Item type:Item, Adaptação do currículo nas aulas de língua portuguesa para alunos com deficiência intelectual(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2018-03-03) ;Guadagnini, Larissa ;Galvani, Márcia Duarte ;https://lattes.cnpq.br/6866106661255961https://lattes.cnpq.br/4574147474069190Adapting of the regular curriculum, through adjustments, is an educational strategy that facilitates and promotes the learning of students with intellectual disabilities. The curricular adaptations in the Portuguese Language classes make the contents of this area less distant from the reality of the students with intellectual disability, since because of their pathology they are left aside in this discipline. Thus, the research aims to: (a) identify and describe the pedagogical practices of Portuguese language teachers addressed to the student with ID; (b) prepare and apply proposals for adaptation of activities of the Portuguese Language content for these students; (c) to evaluate from the perspective of the Portuguese Language teacher the applicability of the curricular adaptation register proposed in Resolution 61 of 2014 of the Government of the State of São Paulo. The researcher participated as a teacher of special education; a teacher of the discipline of Portuguese Language of the common class who teaches this discipline for two students with intellectual disabilities with a report, enrolled and frequent in the 7th year of Elementary School II, one of them student in the 7th grade class A and the other in the 7th grade class year D. From a qualitative approach, the research was characterized by being a participant, focusing on the interaction between the researcher and the members of the investigated situations, so that both parties could build new knowledge. In order to do so, this study covered four stages, namely: observations of the Portuguese language classes, initial interview, elaboration and application of adapted activities and final interview with the Portuguese Language teacher. It was used as an instrument for data collection: (a) observation script of the classes and; (b) interview script. The data were classified into categories, counting on the judges' appreciation to give reliability to the analysis made. The data were treated in a qualitative way using thematic categories. The results revealed that the pedagogical practice of the teacher was based on lectures, which inhibited the participation of students with intellectual disabilities, who were walking in the classroom. Factors such as these point to the need for training both to devise and to use adapted classroom activities. In the process of elaboration and application of the adapted curricular activities, it was observed the teacher's involvement as well as the participation of the students with intellectual deficiency in the classes, since, after the application of the adapted activities, the students began to participate in the classes, giving motivation to the teacher, who felt more responsible for their teaching and learning. Regarding the curriculum adaptive registration sheets proposed by the Government of the State of São Paulo in 2015, there was a need to reformulate the records, so that they become more functional and integrate the teachers' planning, not just a document completed and delivered in the school's coordination. The curriculum adaptation record should cover teaching strategies for students with intellectual disabilities, as well as instructions and materials for use by teachers. It is concluded, therefore, that planning and training actions are needed for teachers on how to make curricular adaptations.Item type:Item, Lei Maria da Penha, análise do discurso e semiótica francesa: um ensaio sobre a adesão ao discurso da lei(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2018-03-05) ;Locher, Gabriela Barboza ;Signori, Mônica Baltazar Diniz ;https://lattes.cnpq.br/5524678730650668https://lattes.cnpq.br/4484481816254171Under the assertion that the sphere Law shows itself like a space of discursive strategies, which there is a conflict of "truths" supported by arguments that are able to legitimize a certain power, the project in question is about to analyze the process of adherence to the discourse of Law 11.340 / 2006 (Maria da Penha Law) , which, disposes of mechanisms to restraint domestic and family violence against women, will build a corpus of analysis of the present investigation. Based on French discursive currents, we will seek to apprehend, from a historical and cultural point of view, the discursive practices and the relations of power, instigating the problematic in an interdisciplinary way, notably by imbricating the linguistic and legal in order to verify the effects of veracity and legitimacy that the legal text intends to pass, imbricated to a peculiar form of modalization of the masculine and feminine subjects. In this tuning, we will analyze the modality that circumvents the male figure, that is, what is determined to be, as well as the negative sanction due from possible lack of observance of the agreement proposed by the Maria da Penha Law, which may also materialize in the choleric allegory, which is capable of legal intervention. To do so, considering the updating modality attributed to women by the Judiciary, we will analyze beyond the socio-historical-cultural conditions that made possible the legal discourse Lei da Penha, central concepts such as discourse, subject, ethos, pathos and logos in order to understand the context that the woman is and how it reflects on the adherence to the discourse proposed in/by the Law under analysis.Item