listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Promocão do letramento emergente de crianças com Síndrome de Down(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2016-05-30) Dias, Mirian Vieira Batista; Rose, Tânia Maria Santana de; https://lattes.cnpq.br/3726292298571344; https://lattes.cnpq.br/8831040739825039The literature highlights the importance of Emerging Literacy and the development of knowledge about writing and its functions acquired by children in the period of early childhood education for success in literacy. The research shows that, through contacts with actions of reading and writing conducted by adults, young children with typical development and non-typical develop: 1) interest in books; 2) interest in stories read by the adult; 3) active participation while reading; 4) knowledge about the book handling; 5) direction of reading; 6) concepts about writing conventions; 7) distinction between written and unwritten; 8) functions of writing; 9) recognition of global and common words in the environment; 10) recognition of the first name; 11) reading pretends; 12) tracing and evidence of the alphabetic foundation. The main objective of the study was to examine the development of knowledge, skills and attitudes of the emerging literacy of students with intellectual disabilities exposed to a contact experience with reading books and encouragement to participate in activities that stimulated the different components of emergent literacy. This study is characterized as a single subject design. Study participants were two students with intellectual disabilities and Down syndrome attending the resource room of a public school in ordinary school with kindergarten rooms. The activities were conducted individually by the proposer of the study. Participant 1 had the opportunity to participate in 15 sessions of weekly activities and Participant 2 in 11 stimulating sessions, of different components of emerging literacy. As a result of the program, the study participants were able to become familiar with the components of emergent literacy through shared reading, the autonomy to choose the books, hear a variety of stories with effective participation, and participation in activities that contributed to the understanding of conditions which appears necessary for the acquisition of emergent literacy components occurred during the sessions. The participants demonstrated a reduced evolution relative to the emerging literacy regarding the writing activities, which were not present in the repertoire of the participants at the beginning of the intervention. They identify conditions that may have contributed to the results that were not consistent with results obtained in similar studies.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, O trabalho como princípio educativo : uma análise do Programa Ensino Médio Inovador (ProEMI) nas escolas públicas de Sorocaba-SP(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2016-05-30) Dias, Camila Mantovani; Ferreira Junior, Amarilio; https://lattes.cnpq.br/0748545841167046; https://lattes.cnpq.br/4170767206090346This dissertation is as study on the Ensino Médio Inovador Program (ProEMI), created by the Federal government by ordinance n.º 971, from October 9, 2009. The aim is to debate if this educational policy strengths the early professional development of young students who attend the regular public high schools. Work here is understood as an educational principle, and this study try to investigate the ProEMI in face of the historical and social necessity involved in currently high school education and in the whole youth formation nowadays. The first part focus on the Marxist theoretical and methodological references regarding to the fields of work and education, specially the contribution of the Italian communist Antonio Gramscie. The second part presents a bibliographic review of the history of the high school in Brazil. The objective is to understand how education was structured, its identity and how high school education posited itself in face of the social conflicts and the demands for education and training in the productive world. The second chapter also analyzes the legislation related to the ProEMI, mainly focusing on the first decade of the 21st Century. At the end of this study, the last and final chapter presents a field research at Sorocaba School Board (SP). Three public schools were selected by the grades obtained in the IDESP (Educational Development Index of the State of São Paulo). The research techniques employed were questionnaire and interviews with the school management body and students in the 12th-grade where ProEMI takes place. This study intend to contribute to the unveiling of the public policies for high schools, relating to the necessities involved in this stage of youth training and formation, based on principles of Brazilian theorists in Education, who keep alive the spark of a school for all and of high-quality.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Confirmação matemática do efeito Aharonov-Bohm no modelo sem interação com a fronteira do solenóide(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2016-05-30) Romano, Renan Gambale; Oliveira, César Rogério de; https://lattes.cnpq.br/5485204156806697; https://lattes.cnpq.br/2317413965575635We study the Aharonov-Bohm effect model by adding a scalar potential in the initial Hamiltonian. Using known techniques of quantum confinement, we show that under certain conditions of divergence on this potential, the family of self-adjoint extensions is reduced to a single operator, which would then be the Schrödinger operator for this situation. The lack of boundary conditions to define this operator is interpreted as no particle interaction with the boundary of the solenoid. We checked the possible manifestation of the Aharonov-Bohm effect in this model without interaction with the solenoid border by studying the dependence of the first eigenvalue associated with the Schrödinger operator with respect to a parameter directly related to the magnetic flux by the solenoid. We have shown that this dependence is non-trivial and periodic, which strictly confirms the Aharonov-Bohm effect for this situation. We also study some particular cases whose explicit solution can be achieved, the solenoid with zero radius in a limited and unlimited region of the plane.