Here are some thoughts about women’s place in public life as ways for treating poverty that transform the economy and also contribute to the construction of women as subjects of rights, capable of exposing their dilemmas and vindicating their rights. This work aims to explore the impacts of a public policy for surpassing poverty based in solidarity economic principles in the daily life of its beneficiary parties, for their emergence as political subjects. Its self- compacting capability, ease of pumping, excellent homogeneity and resistance to segregation are highlighted, being these characteristics obtained by its composition. On the other hand, the recycling of waste from civil construction has aroused great interest and consolidated as an important practice for the sustainability of the construction sector, by reducing the environmental impact generated. Among the purposes that have generated great interest is the use of construction waste as a recycled aggregate. In this way, the present study tried to evaluate the influence of the substitution of the natural aggregates for recycled (big and small). The dosage of self-compacting concrete was performed according to the method proposed by Alencar and Helene. From the reference trace (AN REF), three traces were produced with 30%, 50% and 100% recycled aggregate replacement (AGR 30, AGR 50 and AGR 100) and 2 traces with substitution contents of the recycled kid's aggregate of 30% and 50% (AMR 30 and AMR 50). Tests were carried out in the fresh state of the mixture for determination of scattering and run-time, visual stability index, passing ability by ring method J, passing through L method, viscosity by funnel V method and resistance to segregation by the segregation column method, to verify the self-density of the concretes. In the hardened state, tests were performed to determine the resistance to simple compression, tensile strength by diametrical compression, modulus of elasticity, absorption of water by immersion, voids index and specific mass. The concretes produced presented satisfactory performance in the fresh state, being considered self - supporting. As for the mechanical behavior, the concretes presented resistance to compression similar or even superior to the reference concrete. The modulus of elasticity decreased as the substitution content of the recycled aggregates increased. The results of water absorption by immersion and voids index increased as the substitution content of the recycled aggregates increased. The work consisted of coupling a computational subroutine in the already existing platform, the CALCO. Currently the system allows the analysis, calculation of stresses and displacements, of concrete floors through the equivalent grid and was developed by (CASS, 2015). Initially a module was designed that allows the use of curved pretension cables with predefined geometry. To facilitate the introduction of the pre-tensioning efforts the cables can only be applied to the bars of the grid, and the user can create pretension bands. Then the module in question will transform the pretension action into equivalent nodal stresses. In this way, all the isostatic and hyperstatic stresses of the structure can be calculated. A way of understanding community’s setting processes and its biological responses consists of using diversity measures which cover different aspects about the composition, funcionality and the evolutive history of the environment. Considering that the changes caused by urbanization reflect in fish communities, we hypothesize that urbanization functions as an environmental filter, selecting species and influencing the diversity of ecosystems, therefore, the aim of this study was to compare through taxonomic diversity and functional indexes, stream fish communities which live either in rural and urban environments along the Upper Paraná River basin, located in the Southeast region of Brazil. In order to accomplish that, it was written two chapters about 48 different stream’s icthyofauna in the Atlantic Forest region: out of the total, 30 and 18 streams are located in rural and urbanized environments, respectively. In CHAPTER I, it was evaluated the taxonomical diversity among fish communities by measuring total specie richness (S), average richness (S ̅), estimated richness (S*), the Shannon-Wiener’s indexes of effective species (e^H') as well Simpson’s dominance (1/D). We observed that the taxonomical indexes were higher to the rural environments, indicating that, in terms of taxonomic, the rural environment diversity is higher when compared to the urban zones. In addition, in CHAPTER II, functional diversity standards of the communities were compared among rural and urban environments by analyzing food and locomotion morphological atributes of fishes. This index were adapted to functional quantitative indexes as richness (Fric), equability (Feve), dispersion (Fdis), divergency (Fdiv), specialization (Fspe) and originality (Fori). Rural environment presented higher functional dispersion than urban zones, whereas, streams which are inserted into urbanized environments showed a higher specialization and functional originality. Thus, it is evident that urban environments present a more homogeneity in their function distribution along the system, altough these functions are more original and unique. As final results we have gotten differences between taxonomical and functional diversity standards which happened due to the anthropic modifications into the system; these modifications, therefore, can work as important environmental filters within the organization of stream’s fish communities.