type:Item, Uma abordagem para a priorização de casos de teste de regressão baseada em rastreabilidade(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2018-03-05) ;Malimpensa, Gabriel Gioannini ;Fabbri, Sandra Camargo Pinto Ferraz ;https://lattes.cnpq.br/2204086299921323https://lattes.cnpq.br/5096907576219459Context: Build software with quality while respecting cost and time is one of the great challenges of systems development. The requirements traceability and testing activity, such as regression tests, are alternatives to overcome these challenges. However, it is known that the testing activity is very costly and takes too much time for the entire development cycle. Therefore, it justifies the importance of prioritizing test cases, so that the defects are revealed as soon as possible. Objective: The objective of this work was to propose an approach for prioritizing test cases in the context of regression testing, based on traceability. Methodology: A literature review was conducted through a systematic mapping in order to identify the main techniques for prioritizing test cases. It was developed a plug-in for prioritization of test cases based on the proposed approach, for a widely used industry tool (Jira). It was also conducted case studies with real systems to evaluate this approach. Results: The approach elaborated during this work showed good efficacy in the conducted experimental studies. In one of the case studies, the prioritization determined by the approach presented better efficiency than the prioritization manually done by quality analysts and it also was able to find more defects. Conclusions: The obtained results show that the elaborated approach can be an alternative for the application of the prioritization of test cases in the industry.Item type:Item, Assista outra vez: uma revisitação dos contos de fadas através de A Bela Adormecida (1959) e Malévola (2014)(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2018-03-05) ;Mazzini, Amanda Rosasco ;Costa, Flávia Cesarino ;https://lattes.cnpq.br/1653890782950111https://lattes.cnpq.br/9462265723148647The dissertation proposes a revisitation of the oral and literary fairy tales’ tradition that gave rise to the movies Sleeping Beauty (Clyde Geronimi, 1959) and Maleficent (Robert Stromberg, 2014), produced by Walt Disney Pictures. The objective is to make a historical retrospective of fairy tales’ origins, going through the medieval moment, through literature, painting, and comparing with the movies’ moment of mass communication. This path through the arts culminates in an analysis of each film, seeking its modes of address, the implications of the filmic text regarding the audience, and the artistic references prior to the movies. The main researchers of fairy tales used here are Bruno Bettelheim, Elizabeth Harries, Maria Cristina Martins, Vladimir Propp, Maria Tatar, Marina Warner and Jack Zipes. Gathering the connection between the films and the fairy tales’ tradition brings a different look at Disney, understanding to what extent the production company is a continuation of fairy tales’ canon.Item type:Item, Membranas poliméricas híbridas policarbonato/grafeno: correlação estrutura e propriedades de transporte(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2018-03-05) ;Oliveira, Lucas Mendonça da Rocha ;Silva, Caio Marcio Paranhos da ;https://lattes.cnpq.br/7793686262868668https://lattes.cnpq.br/9333712244430151Polymeric membranes are an interesting alternative for the nanofiltration/desalination processes of marine and brackish water bodies, aiming to increase the availability of drinking water. However, these processes are actively influenced by the reduction of the filtration performance due to fouling. The fouling formation is a result of specific interactions arising from concentration polarization. Therefore, the knowledge about the mechanisms of interactions between the structure/surface of the membrane and the permeated flux is a fundamental point for the understanding the fouling process and the possible alternatives in the sense of mitigating it. This research aimed at the modification of the polymer membrane structure/surface through nanostructuring with the incorporation of graphene and chemically modified graphene. From the structural and physical-chemical point of view, the unique nature of graphene can favor and synergistically alter the surface polarization of the membrane and the internal nanostructure. Thus, the correlation between the obtained nanostructure and the transport properties inherent to the nanofiltration/desalination process as a function of the presence of the graphene was investigated, focusing on membranes with high antifouling performance and high permeate flow. For this, characterizations were carried out using spectroscopic, morphological, thermal and salt and water transport analyses. It was observed that the presence of the different particles even at low concentrations is able to alter the characteristics of these membranes mainly at local level with consequent changes in the transport properties. The thermal stability increased with GO and GOA presence. FEG showed the exfoliated, agglomerated and enovelled particles. The different graphene surface groups altered both matrix compatibilty and affnity between the given permeant as well as the matrix tortuosity. Thus, membranes containing graphene were more resistant to salt permeation and fouling formation.Item type:Item, Emergência e resolução de conflitos e/ou assédio moral na administração pública e seus impactos na saúde mental dos servidores(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2018-03-05) ;Almeida, Ivete