The characteristics of autonomy and personalization of mobile devices are factors that reinforce this. However, designing a teaching program requires an increased attention from the educator due to the particularities of the mobile platforms. This proposal presents a model for projects of mobile teaching studies. This model presents six steps for the elaboration of study plans considering as characteristics of autonomy of the student. This model was tested through an application for data storage machines and the application of tools for the use of a search engine tool. The application was designed according to the steps determined by the model and tested with the group of people. The results of the tests were satisfactory, thus concluding a viability of the proposed model. In this sense, the teacher should be familiar with first aid techniques, in order to be able to develop skills, prevent unnecessary injuries/consequences, and provide assistance to the child until specialized health support arrive in the school institution. As a strategy for training early childhood education teachers on first aid, educational interventions in health education are satisfactory. In this context, realistic simulation is an effective teaching technology, where questions of reality are repeated, in guided and controlled experiences, and where decision-making is allowed to be potentialized. OBJECTIVES: To analyze Realist Simulation’s contributions about school-age-child health intercurrences management in the school environment, in the experience of the elementary school teacher. MATERIALS AND METHODS: It’s a qualitative study, with an evaluation design of simulated activity, as an educational practice that is based on the concepts of Experiential Learning Theory. The study was carried out in three public schools of early childhood education and elementary education I of a city in the interior of São Paulo. An educational intervention was carried out with 45 teachers, with simulated scenarios in the first aid in the children's school, before the management of cardiorespiratory arrest, airway obstruction, convulsive crisis, falling with cut and hemorrhage. For data collection, 4 simulated scenarios were used, replicated 16 times, 4 focus groups and 27 individual interviews. The analysis of the data was made through analysis of qualitative inductive content. All the ethical recommendations established in Resolution 466/12 of the National Health Council were followed. RESULTS/ DISCUSSION: The analysis allowed us to apprehend experiences that were grouped by similarity:1) Realistic simulation as an experiential learning resource; 2) Need for transformation of the teaching-learning process; 3) Accidents and health intercurrences with children: subjects for the school space; 4) (A) the 'super' teacher (r). The realistic simulation for the approach of teachers to the first aid theme is effective, as it promotes experiential learning and erupts with decontextualized teaching methods. It can be considered a teaching tool that allows the learner to sustain the knowledge throughout its life, by cognitive correlations with lived experiences. When the teacher participate in an educational intervention on first aid, can demonstrate that it is possible to reflect about the practice itself to be carried out, as well as validating the improvement of the decision making process. FINAL CONSIDERATIONS: The school environment is conducive to lifes’s risk. This study raises questions related to the professional, ethical and citizenship teacher’s role. Teacher’s professional qualification to attend health emergencies is still incipient and based on disconnected training of the work routine. Inquiries regarding the co-responsibility of the teacher over another assignment should be considered, as familiarization and approximation of first aid techniques as citizens is necessary, but not by exempting the government's responsibility to strengthen the school in the face of child safety and protection.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Análise de genes e proteínas envolvidos no estado redox de reticulócitos e eritrócitos de pacientes beta talassêmicos ou com anemia falciforme(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2018-06-27) Romanello, Karen Simone; Cunha, Anderson Ferreira da; https://lattes.cnpq.br/0329741640375661; https://lattes.cnpq.br/1347247507713902Although not the primary etiology of diseases such as beta-thalassemia and sickle cell anemia, oxidative damage plays a crucial role in the aggravation of these diseases, contributing to the hemolysis and the short survival of the red cells in the circulation. Among the mechanisms to combat oxidative stress are the enzymatic antioxidant defenses such as SOD1, CAT, GPX1, and PRDXs, and the latter stand out for their abundance and high reactivity with their substrates. The main objective of this study was to associate the levels of PRDXs 1, 2 and 6 and its reducers TRX1, TRXR1 and SRX1 with the high ROS production observed in patients with beta-thalassemia intermedia (BTI) and sickle cell anemia. In addition, we analyzed the production of SOD1, CAT, and GPX1, as well as the NRF2/KEAP1/PKCδ complex, known to regulate the expression of enzymes involved in this work. For comparative purposes, we analyzed the protein levels of PRDXs 1, 2 and 6 in patients with the beta-thalassemia major phenotype (BTM). Our results showed significantly increased levels of PRDX1 in BTI when compared to healthy subjects and BTM, whereas PRDX2 was shown to be higher in BTM. However, the superoxidation levels of this enzyme are also higher in these patients, suggesting that the recycling of this enzyme is limiting the overall catalytic cycle. In addition, we observed an increase in the levels of TRX1 and SOD1 in BTI compared to healthy individuals, indicating an additional mechanism to reduce the high levels of ROS observed in these patients. Our data also suggest the participation of the NRF2 transcription factor in the regulation of the antioxidant enzymes analyzed in this work. With regard to patients with sickle cell anemia, the results obtained when compared to those of healthy individuals showed: reduction of the protein content of PRDX2, indicating a greater vulnerability of these cells to the EROS attack. In the extracellular environment, PRDXs 1 and 2 showed an expressive increase in the analyzed patients. The NRF2/KEAP1/PKCδ complex showed a significant reduction in their gene expression, indicating a possible limitation of the antioxidative response in these patients. Our data broaden the knowledge of the literature and reveal the regulation of new targets that can be evaluated for a better understanding of these diseases.
