listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Uma análise da aderência do curso superior de tecnologia em mecatrônica industrial às suas demandas profissionais(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2016-09-06) Vieira, Mauricio Fernando; Silva, João Eduardo Azevedo Ramos da; https://lattes.cnpq.br/3823047207711289; https://lattes.cnpq.br/0895901396291198The new technologies at industries improve products and services processes, needing capacitated professionals. In turn, the Technology Higher Courses (CSTs, in Portuguese), search to qualify their students to work at this Market, following the inovation dinamics. Technology demands at a region can variate according with it social, economic characteristics and regional particularities. To CSTs, this juncture of factors can create a misalignment between the content taught at student’s formation and the content applied at the Market professional practices. Based on theses, this research has the objective of analyze and identify the CSTs factors that may improve the adherence of new Technologies to the student’s vocational education. As analysis object was selected the Industrial Mechatronics CST from Itu – SP, located at Sorocaba’s Metropolitan Area. At the collect and analysis of the data was used quantitative and qualitative approach and the method of integrated single case study with single analysis unity and multiple evidences source. Among the main results, it is the identification of external and internal factors to the researched course, which interfere at the adherence of technology demands to the student’s formation. Through these factors was possible to evaluate the relationship between the CSTs academic environment and the technology institutions from the course region. Among the main barriers at adherence of new Technologies to the course, it is worth noting the lack of an academic directory responsible for communication between the course and the technology institutions. Generally was not identified the effective communication or articulation between the researched course and the regional technology companies, proposing the discussion and development of an internal system in the CSTs that can evaluate this relationship , based on the evaluation model of this research.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Ajustes cardiorrespiratórios em ratos submetidos a diferentes tipos de desidratações(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2016-09-06) Fávero, Michele Thaís; Paula, Patrícia Maria de; https://lattes.cnpq.br/0201361251312074; https://lattes.cnpq.br/5516825233637271Arthropods and vertebrates have a great ability to concentrate urine by the kidney and behaviors directed the conservation and acquisition of water and salt due to activities controlled by mechanisms involving hormones and neural circuits. The loss of water or body volume can occur in the intracellular compartment (intracellular dehydration), the extracellular compartment (extracellular dehydration) or both (absolute or duble dehydration). Studies from our laboratory had shown that in unanesthetized animals extracellular dehydration produced by furosemide injection followed by keeping animals with a sodium deficient diet does not alter the basal cardiovascular parameters, but change the basal ventilation. Therefore, the objectives of our study in unanesthetized rats submitted to intracellular dehydration or duble dehydration were: 1) to characterize the baseline cardiorespiratory responses; 2) evaluate the arterial blood gas parameters; 3) to evaluate plasma concentrations of sodium, potassium and plasma osmolality; 4) evaluate the cardiorespiratory responses to the activation of glutamate NMDA receptors in the NTS before and after pretreatment with glutamate NMDA receptor antagonist (AP5) of rats submitted to mixed dehydration. Holtzman rats were implanted with cannula in the NTS and catheter inserted in the abdominal aorta via the femoral artery and femoral vein. The ventilation (VE) measurement were obtained by whole body plethysmography method. The protocols was performed in rats euhydrated (before dehydration), dehydrated (following the methodology to induce dehydration) and/or rehydrated rats (2 h after free access to water and 0.3 M NaCl). The intracellular dehydration induced by intragastric overload 2 M NaCl (2 mL) produced an increase 22 in mean arterial pressure (MAP), without change the heart rate (HR), tidal volume (VT), respiratory rate (fR) and VE. The duble dehydration (intracellular and extracellular combined) induced by 24 h of water deprivation, produced an increase in MAP and VT without modifying the HR, fR and VE. In rehydrated rats PAM and VT returned to baseline. Unilateral injections of L-glutamate and NMDA glutamatergic receptor agonist into NTS of euhydrated rats produced pressor responses and bradycardia. After 24 hours of water deprivation these pressor and bradycardic responses produced by NMDA injection in the NTS were reduced, without changing the bradycardia produced by L-glutamate injection in the NTS. After rehydration, the pressor responses to L-glutamate and NMDA receptors in the NTS remained low and bradycardia produced by NMDA injection in the NTS. Furthermore, the objectives of our study in anesthetized animals subjected to extracellular dehydration were: 1) to characterize the baseline cardiorespiratory responses and renal sympathetic nerve activity (RSNA); 2) to evaluate the effect of peripheral blockade of AT1 receptors angiotensinergic on basal cardiorespiratory responses and on RSNA; 3) to evaluate the arterial blood gas parameters; 4) to evaluate plasma concentrations of sodium and potassium. Extracellular dehydration induced by subcutaneous injection of the diuretic furosemide did not affect the basal MAP and HR, phrenic nerve activity (PNA) and RSNA. Extracellular dehydration did not affect the pressor response produced by intravenous (iv) injection of ANG II, decreased ASNR and did not change the HR and PNA. The iv injection of losartan (AT1 receptor antagonist, 1 mg/kg body weight) induced a decrease in MAP without changing HR, and RSNA and PNA. The hypotensive response after iv injection of losartan was greater in dehydrated animals. Extracellular dehydration did not affect the response of RSNA and PNA after losartan administration. The results suggest that changes in the volume and composition of body fluids affect the cardiovascular control in animals with intracellular 23 dehydration. Furthermore, it affects the cardiorespiratory control in animals with mixed dehydration and glutamatergic neurotransmission in the NTS. Moreover, in anesthetized animals with extracellular dehydration showed no changes in baseline cardiorespiratory responses and RSNA.