Politano de ;Caron, Monica Filomena ;https://lattes.cnpq.br/3408975195954782https://lattes.cnpq.br/5652127185559467The objective of this study was to analise the research already done on the emergence of interpersonal conflicts and / or moral harassment in the public administration and the impacts on the mental health of the employees, based on the theoretical contributions to the understanding of the causes and consequences of the conflicts and bullying at work, as well as possible approaches to prevent and combat the occurrence of phenomenon. The methodology adopted was the integrative review of the literature, with a temporal cut from 2007 to 2017; the data collection was done in the databases CAPES, SciELO-Br and SPELL, resulting in eight articles for analysis. Results were presented in three steps: construction of charts which allowed us to describe the data; detailed description of the information contained in the tables, distributed in six topics; grouping of articles into three categories: pleasure and suffering at work; moral harassment at work; stress at work. It was possible to identify in the public service the occurrence of interpersonal conflicts and practices of moral harassment in the work, due to the new forms of work organization of the capitalist model of production, mainly by the abusive practice of power relations, with consequences for mental health and life private use of servers, for public organizations and for society.Item type:Item, A discordância conciliável em relação à psicanálise : um estudo sobre o percurso que vai da sintomatologia à topologia dos níveis diferenciais na filosofia de Gilles Deleuze(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2018-03-05) ;Freitas, Flávio Luiz de Castro ;Monzani, Luiz Roberto ;https://lattes.cnpq.br/2036732603638197 ;Soria, Ana Carolina Solivahttps://lattes.cnpq.br/2903416522364971The purpose of the present work is to explain the nature of the relations between philosophy and psychoanalysis in the thought of Gilles Deleuze during 1961 and 1969. It is postulated as a hypothesis to be demonstrated as a thesis, that the philosophical thought of Gilles Deleuze establishes relations of the order of reconcilable discordance with the psychoanalytic knowledge. The reconcilable discordance consists of two mechanisms that are interconnected. The first mechanism of reconcilable discordance is the symptomatology. The symptomatology has its own path that is divided in three parts: 1) legal-archetypal symptomatology, exposed in the article From Sacher-Masoch to the masochism of 1961; 2) symptomatology of human and natural phenomena, which is present in Nietzsche and the philosophy of 1962; and 3) symptomatology of differential elements, which is detailed in Sacher-Masoch - the cold and the cruel of 1967. The second mechanism of the reconcilable discordance is the topology, which in turn holds a peculiar itinerary along the work of Deleuze. The topology is also present in Sacher-Masoch - the cold and the cruel of 1967, however it moves through the article How Do We Recognize the Structuralism? published in 1972 but constructed during the 1960s. In addition, critical topology also has a relevant development in chapter 2 of the 1968 thesis, namely, Difference and Repetition. The apex of topology occurs in the book entitled The Logic of Sense, whose publication occurred in 1969. As a result, it is possible to affirm that the critical topology in relation to psychoanalysis is symbolic, Nietzschean and differential. The concept that relates symptomatology and topology, as mechanisms of, is desexualization, which is elaborated throughout the sixties, from the article of 1961 to the book of 1969. To demonstrate this hypothesis, the development of this text is divided into three moments, besides Introduction and Conclusion. The first moment is entitled The Course of Tthe Symptomatology of The Differential Elements. The second moment receives the title of From The Symbolic Topology to Tthe Nietzschean topology. The third moment is called the Topology of Differential Levels.Item type:Item, Diagnóstico socioambiental dos estudantes residentes na moradia estudantil da Universidade Federal De São Carlos(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2018-03-05) ;Silva, Rodolfo Homero Francisco da ;Caron, Monica Filomena ;https://lattes.cnpq.br/3408975195954782https://lattes.cnpq.br/5442770161282924It is uncontestable that day after day the socio-environmental theme has been successful in acquiring visibility in the media, in organizations, in politics and in society in general. A large number of organizations have been adopting environmental management systems showing that this new reality is among public and private companies in a spontaneously or coercively ways. Within this context, the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar) fits in with internal departments such as the Secretaria Geral de Gestão Ambiental and ProACE, which currently maintains 592 places in student housing located mostly inside of campus. Considering that a very significant portion of students that need residence assistance live in the internal student housing of UFSCar, they are the parcel that lives the reality of the institution more consistently, it is understood that, from the application of a questionnaire directed to this public, therefore, it is possible to subsidize discussions that attempt to understand their socioenvironmental perception and the actual effectiveness of the socio-environmental actions developed institutionally. In order to do so, we sought to understand