listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Emergência e resolução de conflitos e/ou assédio moral na administração pública e seus impactos na saúde mental dos servidores(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2018-03-05) Almeida, Ivete Politano de; Caron, Monica Filomena; https://lattes.cnpq.br/3408975195954782; https://lattes.cnpq.br/5652127185559467The objective of this study was to analise the research already done on the emergence of interpersonal conflicts and / or moral harassment in the public administration and the impacts on the mental health of the employees, based on the theoretical contributions to the understanding of the causes and consequences of the conflicts and bullying at work, as well as possible approaches to prevent and combat the occurrence of phenomenon. The methodology adopted was the integrative review of the literature, with a temporal cut from 2007 to 2017; the data collection was done in the databases CAPES, SciELO-Br and SPELL, resulting in eight articles for analysis. Results were presented in three steps: construction of charts which allowed us to describe the data; detailed description of the information contained in the tables, distributed in six topics; grouping of articles into three categories: pleasure and suffering at work; moral harassment at work; stress at work. It was possible to identify in the public service the occurrence of interpersonal conflicts and practices of moral harassment in the work, due to the new forms of work organization of the capitalist model of production, mainly by the abusive practice of power relations, with consequences for mental health and life private use of servers, for public organizations and for society.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Uma abordagem para a priorização de casos de teste de regressão baseada em rastreabilidade(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2018-03-05) Malimpensa, Gabriel Gioannini; Fabbri, Sandra Camargo Pinto Ferraz; https://lattes.cnpq.br/2204086299921323; https://lattes.cnpq.br/5096907576219459Context: Build software with quality while respecting cost and time is one of the great challenges of systems development. The requirements traceability and testing activity, such as regression tests, are alternatives to overcome these challenges. However, it is known that the testing activity is very costly and takes too much time for the entire development cycle. Therefore, it justifies the importance of prioritizing test cases, so that the defects are revealed as soon as possible. Objective: The objective of this work was to propose an approach for prioritizing test cases in the context of regression testing, based on traceability. Methodology: A literature review was conducted through a systematic mapping in order to identify the main techniques for prioritizing test cases. It was developed a plug-in for prioritization of test cases based on the proposed approach, for a widely used industry tool (Jira). It was also conducted case studies with real systems to evaluate this approach. Results: The approach elaborated during this work showed good efficacy in the conducted experimental studies. In one of the case studies, the prioritization determined by the approach presented better efficiency than the prioritization manually done by quality analysts and it also was able to find more defects. Conclusions: The obtained results show that the elaborated approach can be an alternative for the application of the prioritization of test cases in the industry.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Lei Maria da Penha, análise do discurso e semiótica francesa: um ensaio sobre a adesão ao discurso da lei(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2018-03-05) Locher, Gabriela Barboza; Signori, Mônica Baltazar Diniz; https://lattes.cnpq.br/5524678730650668; https://lattes.cnpq.br/4484481816254171Under the assertion that the sphere Law shows itself like a space of discursive strategies, which there is a conflict of "truths" supported by arguments that are able to legitimize a certain power, the project in question is about to analyze the process of adherence to the discourse of Law 11.340 / 2006 (Maria da Penha Law) , which, disposes of mechanisms to restraint domestic and family violence against women, will build a corpus of analysis of the present investigation. Based on French discursive currents, we will seek to apprehend, from a historical and cultural point of view, the discursive practices and the relations of power, instigating the problematic in an interdisciplinary way, notably by imbricating the linguistic and legal in order to verify the effects of veracity and legitimacy that the legal text intends to pass, imbricated to a peculiar form of modalization of the masculine and feminine subjects. In this tuning, we will analyze the modality that circumvents the male figure, that is, what is determined to be, as well as the negative sanction due from possible lack of observance of the agreement proposed by the Maria da Penha Law, which may also materialize in the choleric allegory, which is capable of legal intervention. To do so, considering the updating modality attributed to women by the Judiciary, we will analyze beyond the socio-historical-cultural conditions that made possible the legal discourse Lei da Penha, central concepts such as discourse, subject, ethos, pathos and logos in order to understand the context that the woman is and how it reflects on the adherence to the discourse proposed in/by the Law under analysis.