Bergson e Deleuze(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2016-03-08) Henriques, Fernando Meireles Monegalha; Marques, Silene Torres; https://lattes.cnpq.br/4822141288006918; https://lattes.cnpq.br/6598854428295430The aim of the present study is to investigate the relations between the concepts of actual and virtual in the philosophies of Henri Bergson (1859-1941) and Gilles Deleuze (1925-1995). We, therefore, make a systematic comparison of the two authors‟ conceptions of temporality based on the three synthesis of time proposed by Deleuze in Difference and Repetition. First, we develop the idea of the living-present in both authors, which is defined as a profound present, i. e. a present equipped with a multitude of degrees or levels of duration through which the immanent relationship between consciousness, body and the material universe takes place. What Bergson and Deleuze call actual is basically the living-present. Afterwards, we study the past in both authors, in order to show that, according to them, our entire past experience is never actually lost, but remains somehow lodged in our immediate consciousness (Bergson) or is stored in a large ontological memory (Deleuze). What Bergson and Deleuze call virtual is constituted by this domain of the past (although Bergson, in contrast to Deleuze, never employs this term as a substantive). After presenting the two authors‟ conceptions of present and past, our aim is to show how they conceived the relationship between actual, virtual and thought. In Matter and memory, Bergson outlines a true theory of knowledge from his theory of actualization of pure remembrance, while in Difference and repetition, Deleuze suggests a complex theory of Idea and thought from his conception about the virtual. However, before studying Deleuze‟s theory of Idea, we concentrate on his third and final synthesis of time – the synthesis of future. Our aim is to show how Deleuze uses it in order to deal with some difficulties resulting from Bergsonism, especially in reference to the possibility of production of the authentic newness, i. e. the creation of something that cannot be reduced neither to the possible nor the past.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Niebla : do humor à carnavalização literária(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2016-03-08) Oliveira, Vanessa Aparecida de; Infante, Joyce Rodrigues Ferraz; https://lattes.cnpq.br/7590751343091510; https://lattes.cnpq.br/3598023396699154Este trabajo pretende ofrecer una lectura de la novela Niebla (1914), de Miguel de Unamuno, a partir de algunas de las formulaciones de Mijail Bajtin, en Problemas de la Poética de Dostoievski, sobre la carnavalización literaria. The study took place in an inclusive public school with Service Center specializes in the area of Deafblind. Research it is a case study of a child with congenital deafblindness full, ie without hearing or visual residue and at eight was submitted to the IC. The child started the service in this center in 2011 and in 2013 passed the CI surgery, so in 2014 the device was activated, causing there was the possibility of communication using a sensory pathway. Data collection initially consisted of desk research in the records of the initial calls before the IC, then there was the interview with the mother, caregiver and teacher. still consisted with initial assessment through data collected in documentary research and final evaluation after the IC. To collect data after the IC, there were three weekly sessions lasting 3 hours, the comments were in attendance in activities such as reception, food, auditory stimulus and orientation and mobility. The data obtained were analyzed qualitatively according to the table of communicative competence levels, according to Rowland & Stremel-Campbell, adapted by Cambruzzi, considering them as a criterion for measuring the development of the child's communicative actions. The results showed progress in language acquisition, ie, the child presented intentional efficient communication using reference objects to express their desires and communicative actions to others. The family found itself without the support of a specialist that offers support to foster the process of communicative actions in their home environment. The results show a gradual development of communication levels after IC. However, it was noted that the presence of a qualified professional in the field of deafblindness paying attention not only the child is necessary, but family support for the success of communicative actions actually happen.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Análise de desempenho de consultas OLAP espaçotemporais em função da ordem de processamento dos predicados convencional, espacial e temporal(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2016-03-08) Joaquim Neto, Cesar; Ciferri, Ricardo Rodrigues; https://lattes.cnpq.br/8382221522817502; https://lattes.cnpq.br/0086447187091887By providing ever-growing processing capabilities, many database technologies have been becoming important support tools to enterprises and institutions. The need to include (and control) new data types to the existing database technologies has brought also new challenges and research areas, arising the spatial, temporal, and spatiotemporal databases. Besides that, new analytical capabilities were required facilitating the birth of the data warehouse technology and, once more, the need to include spatial or temporal data (or both) to it, thus originating the spatial, temporal, and spatio-temporal data warehouses. The queries used in each database type had also evolved, culminating in the STOLAP (Spatio Temporal OLAP) queries, which are composed of predicates dealing with conventional, spatial, and temporal data with the possibility of having their execution aided by specialized index structures. This work’s intention is to investigate how the execution of each predicate affects the performance of STOLAP queries by varying the used indexes, their execution order and the query’s selectivity. Bitmap Join Indexes will help in conventional predicate’s execution and in some portions of the temporal processing, which will also count with the use of SQL queries for some of the alternatives used in this research. The SB-index and HSB-index will aid the spatial processing while the STB-index will be used to process temporal and spatial predicates together. The expected result is an analysis of the best predicate order while running the queries also considering their selectivity. Another contribution of this work is the evolution of the HSB-index to a hierarchized version called HSTB-index, which should complement the execution options.