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Trabalho pedagógico na educação especial: o professor de sala de recursos e sua implicação na escolarização dos alunos com baixa visão(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2016-05-30) Oliveira, Lígia Maria Nogueira; Caiado, Kátia Regina Moreno; https://lattes.cnpq.br/0803778280883949; https://lattes.cnpq.br/2911367601684468listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Contribuições de encontros de diálogo ao longo do pré-natal(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2016-05-30) Corrêa, Carla Regina de Almeida; Wernet, Monika; https://lattes.cnpq.br/6056127658896265; https://lattes.cnpq.br/3124744942291736The gestation period is known as a time full of great transformations, such as physical, hormonal or emotional ones. In this period, most women experience some anxiety about themselves and the baby care, making it a space favorable to achieve and/or modify knowledge about it. This study had as object “A meeting for some dialogue and its repercussion to maternity”; and, based on this, it proposes to understand the influence of these dialogues during the prenatal in the parentally process, paying attention to the use of a social network. The theoretical reference adopted is George-Hans Gadamer‟s Hermeneutics and the methodological reference is the Thematic Content Analysis.Data were collected by a semi-structured questionnaire, obtaining a deep and complete narrative based on the starting question “Tell me about the opportunity to talk during the prenatal. What was your perception?” Participated of the study seven women who went to the meetings more than three times and accepted to take part of it. The meetings for some dialogue occurred from October, 2014 to August, 2015, in the countryside of a city in the state of Sao Paulo, Brazil; data were collected in a period between forty-five and sixty days after the childbirth. Data analysis showed two themes: “Informational Support” and “Emotional Support and Acknowledgment of Themselves”It was identified that the participation inthese meetings for some dialogue during the prenatal was important for women who built a dialogic movement in the acknowledgment of themselves and the others as an emotional and informational social support. These dialogues emancipate the pregnant mothers to take decisions on how to take care of their children, promote a social network increase and contribute for the acceptanceof the support received.Besides, these meetings permitted that these women, individually, developed the process of parentally building, recognizing themselves as mothers and creating opportunities for the fathers approaching in this auto recognizing movement.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Clínica ampliada na infância : a compreensão de profissionais da estratégia de saúde da família(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2016-05-30) Romano, Diana Carla; Carbol, Maristela; https://lattes.cnpq.br/9852217198710064; Joaquim, Regina Helena Vitale Torkomian; https://lattes.cnpq.br/7719481657895650; https://lattes.cnpq.br/8570195328800422The crisis in care management is evident over the new challenges of modern epidemiology, which comprises the complex phenomenon that links the biological to the psychological, social and ecological factors. Hence, the "Clinica Ampliada"(CA) is committed to offer high standards on health care considering the subject as a whole. The childhood years were chosen due to the relevance of this phase to the development of society. The aim of this study is to acknowledge the "Estratégia de Saúde da Família" team members perception about "Clinica Ampliada" over childhood. This is a scoping, descriptive study with a qualitative approach. Participants are nurses, doctors, dentists, nurses assistants, community health workers and dental assistants of family health units. For data collection a semi-structured interview guide was utilized, and from the CA theoretical foundation, the analysis by thematic categories was conducted. From a total of 32 participants, 50 per cent of the professionals have between 25 and 35 years of age, mostly female and work at USF more than five years. It was found that 19 subjects have already heard about the CA term and professionals with higher education were the ones who described the concept with more facility and coherence. A gap was evidenced between what they noted as CA and what they do or can do in their day to day routine. Therefore, the subjects pointed out to elements that contribute to the implementation of CA in childhood, such as enlargement of the object's concept, health care model, support management and emotional support. The participants recognized the positive contribution that the ESF scenary provides for the expansion and clinic better quality, mainly for working with the principles of comprehensive care, teamwork, home care and intersectionality. It was concluded that the path for the CA consolidation in childhood is the strengthening of child role and EPS.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Desenvolvimento e validação de um novo método analítico para quantificação de resíduo de eprinomectina no leite bovino(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2016-05-30) Ré Filho, Antonio Oscar; Lopes, Norberto Peporine; https://lattes.cnpq.br/1357061371579771; Montanari, Carlos Alberto; https://lattes.cnpq.br/9200533791228786Brazil is one of the biggest producers and consumers of milk around the globe. To ensure the productivity and profitability of the cattle, the use of antiparasitic plays an important role in strategic control of worm infections in dairy cows. The justification for such effect on milk’s production is based on the reduced appetite of infected animals caused by gastrointestinal nematodes. As known, any reduced appetite has a major impact on the production of dairy cow. Eprinomectin is an antiparasitic that has been used in dairy cows, however, the use of this product should be done properly respecting its withdrawal period, so that it is impossible to find its residue in milk above their Maximum Residue Level (MRL). In order to ensure consumer’s safety, national and international agencies have set Maximum Residue Level. Thus, this study aims at the development and validation of an analytical method for the determination of Eprinomectin residue in milk (EPRI) by liquid chromatography coupled with sequential mass spectrometry with electrospray ionization (LC-ESI-MS / MS), and subsequent determination of the withdrawal period of the veterinary drug from Ouro Fino Saúde Animal. The residual depletion study is necessary for the veterinary medicinal product registration in the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply (MAPA). Ivermectin (IVER) was used as internal standard in the analytical method. In development of the extraction method it out a comparative study was carried out in terms of recovery between QuEChERS and liquid-liquid methods with low temperature partition (ELL-PBT). The optimization of the two extraction methods was made by factorial design. The best recovery was observed in ELL-PBT method. Acetonitrile was used as extractor solvent, the partition phase between organic and aqueous phase was made by freezing the samples at -20 ° C for 12 hours and in the clean up step hexane was used as solvent. The analytical validation parameters will be evaluated according to standards established by the Guarantee Manual of Analytical Quality of MAPA (MAPA/ ACS, 2011). The method was linear for eprinomectin in the range of concentration of 10.0 to 50.0 ug L-1, the linear correlation coefficient (r) was in accordance with the guidelines for bioanalytical methods (r ≥ 0,98). The repeatability was evaluated in three levels of fortification being performed for three consecutive days. Good intra-laboratory reproducibility was obtained, with coefficient of variation (CV) of 8,6 % for the fortification of MRLS. The recovery was above 80.0% for the three levels of fortification, being of 94.8 % for the level of MRLS. Satisfactory values for the decision limit (CCα) and detection capability (CCβ) were obtained, being CCα 22,1 µg L-1 and CCβ 24.2 µg L-1. The limits of detection (LOD) and the limits of quantification (LOQ) were determined from the data of the calibration curve. The LOD showed the value of 1.9 ug L-1 and the LQ of 5.9 UG L-1. Thus, the value of LOQ was below the MRL and of the first level of concentration of the analytical curve.