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, A discordância conciliável em relação à psicanálise : um estudo sobre o percurso que vai da sintomatologia à topologia dos níveis diferenciais na filosofia de Gilles Deleuze(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2018-03-05) Freitas, Flávio Luiz de Castro; Monzani, Luiz Roberto; https://lattes.cnpq.br/2036732603638197; Soria, Ana Carolina Soliva; https://lattes.cnpq.br/2903416522364971; https://lattes.cnpq.br/2128304906555701The purpose of the present work is to explain the nature of the relations between philosophy and psychoanalysis in the thought of Gilles Deleuze during 1961 and 1969. It is postulated as a hypothesis to be demonstrated as a thesis, that the philosophical thought of Gilles Deleuze establishes relations of the order of reconcilable discordance with the psychoanalytic knowledge. The reconcilable discordance consists of two mechanisms that are interconnected. The first mechanism of reconcilable discordance is the symptomatology. The symptomatology has its own path that is divided in three parts: 1) legal-archetypal symptomatology, exposed in the article From Sacher-Masoch to the masochism of 1961; 2) symptomatology of human and natural phenomena, which is present in Nietzsche and the philosophy of 1962; and 3) symptomatology of differential elements, which is detailed in Sacher-Masoch - the cold and the cruel of 1967. The second mechanism of the reconcilable discordance is the topology, which in turn holds a peculiar itinerary along the work of Deleuze. The topology is also present in Sacher-Masoch - the cold and the cruel of 1967, however it moves through the article How Do We Recognize the Structuralism? published in 1972 but constructed during the 1960s. In addition, critical topology also has a relevant development in chapter 2 of the 1968 thesis, namely, Difference and Repetition. The apex of topology occurs in the book entitled The Logic of Sense, whose publication occurred in 1969. As a result, it is possible to affirm that the critical topology in relation to psychoanalysis is symbolic, Nietzschean and differential. The concept that relates symptomatology and topology, as mechanisms of, is desexualization, which is elaborated throughout the sixties, from the article of 1961 to the book of 1969. To demonstrate this hypothesis, the development of this text is divided into three moments, besides Introduction and Conclusion. The first moment is entitled The Course of Tthe Symptomatology of The Differential Elements. The second moment receives the title of From The Symbolic Topology to Tthe Nietzschean topology. The third moment is called the Topology of Differential Levels.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Quem tem a força? as relações de poder intrapartidárias em perspectiva multinível(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2018-03-05) Leveguen, Brina Deponte; Ribeiro, Pedro José Floriano; https://lattes.cnpq.br/6336151484882362; https://lattes.cnpq.br/7221069694598187Considering the Brazilian institutional and political context, the object of analysis is the multilevel party leadership structure. The objective of the research is to analyze intra-party organizational dynamics and control mechanisms used by leadership, with emphasis on the use of Provisional Committees. The research design involves the nine parties with the highest number of governing bodies: PMDB, PT, PFL / DEM, PSDB, PP, PDT, PSB, PR and PTB from the pre-election period in 2006 to the post-election period in 2016. The hypotheses are 1- the ideological spectrum exerts an influence on the degree of centralization and autonomy of the governing bodies; 2- the electoral performance impacts on the structure of the state organs. The methodology considers comparative analysis through multiple documentary research, including partisan statutes, party and electoral laws, and partisan documents that indicate interventions at the national level of state bodies. The result is that ideology has an impact on formal organization, especially on partisan statutes and the dismissal of Provisional Committees. Electoral coordination was also a variable that influences the occurrence of interventions, especially in the PT and PSDB, which focus on the presidential election.