the different concepts of Environmental Education and proceed with the survey of the most different actions and social-environmental initiatives present on the São Carlos campus of UFSCar. Thus, in these discussions we aim to collaborate institutionally in order to identify demands and subsidize actions of intervention, awareness, orientation and production of adequate didactic material, corresponding more dynamically to the internal expectations and society in general about the relevant role of a public educational institution in the socio-environmental debate.Item type:Item, Quem tem a força? as relações de poder intrapartidárias em perspectiva multinível(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2018-03-05) ;Leveguen, Brina Deponte ;Ribeiro, Pedro José Floriano ;https://lattes.cnpq.br/6336151484882362https://lattes.cnpq.br/7221069694598187Considering the Brazilian institutional and political context, the object of analysis is the multilevel party leadership structure. The objective of the research is to analyze intra-party organizational dynamics and control mechanisms used by leadership, with emphasis on the use of Provisional Committees. The research design involves the nine parties with the highest number of governing bodies: PMDB, PT, PFL / DEM, PSDB, PP, PDT, PSB, PR and PTB from the pre-election period in 2006 to the post-election period in 2016. The hypotheses are 1- the ideological spectrum exerts an influence on the degree of centralization and autonomy of the governing bodies; 2- the electoral performance impacts on the structure of the state organs. The methodology considers comparative analysis through multiple documentary research, including partisan statutes, party and electoral laws, and partisan documents that indicate interventions at the national level of state bodies. The result is that ideology has an impact on formal organization, especially on partisan statutes and the dismissal of Provisional Committees. Electoral coordination was also a variable that influences the occurrence of interventions, especially in the PT and PSDB, which focus on the presidential election.Item type:Item, A interseccionalidade e suas contribuições para a compreensão do encarceramento de mulheres negras(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2018-03-05) ;Rosa, Camila Simões ;Onofre, Elenice Maria Cammarosano ;https://lattes.cnpq.br/9391211432183878https://lattes.cnpq.br/1276568343434060This is a theoretical study with a qualitative approach, and contributions in black feminism, which, when considering that there is no hierarchy between the practices of oppression experienced by women, recognizes the urgency of analyzes and reflections on the mass incarceration of black women. The context to be studied, and the theoretical option in Brazilian and North American black feminists, have leapfrogged the interest in a more detailed study of one of the concepts of this social movement, which guided by the invisibility of black woman agenda in feminist debates and on the race debates, proposes intersectionality. At the stage of the research that is dedicated to the understanding of this concept, historical discussions were conducted evidencing that black women were affected by intersectional discrimination even before the concept was outlined by Kimberlé Crenshaw in the 1980s. Presented here are the theoretical discussions of the concept from this North American feminist, Brazilian woman and others who collaborate in the theoretical impetus of intersectionality as analytical sensibility capable of taking from invisibility groups crossed by different practices of oppression. Also, in this discussion, there is a bibliographical survey in the thesis and dissertation bank of CAPES (Coordination of Improvement of Higher Level Personnel) amid the years 2005 and 2015 with the descriptor: intersectionality. The researches analysis regarded the number of publications per year, gender and race of the researchers, and the use of intersectionality in different contexts. Entering the intersectional discussion for the mass incarceration of black women, it presents an overview of women's prisons, an instrumental analysis of indicators of the female prison system, and considerations on the Women's Prison System from an intersectional perspective coming from Angela Davis. It evidences the potentiality of the intersectional concept in the understanding of experiences that affect black women and other marginalized groups. Moreover, this concept of black feminism arises as essential in the discussion of the oppression of gender and race that affect women in prison.Item type:Item, Compreensão do trabalho dos aeroviários no atendimento aos passageiros com necessidade de assistência especial: uma perspectiva da atividade(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2018-03-05) ;Figueiredo, Júlia Pierre ;Menegon, Nilton Luiz ;https://lattes.cnpq.br/5461487552981919https://lattes.cnpq.br/7758147639436868The price reduction of air tickets in Brazil has raised the flow of passengers, as well as the diversity of people utilizing kind of transport. Some specific groups need differentiated services in relation to others and face several difficulties during air travel. Some of these difficulties are related to services provided by air service employees, airline workers responsible for ground services inside the terminal. The aim of the present study was to understand the work activity of air service employees in the aid of these specific groups of passengers, encompassed in the denomination of PNAEs (Passengers with Special Needs). The research has a qualitative