listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Influência do consumo de álcool no desempenho dos trabalhadores de obras da construção civil na cidade de São Carlos(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2018-06-26) Pereira, Nathany Santana; Marques Neto, José da Costa; https://lattes.cnpq.br/2392932422695163; Parsekian, Guilherme Aris; https://lattes.cnpq.br/7798651726059215; https://lattes.cnpq.br/2258890982764385This study aims to investigate the influence of alcohol consumption on the performance of construction workers and what are the measures provided by construction companies in the prevention, identification and minimization of problems related to alcohol consumption. To reach the objectives of the study, a bibliographical research (for theoretical foundation and instrumentalization for data articulation) and a case studies in 03 works in the city of São Carlos / SP were carried out, characterizing itself from the point of view of its objectives as Descriptive research, transversal, quantitative. The sociodemographic profile, the pattern of alcohol consumption and the occurrence of accidents (of the last 12 months) were drawn from the 42 workers who composed the sample. This study allowed us to conclude that the pattern of alcohol consumption was predictive of the occurrence of delays, absenteeism, work accident, labor withdrawal and task execution time. It is also concluded that companies only adopt educational actions and that these are insufficient in the prevention, identification and minimization of problems related to the consumption of alcoholic beverages.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Evolução da acidentalidade da malha rodoviária da região central do Estado de São Paulo(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2018-06-26) Massaro, Camila Mota; Raia Junior, Archimedes Azevedo; https://lattes.cnpq.br/6413793013018019; https://lattes.cnpq.br/3216695245057706Given the current economic situation in Brazil, an efficient financial management, is more easily achieved if they are identified as priorities of future investments. In this context, the classification of the regional road network according to accidentality is fundamental in the definition of intervention priorities. Thus, this paper, in general, proposes to perform an analysis of the evolution of the accidentality of the road network of the central region of the state of São Paulo (DR-4 DER-SP), between the periods of 2010 to 2014. From the object of study, the data on road accidents were collected; These data were analyzed and treated in order to produce the road network in GIS platform. Then, the appropriate methodologies were defined to obtain the blackspots of the DR-4 road network. With the results obtained, the blackspots of the central road network of the State of São Paulo were identified through two methods, the accident rate and the severity rate, to compare the methods used. Thus, with the identification of these blackspots and with the series of the evolution of accidentality, it is possible to intervene on the highways to reduce the number of accidents in the region.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Gênero, feminismos e necessidades de saúde: a perspectiva das mulheres atendidas em um Centro de Atenção Psicossocial Álcool e Drogas (CAPS AD)(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2018-06-26) Cugler, Priscila Souza; Figueiredo, Wagner dos Santos; https://lattes.cnpq.br/5780408703746760; https://lattes.cnpq.br/4573372562569325It is possible to identify the gender differences related to the use of psychoactive substances (SPA), such as the reason for use, comorbidities, cultural and physical factors. The SPA health policy indicates that it is invisible and homogenizing, and women face structural, systemic, social, cultural and personal barriers in the search for and permanence in treatments. The purpose of this research was to understand the health needs of women treated in a CAPS AD, to characterize their conceptions about the use and the repercussions for health. The theoretical framework articulated the understanding of gender and feminist movements, with the interweaving of health needs and conceptions of psychosocial attention. The methodology was the oral history of life, with the accomplishment of open interviews with nine women, for the apprehension of narratives about their life experiences. The interpretation of the data was the analysis of thematic content, in which it was possible to identify four thematic categories: 01) Psychosocial Phenomena, the points identified, as health need, were to strengthen family and affective bonds, the process of experiencing mourning, as well as to offer spaces for socialization and acceptance and Gender Violence is also a phenomenon to be taken considered concerning social health needs, taking into account the traumas experienced throughout life, the affective issues and the specificities of gender inequalities; 02) The Maternity Experience Phenomenon points out that motherhood is a health need because of its relation to the historical dimension of sexual and reproductive rights and the experienced stigmas, revealing the problems that raise when the right to be a mother is denied; 03) Regarding to the Health Repercussions - health needs are related to eating disorders, liver diseases, falls with fractures, difficulty in attention and memory, and hangover effects, as well as melancholy, sadness and loneliness in their different manifestations, such as suicidal ideation, depression and bipolar disorder and 04) Mechanisms for the Strengthening of Autonomy, the process of greater self-awareness and insertion into productive activities are strategies for health care, rescuing and valuing their potentialities. The perspective of the affections and bond with the relatives is an important action of to be problematized. We can identify that gender inequalities became evident in cases of violence, of financial dependence, of multiple roles with work and children, of demand to meet beauty standards, in the differences in work and income opportunities, and stigmatization through the use of SPA and family ties. These social and historical constructs of gender reflect the daily actions of women, and for some of them, consciously or not, the way of coping occurs through the use of SPA. From the perspective of psychosocial care, we seek to contribute to women and professionals who are ethically and technically involved in the care process, and in the clinic management, by overcoming the hegemonic forms of health care, offering improved listening and accountability of care for womenlistelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Existência e multiplicidade de soluções para equações de Schrödinger com potencial magnético(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2018-06-26) Lima, Sandra Machado de Souza; Paiva, Francisco Odair Vieira de; https://lattes.cnpq.br/2889322093175193; Miyagaki, Olímpio Hiroshi; https://lattes.cnpq.br/2646698407526867; https://lattes.cnpq.br/9175760099193941In this work, we consider first a class of concave-convex type elliptical problems with sing-changing weight functions that satisfy some additional conditions. Still, we work with the magnetic laplacian operator. We prove that there are at least four solutions to the problem in question. We seek to establish regularity results for solutions. Exploring the relationship between the Nehari variety and the fiber application, we discussed the existence of at least two solutions to the problem. We use category theory to ensure the existence of a third solution and a Bahri Li argument to show the existence of a fourth solution. In a second moment we study a convex type problem with weight functions that can change signal and satisfy some additional conditions. Also using the Nehari method combining with arguments from Krasnoselskii's genus theory and a deformation-type argument, we discussed the existence of infinite solutions to the problem by varying the assumptions about the weight functions.