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, MME-MDD : um método para manutenção e evolução de sistemas baseados no MDD(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2016-03-08) Arndt, Bruno Felipe; Lucrédio, Daniel; https://lattes.cnpq.br/9090396559596221; https://lattes.cnpq.br/9155935615292064Model-Driven Development (MDD) is proposed to reduce the semantic gap between problem and solution/implementation domains. Some tools are used, and the code generator is commonly used in this context. These generators are often implemented using templates. A Reference Implementation (RI) favoring the development/ maintenance of software facilitates this implementation’s types. However, RI requires a code migration process which consists in artifacts’ synchronization, and it is responsible for 20% to 25% of the time spent on development. The literature has no describe automatic solutions, but the group that this reaserch was included has develop tools that automate this process and reduce the time spent on some tasks. But each task has a different performance in relation to time spent, so automation of some tasks can be disadvantageous. Few reports describe such tasks and which ones are capable of automatic code migration. The aim of this study is to investigate the maintain and evolution process to identify and describe the types of maintain and evolution tasks that are essentially. Based on this study, a method (MME-MDD) that drives the developer during that proccess to guide the developer during the realization of each task, with the aim to maximize the benefits of this approach. The MME-MDD was validated by a case study and a empirical study and the method showed effective in most of tasks. In addition, studies show that using the proposed method brought a gain in the quality of the source code.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Retratos da dislexia no Brasil : análise bibliográfica do período de 2002 a 2014(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2016-03-08) Oliveira, Patricia de; Lacerda, Cristina Broglia Feitosa de; https://lattes.cnpq.br/9468232016416725; https://lattes.cnpq.br/5398970138115860The Dyslexia field of study is marked by tensions and controversies about the possible causes of the difficulties of learning the written language made by children during literacy. The dominant thinking has understood dyslexia as a product of neurobiological disorders that affect the processing responsible for reading and writing. In contrast, critical researchers to this hegemony have stated that the acquisition of writing should be understood as a cultural process in which children exercise their subjectivity. Thus, errors made in writing should be understood as an exercise of this subjectivity and experience with this object of culture. Considering these aspects, this study aimed to analyze academic theses and dissertations developed during the period 2002-2014, in order to understand how the concept of dyslexia has been developed and what their implications for education . The assumed methodology was a literature review. Theses and dissertations analyzed were raised in the pages of CAPES and BDTD. The survey pointed to 72 research. To better meet the proposed goal, this research was divided into two studies. In Study 1, which were analyzed all the research raised under the chronological distribution categories, region of the country, administrative category, Community College, Graduate Programs, Search Types, Research Subjects, theoretical approaches and dyslexia conceptions and findings and conclusions of the studies analyzed. The considerations of this study show that the hegemony of scientific thought which defines dyslexia as a neurobiological disorder may be hindering the development of new insights into the phenomenon and also crystallizing the concept of disabling condition, which follows the opposite of proposals for inclusive education. In Study 2, only we analyzed the research developed in the field of study of education in the following categories: type of study and research methodology, dyslexia conceptions of learning, on the acquisition and development of reading, teaching, education, and what are their contributions to school practices. The considerations of this study show the same dominance of present scientific thinking on the analysis by the Study 1, added to an excessive concern with the diagnosis and considerable uncertainty about the way they are the written language learning processes. The Final remarks raised concern over the proposed school model and the way may be implying about individuals.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Estratégia para introdução de requisitos da norma UL1998 em modelos UML Statechart de sistemas embarcados(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2016-03-08) Castanheira, Bárbara; Fabbri, Sandra Camargo Pinto Ferraz; https://lattes.cnpq.br/2204086299921323; https://lattes.cnpq.br/1592912654705633Context: Operating in different contexts and segments, embedded systems (ESs) are increasingly present in everyday society. The ESs usually operate invisibly to the user but, even so, possible software failures cease to pose risks, causing serious material and financial damage. Taking into consideration the safety of users of ESs, government entities and institutions around the world have studied and created standards development and SEs test to ensure systems that are more robust and free from defects that may cause faults that may endanger the user. However, standards are usually applied at the level of code, which increases substantially the resources to be used if there are defects in the SE. Objective: To present the UL/ME Strategy that addresses the shortcomings described in SEs certification standard, UL 1998 level modeling, more specifically, in the model of Statechart states. The purpose is to anticipate the identification of defects, to generate code that has more chance to meet the standard requirements, preventing rework and therefore improving quality. Methodology: The study was conducted in three stages: first stage identified the defects treated by the standard UL 1998, tabulating these defects, and then, link them to the SEs components. In the second stage were designed generic models for each component and also the ESs models that represents the tests required by the standard for each components, and in the third step, it was created two proposed for use UL/ME Strategy, one for ESs already implemented and other for ESs in development. These proposals were used for evaluation of the strategy using two real ESs, one already implemented and other in development. Results: According to the requirements of UL 1998 standard, the use of Strategy UL/ME helped to correct the defects of the first ES and evaluated the development of the second ES. Conclusion: the use of Strategy UL/ME assisted in the correction of an SE already implemented and modeling of an ES in development.