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Diagnóstico socioambiental dos estudantes residentes na moradia estudantil da Universidade Federal De São Carlos(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2018-03-05) Silva, Rodolfo Homero Francisco da; Caron, Monica Filomena; https://lattes.cnpq.br/3408975195954782; https://lattes.cnpq.br/5442770161282924It is uncontestable that day after day the socio-environmental theme has been successful in acquiring visibility in the media, in organizations, in politics and in society in general. A large number of organizations have been adopting environmental management systems showing that this new reality is among public and private companies in a spontaneously or coercively ways. Within this context, the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar) fits in with internal departments such as the Secretaria Geral de Gestão Ambiental and ProACE, which currently maintains 592 places in student housing located mostly inside of campus. Considering that a very significant portion of students that need residence assistance live in the internal student housing of UFSCar, they are the parcel that lives the reality of the institution more consistently, it is understood that, from the application of a questionnaire directed to this public, therefore, it is possible to subsidize discussions that attempt to understand their socioenvironmental perception and the actual effectiveness of the socio-environmental actions developed institutionally. In order to do so, we sought to understand the different concepts of Environmental Education and proceed with the survey of the most different actions and social-environmental initiatives present on the São Carlos campus of UFSCar. Thus, in these discussions we aim to collaborate institutionally in order to identify demands and subsidize actions of intervention, awareness, orientation and production of adequate didactic material, corresponding more dynamically to the internal expectations and society in general about the relevant role of a public educational institution in the socio-environmental debate.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, A interseccionalidade e suas contribuições para a compreensão do encarceramento de mulheres negras(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2018-03-05) Rosa, Camila Simões; Onofre, Elenice Maria Cammarosano; https://lattes.cnpq.br/9391211432183878; https://lattes.cnpq.br/1276568343434060This is a theoretical study with a qualitative approach, and contributions in black feminism, which, when considering that there is no hierarchy between the practices of oppression experienced by women, recognizes the urgency of analyzes and reflections on the mass incarceration of black women. The context to be studied, and the theoretical option in Brazilian and North American black feminists, have leapfrogged the interest in a more detailed study of one of the concepts of this social movement, which guided by the invisibility of black woman agenda in feminist debates and on the race debates, proposes intersectionality. At the stage of the research that is dedicated to the understanding of this concept, historical discussions were conducted evidencing that black women were affected by intersectional discrimination even before the concept was outlined by Kimberlé Crenshaw in the 1980s. Presented here are the theoretical discussions of the concept from this North American feminist, Brazilian woman and others who collaborate in the theoretical impetus of intersectionality as analytical sensibility capable of taking from invisibility groups crossed by different practices of oppression. Also, in this discussion, there is a bibliographical survey in the thesis and dissertation bank of CAPES (Coordination of Improvement of Higher Level Personnel) amid the years 2005 and 2015 with the descriptor: intersectionality. The researches analysis regarded the number of publications per year, gender and race of the researchers, and the use of intersectionality in different contexts. Entering the intersectional discussion for the mass incarceration of black women, it presents an overview of women's prisons, an instrumental analysis of indicators of the female prison system, and considerations on the Women's Prison System from an intersectional perspective coming from Angela Davis. It evidences the potentiality of the intersectional concept in the understanding of experiences that affect black women and other marginalized groups. Moreover, this concept of black feminism arises as essential in the discussion of the oppression of gender and race that affect women in prison.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Assista outra vez: uma revisitação dos contos de fadas através de A Bela Adormecida (1959) e Malévola (2014)(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2018-03-05) Mazzini, Amanda Rosasco; Costa, Flávia Cesarino; https://lattes.cnpq.br/1653890782950111; https://lattes.cnpq.br/9462265723148647The dissertation proposes a revisitation of the oral and literary fairy tales’ tradition that gave rise to the movies Sleeping Beauty (Clyde Geronimi, 1959) and Maleficent (Robert Stromberg, 2014), produced by Walt Disney Pictures. The objective is to make a historical retrospective of fairy tales’ origins, going through the medieval moment, through literature, painting, and comparing with the movies’ moment of mass communication. This path through the arts culminates in an analysis of each film, seeking its modes of address, the implications of the filmic text regarding the audience, and the artistic references prior to the movies. The main researchers of fairy tales used here are Bruno Bettelheim, Elizabeth Harries, Maria Cristina Martins, Vladimir Propp, Maria Tatar, Marina Warner and Jack Zipes. Gathering the connection between the films and the fairy tales’ tradition brings a different look at Disney, understanding to what extent the production company is a continuation of fairy tales’ canon.