approach and the work was studied in light of the Theory of Activity and of concepts of Activity Ergonomics. The method of the study was the Ergonomic Work Analysis (AET), and the data collection took place in 11 Brazilian airports, distributed in the 5 major regions of the country. Observations and interviews were carried out and posteriorly analyzed by the method of content analysis. The results describe the task and the work activity of airline service employees in all steps of the attendance process, including the check-in attendance, the guidance of passengers inside the terminal, the boarding procedure, the flight dispatch, and the disembarkation of passengers. The results also identified contradictions and discontinuities in the systems of activities, which constrain the work of the air service employees, generating difficulties and conflicts. The main factors that cause conflicts are: the lack of resources and conditions necessary for the air service employees to carry out their work, and the lack of information of passengers related to the procedures to be followed in the complex context of aviation. The study brought contributions to the understanding of the work of the air service employees, little discussed in the literature, and the approach in light of the perspective of the activity made it possible to confront the logics of different social actors of air transport, giving a broad view of the work context, and the interactions between its elements.Item type:Item, Estudo da influência da epibiose do protozoário ciliado Epistylis pygmaeum Ehrenberg, 1838 sobre o zooplâncton(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2018-03-06) ;Martins, Luciana Hitomi Hayashi ;Seleghim, Mirna Helena Regali ;https://lattes.cnpq.br/5998337634888263https://lattes.cnpq.br/0120277643475516Epibiosis is a type of facultative interaction between two species. The epibiont is the organism that colonizes a living substrate during the sessile stage of their life cycle, and the basibiont is the organism that serves as the basis for colonization. In the plankton of aquatic systems numerous epibiont ciliate species are often found colonizing various organisms, however the relationship between them and the ecological roles of epibiosis are poorly understood. The present study aimed to evaluate the epibiotic relationship in the zooplankton community, especially between cladocerans and the ciliate protozoan Epistylis pygmaeum Ehrenberg, 1838, in a shallow eutrophic environment, in Monjolinho reservoir, in the city of São Carlos-SP, Brasil. The presence of epibionts in the reservoir was monitored from november 2015 to november 2017. During the study, the occurrence and dominance of a species of epibiont (E. pygmaeum) was observed only in two periods: between july / august 2016 and august / september / october 2017. The samples were collected in horizontal trawls in the water column, using a mesh plankton net and brought to the laboratory where the populations were identified. After identification, basibiont survival experiments, epibiont localization site, host selectivity, rate of detachment and colonization and bacterivory were performed. E. pygmaeum showed preference for cladocerans, especially the genus Daphnia, and copepod ovine sac. It also showed preference for certain sites of colonization, the dorsal region being preferred to the other regions of the cladocerans' body. The protozoan was able to detach itself quickly from its host and transform from the sessile form to the free natant form (telotroquia) in an average time of 30 minutes. In relation to the influence of epibiosis on host survival we found that it affects adversely and significantly the survival of the host. In relation to the bacterivorous potential, in the three basibionte species tested Bosminopsis deitersi Richard, 1895, Daphnia ambigua Scourfield, 1947 and Moina micrura Kurz, 1874 we noticed a decrease in the consumption of bacteria by cladocerans carrying epibibionts when compared to the consumption of bacteria performed by cladocerans without the presence of epibiont in their carapaces. For the protozoan, the relation seems to be advantageous because its bacterial consumption was greater in its epibionte form when compared to its free natante form. Epibiosis, for the protozoan, although involving energy expenditure and supposed susceptibility to predation, confers benefits. For the host, a relationship is unfavorable and it ends up being impaired, both with respect to food and swimming, and may also affect its survival, especially in the presence of predators or in the occurrence of competitionItem type:Item, Estudo experimental da Lei de Faraday da indução eletromagnética utilizando um smartphone e um computador(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2018-03-06) ;Reis, Tiago de Oliveira ;Soares, Antonio Augusto ;https://lattes.cnpq.br/8093480629202515https://lattes.cnpq.br/0860332394591067The experiment proposal aims to demonstrate Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction using a personal computer, a smartphone and low cost materials. It is expected that students recognize from a quantitative point of view, that varying the magnetic flux through a coil, leads to the generation of an induced electromotive force (emf). The detection of the emf is made using the computer's sound card and the free software Audacity. Concomitantly, measurements of the magnetic field as a function of time is made with the smartphone and the Physics Toolbox Sensor Suite (PTSS) app. The smartphone's data allows to determine the magnetic field flux's time dynamics in the coil. Such