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Terena e Guarani na reserva indígena de Araribá: um estudo etnográfico da aldeia Tereguá(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2016-09-06) Coelho, Márcio Oliveira de Castro; Peggion, Edmundo Antonio; https://lattes.cnpq.br/9849805103860827; https://lattes.cnpq.br/9732373399062436This dissertation is analytically the historical formation of the Indian Reserve Araribá located in the municipality of Avai (SP), focusing on the relationships that occur between Terena and Guarani groups that will lead to the formation of a village called Tereguá where, theoretically, individuals inhabit the mixing occurred between these ethnic groups. The reserve Araribá was created in 1913 by the official indigenous agency of the Brazilian state, first the Indian Protection Service - SPI (1910-1967) and then the National Indian Foundation - FUNAI (1967 onwards), on land belonging to the unoccupied calls state of São Paulo in territorialization process of the Guarani indigenous population that was scattered between the São Paulo west, north of Parana and east of Mato Grosso do Sul. Araribá reserve, initially occupied by Guarani families, eventually adding Terena families brought by SPI, from the 1930s, from Mato Grosso (South), and Brazilian regional were also incorporated by intermarriage. Currently, the reserve of 1.930 hectares, with a population of about 600 people, is divided into four villages: Kopenoti and Ekeruá occupied by Terena families; Nimuendajú occupied by families Guarani and Terena Tereguá occupied by families, Guarani and those in which there was a mix between these two ethnic groups. The sources used are literature and ethnographic, from a participant observation and conversations with the Indians during the research field. The work seeks to make an ethnography of Tereguá community, highlighting its historical formation and their relationships, established inside the reserve, with the other villages.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Avaliação das potencialidades e limitações da gestão dos resíduos sólidos sujeitos à logística reversa em municípios de pequeno porte na região central do estado de São Paulo(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2016-09-06) Chaves, Maria Angélica Milani Grizzo Barreto de; Teixeira, Bernardo Arantes do Nascimento; https://lattes.cnpq.br/1166854416745527; https://lattes.cnpq.br/6782491605838942The publication of the SWNP - Solid Waste National Policy (Law 12.305/2010) was a landmark for the environmental issues in Brazil. One of the tools is product return strategy to the industry after consumption, through the Reverse Logistic (RL). However, RL requires proper structure and its implementation tends to be more difficult in small towns with small-scale generation and waste collection. Therefore, it is important to know and evaluate the local and regional reality, contemplating existing RL situations and allowing the identification of possible actions, which was the aim of this research that studied a set of eight small towns of the central region of São Paulo State. The information was initially obtained from contacts with representatives of local governments related to the environmental sector, later extending it to the various agents involved in waste subject to RL (trade associations, NGOs). The data were obtained from documentary research, as well as visits and local observations, and the results grouped into six categories (collection / receipt, storage, disposal, agreements and partnerships, educational activities and costs). At the end of survey, it has been found that the RL chain was consolidated in all municipalities in regard to pesticide containers and lubricating oils and in six of these municipalities, it is the same for the tires. On the other hand, the management of other wastes subject to LR showed weaknesses, where only three municipalities have proper disposal destination of electronic waste (EW) and batteries (due to existing partnerships) and only one for fluorescent lamps. The main limitations, we can mention: lack of knowledge and responsibilities in the shared responsibility chains; lack of political integration; informality in collection, storage, final disposal practices of some wastes specially batteries, EW, lamps. In terms of potential, it can be considered: little generation of some waste (batteries / EW) can be inducing factor for shared solutions for final disposal thereof; the geographical proximity among the cities studied facilitates logistics for possible partnerships.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Análise de uma situação de aprendizagem para o ensino de coordenadas cartesianas(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2016-09-06) Aliano, Larissa Cristina; Paterlini, Roberto Ribeiro; https://lattes.cnpq.br/6240750958932738; https://lattes.cnpq.br/9687577535104146This dissertation has main goal analyze the Learning Situation “Cartesian coordinates and transformations in the plane” of Material Support Curriculum of the State of São Paulo, Student notebook, submit a proposal of a didactic sequence to the topic and check their effectiveness. The motivation for choosing this theme came from a study made of the results of SARESP, which present a low performance in the abilities involving this subject. The work begins with a study of issues on Cartesian coordinates of SARESP and Brazil Test, and official documents as PCN and Curriculum Proposal of the State of São Paulo. They are also appreciated opinions of some researchers in the field of education on the teaching of mathematics. We also make a brief analysis of how textbooks address the issue. Then described the planning of the teaching sequence that includes the Student Notebook activities as well as its application in two classes of students in Year 8. In implementing the activities we organize students into pairs, so that they could develop problems more autonomy and less interference from the teacher. After the implementation of the activities, students were evaluated by a test similar to the SARESP with some questions drawn from these tests and others built for myself. Using the results presented by the students in the activities and evidence did an analysis of trial and error. At the end we can conclude that our work is validated, because the students have obtained satisfactory results in the assessment, showing that the learning situation applied in the format presented propose an appropriate outcome compared with SARESP. To validate our research follow in big steps, the methodology proposed by didactic engineering.