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Membranas poliméricas híbridas policarbonato/grafeno: correlação estrutura e propriedades de transporte(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2018-03-05) Oliveira, Lucas Mendonça da Rocha; Silva, Caio Marcio Paranhos da; https://lattes.cnpq.br/7793686262868668; https://lattes.cnpq.br/9333712244430151Polymeric membranes are an interesting alternative for the nanofiltration/desalination processes of marine and brackish water bodies, aiming to increase the availability of drinking water. However, these processes are actively influenced by the reduction of the filtration performance due to fouling. The fouling formation is a result of specific interactions arising from concentration polarization. Therefore, the knowledge about the mechanisms of interactions between the structure/surface of the membrane and the permeated flux is a fundamental point for the understanding the fouling process and the possible alternatives in the sense of mitigating it. This research aimed at the modification of the polymer membrane structure/surface through nanostructuring with the incorporation of graphene and chemically modified graphene. From the structural and physical-chemical point of view, the unique nature of graphene can favor and synergistically alter the surface polarization of the membrane and the internal nanostructure. Thus, the correlation between the obtained nanostructure and the transport properties inherent to the nanofiltration/desalination process as a function of the presence of the graphene was investigated, focusing on membranes with high antifouling performance and high permeate flow. For this, characterizations were carried out using spectroscopic, morphological, thermal and salt and water transport analyses. It was observed that the presence of the different particles even at low concentrations is able to alter the characteristics of these membranes mainly at local level with consequent changes in the transport properties. The thermal stability increased with GO and GOA presence. FEG showed the exfoliated, agglomerated and enovelled particles. The different graphene surface groups altered both matrix compatibilty and affnity between the given permeant as well as the matrix tortuosity. Thus, membranes containing graphene were more resistant to salt permeation and fouling formation.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Compreensão do trabalho dos aeroviários no atendimento aos passageiros com necessidade de assistência especial: uma perspectiva da atividade(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2018-03-05) Figueiredo, Júlia Pierre; Menegon, Nilton Luiz; https://lattes.cnpq.br/5461487552981919; https://lattes.cnpq.br/7758147639436868The price reduction of air tickets in Brazil has raised the flow of passengers, as well as the diversity of people utilizing kind of transport. Some specific groups need differentiated services in relation to others and face several difficulties during air travel. Some of these difficulties are related to services provided by air service employees, airline workers responsible for ground services inside the terminal. The aim of the present study was to understand the work activity of air service employees in the aid of these specific groups of passengers, encompassed in the denomination of PNAEs (Passengers with Special Needs). The research has a qualitative approach and the work was studied in light of the Theory of Activity and of concepts of Activity Ergonomics. The method of the study was the Ergonomic Work Analysis (AET), and the data collection took place in 11 Brazilian airports, distributed in the 5 major regions of the country. Observations and interviews were carried out and posteriorly analyzed by the method of content analysis. The results describe the task and the work activity of airline service employees in all steps of the attendance process, including the check-in attendance, the guidance of passengers inside the terminal, the boarding procedure, the flight dispatch, and the disembarkation of passengers. The results also identified contradictions and discontinuities in the systems of activities, which constrain the work of the air service employees, generating difficulties and conflicts. The main factors that cause conflicts are: the lack of resources and conditions necessary for the air service employees to carry out their work, and the lack of information of passengers related to the procedures to be followed in the complex context of aviation. The study brought contributions to the understanding of the work of the air service employees, little discussed in the literature, and the approach in light of the perspective of the activity made it possible to confront the logics of different social actors of air transport, giving a broad view of the work context, and the interactions between its elements.