variation is associated with the emf obtained with the computer. Using a electronic spreadsheet to analyse the experimental data, students should be able to recognize the linear relationship between these two physical quantities.Item type:Item, Usabilidade nas soluções de e-mail seguro - o modelo mental de segurança do usuário(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2018-03-06) ;Ferreira, Lucas Cesar ;Anacleto, Junia Coutinho ;https://lattes.cnpq.br/6200743168568684https://lattes.cnpq.br/2680546196200700The adoption of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in personal, social and corporate environments is increasingly evident. This fact brings complexity, interdisciplinarity, and diversity into the information security field intensified by decentralization and ubiquity of the actual era. As this phenomenon becomes more common, concerns regarding security, secrecy, privacy, and information governance increase. Consequently, tools to improve the safety in systems gain more evidence and new conceptions have emerged. However, studies and recent events have demonstrated how difficult is to use and adopt these safer solutions. Although these solutions improve the information security, there is evidence of the need for more effective security and privacy models on the Web to make these tools widely adopted by users in general. Therefore, the users need be aware of the approaches used by these security and privacy solutions in order to facilitate their adoption, without disregarding the contexts of use. In this context, this study aims at understanding the users' mental models of information security (e.g., secure e-mail solutions) to investigate if the design focused on such models can support the use and adoption of security tools. For that, a review of the main tools found in the literature was performed to identify the main characteristics and design approaches of these tools. Furthermore, to explore if such approaches are in compliance with Usable Safety guidelines and challenges defined in the literature. Then, an empirical evaluation was carried out using the Xmail prototype (developed at the LIA-UFSCar) and the Pwm tool to extract qualitative evidence from the users' perception and validate the proximity of their mental models to the task model proposed by the tools. As a result, this study contributes with a review and an evaluation model of secure tools that can be extended beyond keeping e-mail safe. In addition, from the analysis of the results, it was found that integrating the understanding of the users' mental security model into the process of designing safe and usable e-mail tools can significantly improve the usability of such tools.Item type:Item, Emaranhamento intrínseco em sistemas tipo-Dirac(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2018-03-06) ;Bittencourt, Victor Augusto Sant Anna Valderramos ;Bernardini, Alex Eduardo de ;https://lattes.cnpq.br/5215976260958847https://lattes.cnpq.br/2554262645115031Dirac equation is supported by a $SU(2) \otimes SU(2)$ group structure, such that its solutions describe two discrete degrees of freedom, intrinsic parity and spin, which in general are entangled. In this work we will characterize such spin-parity under a general perspective as well as from the point of view of two Dirac-like systems: a four level trapped ion, in the context of the quantum simulation of Dirac equation with external fields, and for the bilayer graphene. We will derive a method for the construction of the eigenstates of the Dirac Hamiltonian including constant external potentials. We will then study the non-local character of mixed bispinor states in connection with CP transformations, verifying that the spin-parity entanglement is invariant under such transformations. Additionally, we will investigate how Lorentz boosts affect the entanglement encoded in two bispinorial particles. In this last case, entanglement is not in general invariant for antisymmetric states, although the entanglement on chiral projections exhibit invariance properties. In the second part of the work, we will describe how the spin-parity entanglement is translated to the Dirac-like systems considered. For the bilayer graphene, for example, the $SU(2)\otimes SU(2)$ structure of Dirac equation is reflected onto entanglement between lattice and layer quantum numbers. We will describe the evolution of arbitrary states of such systems and we will consider the inclusion of global and local noise effects on the Dirac-like dynamics, through Kraus operators, related to random fluctuations of the system parameters. For both systems the noise degraded the entanglement associated with the $SU(2) \otimes SU(2)$ structure. Our results and the formalism here develop are a support for the description of intrinsic correlations in Dirac-like systems, specially for graphene, which can be further develop for implementation of quantum algorithms.Item type:Item, Proposta de trabalho didático sobre o conteúdo enunciação reportada sob uma abordagem enunciativa(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2018-03-06) ;Valentim, Duane ;Valentim, Helena Topa ;Onofre, Marilia Blundi ;https://lattes.cnpq.br/4908382415301882https://lattes.cnpq.br/9857164065744798In this research we aim to present a didactic exercise that explores the different kinds of reported enunciation considering the operation of epilinguistic activity during the process of teaching and learning, contributing to the linguistic development of the students when working with the possibilities of operating with the language. The didactic exercise considers the knowledge