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Relações entre traços funcionais ecologicamente importantes de espécies arbustivo-arbóreas de cerrado(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2016-03-08) Abe, Natália; Batalha, Marco Antônio Portugal Luttembarck; https://lattes.cnpq.br/3893228815181339; https://lattes.cnpq.br/0154562524491950The so-called "Plant Ecology Strategy Scheme" groups species into categories along the spectrum of their functional traits. When two or more important functional traits are correlated between concurrent species, they define a strategic dimension. There are four main dimensions of ecological strategies for establishing the relationships among functional traits of plants: maximum plant height, size of branches and leaves, leaf structure and physiology, and seed production. Traits that may define these dimensions include: maximum plant height, wood density, leaf area, specific leaf area, fruit size, and seed size. We analysed the relationships among the traits in cerrado woody species and compared the results with those found in tropical forests. In this dissertation, we presented our results in a single chapter, written in english. We measured these traits from 28 woody species at the Vaçununga State Park, southeastern Brazil. We found two significant relationships: between fruit size and seed size and between fruit size and leaf area. We also identified two ecological strategies: species with high specific leaf area and species with low specific leaf area. Cerrado and forest woody species seem to have distinct ecological strategies, probably due to the different environmental pressures to which they are submitted.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Filmes nanoestruturados para detecção do antígeno prostático específico(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2016-03-08) Graça, Juliana Santos; Ferreira, Marystela; https://lattes.cnpq.br/4714185516263478; https://lattes.cnpq.br/1955895366603136In the present work, Layer-by-Layer films of Anti-PSA antibody in the absence and presence of DPPG liposomes were produced in order to study the detection of prostate specific antigen (PSA) by different characterization techniques. The free Anti-PSA antibody in solution and incorporated into liposome was characterized by UV-vis spectroscopy and Circular Dichroism (CD). In the first characterization, it was verified the main absorption bands of the antibody and a possible aggregation in the absence of the liposome. CD measurements indicated disordered structures of free antibody. However, its secondary structure (ß-Sheet) was maintained in the presence of liposomes. The film Layer- by-Layer of free Anti-PSA antibody and incorporated into DPPG liposomes was done alternating the antibody with different polycations, PAH (poly (allylamine hydrochloride)) and PEI (poly (ethyleneimine)). The films fabricate on quartz and gold sensors were characterized by UV-vis and SPR spectroscopy. These results proved the deposition of the materials on different substrates and the PEI was the best polyelectrolyte for immobilization of the antibody. Through the SPR measures it was simulated thickness and refractive index of the film bilayers. The PEI, PVS and Anti-PSA casting film and PEI/PVS and PEI/Anti-PSA LbL films were characterized by FTIR, it was observed through the bands of the spectra the interaction between the polyelectrolyte and found the deposition of antibody in the film. Acting as PSA detection unit, the (PEI/PVS)1/(PEI/Anti-PSA+DPPG)5 and (PEI/PVS)1/(PEI/Nati-PSA)5 films were characterized by cyclic voltammetry (CV), electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and SPR and both systems were able to detect PSA at concentrations below 4 ng.mL-1 that is the normal concentration for a healthy individual.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Mecanismo de garantia de privacidade para aplicações em redes orientadas a conteúdo(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2016-03-08) Silva, Roan Simões da; Zorzo, Sérgio Donizetti; https://lattes.cnpq.br/2523715806470871; https://lattes.cnpq.br/3385471154829554The current use of the Internet differs greatly in relation to its initial design. Internet users are becoming interested in accessing and sharing content regardless of their physical location. For future Internet, information-centric networking is considered a potential solution to many of its current problems. Information-centric networking treats content as the main element in the architecture rather than the host location. Information-centric networking is intended in becoming Internet most efficient and safe, however, as it is still under development, it leaves open the solution to many privacy issues. The privacy concept may cover many different aspects and must be respected by applications. In this work the privacy is considered as the right of the user to control who can access your data. Thus, this work aims to propose a mechanism for applications in Information-centric networking that allow a publisher user to define which users can access their content. To ensure the content confidentiality and hence the user's privacy publisher, the proposed mechanism uses an attribute-based encryption technique, called CP-ABE, which allows the use of access policies that are defined and stored in the content. To enable the immediate revocation of privileges, it is inserted a proxy server that operates in the decryption process. As a proof of concept of the feasibility of the proposed mechanism, an application to share encrypted file was developed. The application adopts an access control policy that limits the decryption only by authorized users. This application was performed on a simulator of the Named-Data Networking architecture, called ndnSIM. Performance tests against major system functions have been performed in order to determine the feasibility and limitations of the mechanism. The tests analyzes the file size after encryption, processing time and RAM memory consumption. The tests concluded that the mechanism is viable in terms of performance.