of the students about their own language by observing, redesigning and comparing the statements, we believe we can contribute to the linguistic and cognitive development of students, leading them to enrich the discursive relations in their texts. The proposed herein objectives have as theoretical framework the Theory of Predicative and Enunciative Operations (TOPE), initiated by Culioli. Such theoretical assumptions can contribute to the configuration of a productive approach during the process of teaching and learning because of its operative model of linguistic and non- classificatory analysis. Regarding the methodological concern for the development of this work, we set our guide based on a theory of linguistic observable, performed by an analytical framework composed of primitive, predicative and enunciative relations, in which are installed, respectively, notions of semantic, syntactical and enunciation. With regard to the analysis of our corpus, we were able to identify that, although there is no explanation through metalanguage, students use different justifications regarding to the use of reported speech and reveal to understand what is involved in the linguistic exercise. Therefore, we infer that although language activity supposes a constant epilinguistic work, certain didactic exercises emerge the epilinguistic activity of the individual that when observed at the linguistic level by the students and by the teacher, it is possible to allow the students to rationalize their way of thinking and also helps the teacher leading the students to operate on their own representations.Item type:Item, Contribuições do DFMEA na integração entre desenvolvimento de produtos e engenharia da qualidade: casos em empresas de grande porte(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2018-03-06) ;Bueno, Fernanda Campos ;Toledo, José Carlos de ;https://lattes.cnpq.br/9421627326330417https://lattes.cnpq.br/1662244184767965This research aims to examine the role of DFMEA in the context of functional integration between Product Development (PD) and Quality Engineering (QE) through case studies in Brazilian industrial companies. Data were collected through interview with professionals in the Product Development and Quality Engineering in two companies, which their main difference is the physical proximity between departments, where one PD and QE departments are co-located and the other departments are located in different cities and states. The results indicate that DFMEA is a QE key tool for PD decision making and plays an important role in integrating PD and QE. It is a group decision tool, which participation in the QE is essential, as well as enabling the team members to work together to achieve goals towards the quality of the product. This was observed in cases when linking the compensation system of employees to the indices of product failures in the market and the costs of non-quality. In one of the cases the integration is also facilitated by PD and QE activities, and the DFMEA reports are reported to the same manager. Some practices of interaction between PD and QE during the execution of a DFMEA also influence the quality of the final product, such as the use of resources such as Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) and organizational structures such as co-location. Despite the improvement of ICTs, co-location has indicated that it is a relevant mechanism to improve problem solving due to detailed information and dynamism of meeting failures and solutions. This research is one of the few studies that report and discuss the role of FMEA in the integration between PD and QE in Brazil, however it is limited to the comparative study of two cases. Replication in other units of analysis is required to validate and deepen the findings reported.Item type:Item, Estudo experimental dos mecanismos resistentes de juntas com chave de cisalhamento em ligações pilar-viga(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2018-03-06) ;Faleiros Junior, José Herbet ;Carvalho, Roberto Chust ;https://lattes.cnpq.br/3633394168236221https://lattes.cnpq.br/3924424490679157In this dissetation exploratory models are used to examine the behavior of semi - rigid pillar - beam connections with shear key. This type of connection is ordinary in Brazil prefabricated concrete structures. Thus, the use of a solenoid, shear key between the pillar - beam face and the addition of negative reinforcement on the cap rod, being this at the top of the beam, gives the connection a semi - rigid behavior and the possibility of transferring vertical actions relieving the amount of effort in the console. The work contributes to verify the structural situation and the representativeness of the connections already performed in Brazil, since there are no studies or tests carried out to verify the real influence of impact of the shear key assists in the composition of the bond. The study consisted in the creation of a simple model, based on long-term experiments in Brazil for semi-rigid connections. Through the tests, it was verified the efficiency of the participation of the shear key, where they were considered models of real magnitude. This study will serve as a basis for the later realization of joint geometry variation, as well as the real problem in beams with large deformations. The study is finished by isolating the total portion resisted by the semi-rigid connection by discounting the value resisted by the pin effect of the negative rod and the portion of stresses resisted by the console, in this way it was determined that the shear key actually had a relief effect of 40,88% of the total amount of efforts.Item type:Item, Estudo químico do fungo endofítico isolado de Hortia superba (Rutaceae) na produção de compostos secundários(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2018-03-06) ;Formoso, Dianne Dominguez ;Silva, Maria Fátima das Graças Fernandes da ;https://lattes.cnpq.br/0457632122660653https://lattes.cnpq.br/4482260069724820The order Sapindales, compost for the families Rutaceae, Meliaceae, Burseraceae, Simaroubaceae, Bierbersteiniaceae, Kirkiaceae, Anacardiaceae, Sapindaceae and Nitrariaceae, is rich in various classes of speciais metabolites, being the most frequents: coumarins, alkaloids, flavonoids, quassinoides and limonoides. The family Rutaceae is characterized by a great diversity of those metabolites not common in other families the order (Silva et al., 1988) and is constituted by different genera, of which stands out Hortia, compost for five species distributed from Panama to the state of São Paulo, and some of the area Amazônica (Groppo and Pirani 2012), besides of to be endemic in the area of Minas Gerais, where take the plant as a sample. In this work the endophytic fungus belonging to the family Xylaria, was isolated .This fungus was inoculated in the malt extract agar culture medium, where was produced several secondary metabolites, and between they were separated and identified three compounds: Declorogriseofulvin, Griseofulvina, 3,4-Dihydro-8- hydroxy-3- methylisocouarin-5-carboxylic acid, Spiro[benzofuran-2(3H),1'-[2] cyclohexene]-3,4'- dione, 5-cloro-7-declorogriseofulvina, a compound that is still unpublished and 5- clorogriseofulvin. The second compound is isomer of this last substance and was identified by the NMR and Massa Spectrometry techniques. The hemolytic activity in blood was measured for the substances, resulting the griseofulvin being less toxic in blood than your analogue, as declorogriseofulvin. In addition, the biological activity of the compounds was analyzed against to the strain Staphylococcus aureus, by the Inhibitory Concentration Method for bacteria (MICs) (Barbosa. S et al, 2016), concluding as result that the substances do not have antimicrobial activity against the Gram- positive bacteria.Item type:Item, Aplicação do método de apoio multicritério à decisão na escolha de pavimentos urbanos: estudo de caso em São Carlos/SP(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2018-03-06) ;Loss, Camila Fávero ;Ferreira, Marcos Antonio Garcia ;https://lattes.cnpq.br/2643134259454260https://lattes.cnpq.br/5921485571464502As a result of the expansion of cities, the need for urban pavement in Brazil is very significant. Urban pavement benefits all citizens by providing safe and accessible circulation in the urban space. However, pavement associated with urbanization may generate significant changes in the environment, with long-term consequences. During the designing of projects of this kind, one must consider that many factors are involved, such as: financial aspects, environmental concerns, and concerns that the project meets relevant technical requirements (durability, comfort, safety, among others). Therefore, choosing a pavement that satisfies all of these goals can become somewhat complex. When researching the literature on studies related to urban pavement, a common research problem was the lack of studies concerning the choice of pavement types. In this context, it was considered that an adequate approach to this issue would be to apply the Multicriteria Decision Analysis Approach (MCDA), which has been widely used in the transport field. Accordingly, this research proposed the creation of a model that can support the decision-making during the choice of urban pavements. The model was created by means of a case study in the city of São Carlos, Brazil, which was developed in three main stages: structuration of the problem, evaluation of different alternatives of urban pavement types, and the recommendations on the most appropriate type of pavement. In the first stage, the context of the decision and the actors involved were defined. Afterwards, interviews were made to establish the structure related to decision-making problem. The evaluation phase of the pavement choices was performed by analyzing their attributes, which were elaborated at various levels of specificity. These attributes were given values that represented the subjectivity of the decision makers. With this data, a numerical value was calculated for each type of pavement using a function where the one with the highest result was the one recommended. Three types of pavements were evaluated: Warm Mixed Asphalt (WMA), Precast Concrete Blocks for Paving (PCBP), and a PCBP type equipped with a structure that allows infiltration and storage of rainwater (permeable PCBP). A sensitivity analysis was performed to validate the results obtained and to support the recommendations. The application of MCDA in this research has provided an in-depth view about the choices of urban pavements, including several attributes, which also expressed the objectives of the actors consulted. During the process of defining the attributes, it was possible to obtain a better understanding of the difficulties in evaluating these objectives, and of the strengths and limitations of each pavement choice. When consulting the decision makers to evaluate each attribute, it was possible to understand which attributes were most relevant for the city managers. As a result of the case study, the WMA pavement was recommended. The model used for this study may be replicated in other realities, and in future transport and planning projects.
