listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Elementos críticos na adoção da perspectiva integrada “Leagile” (lean /ágile) no relacionamento interfirmas da cadeia de suprimentos do setor automotivo(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2019-06-10) Moraes, Juliana Costa Dias de; Piato, Éderson Luiz; https://lattes.cnpq.br/1439984077907071; https://lattes.cnpq.br/8309780638047632This research aims to identify the critical elements that influence the adoption of the integrated "Leagile" perspective in the relationship between companies in the automotive supply chain. Through an exploratory qualitative study using the critical incident technique, we seek to contribute to the literature by filling the existing gap regarding further studies on the Leagile perspective applied to the context of the interfirm relationship. This approach is still under-explored, both in the literature on supply chain management and in good business practices. Although the Lean and Agile philosophies have been widely studied for many decades, this has occurred in isolation and applied exclusively to the context of manufacture. The application of these combined perspectives in the context of supply chain relationships is still recent and little discussed. As it is a recent topic, from the perspective of a new application, the study requires an in - depth exploratory research, in the search for the understanding of the elements to be identified and their influences. The work identified aspects of the SCM relationship, relationship antecedents, and Lean and Agile perspectives of each SCM member with their connections and divergences. Decoupling points were identified, and a displacement proposal was presented to provide gain of channel flexibility. An analysis and decision scheme have been proposed to direct managerial work in organizations that wish to implement integrated strategies such as Leagile.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, A fauna em jogo: perspectivas do jogo de papéis nas dimensões de conhecimento, valores e participação na Educação Ambiental crítica(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2019-06-10) Oliveira, Adriana Fernandes Machado de; Silva, Rosana Louro Ferreira; https://lattes.cnpq.br/2635824351245453; https://lattes.cnpq.br/6356795892508861One of the goals of the critical Environmental Education (EE) is to stimulate the reflection process allied to citizenship principles through transformative learning, within the educational dimensions of knowledge, values and participation. This can empower people to be emotionally able to changes and politically aware. A transformative EE methodology should seek change and not just knowledge attainment; reveal behaviors in a realistic scenery; emphasize internal and external influences on current environmental behavior; and include an interactive conflict situation that demands a solution. Roleplay simulations allow us to observe behaviors during problem-solving approaches and to reflect upon them, through collaborative practice and social interaction. The aim of this essay was to create a role-playing game with a socioenvironmental conflict contextualized to fauna conservation issues in the region of Jundiaí-SP, and then investigate the potentiality of this material related to the critical EE dimensions. The specific objectives were: to explore these potentialities in an educational action that used this methodology in continuing professional development for teachers; to assess the main fauna conservation problems in the region of Jundiaí-SP; to create a role-playing game based on the problems found; to analyze this game when utilized with high school students, in order to identify the dimensions of knowledge, values and participation; to verify if it was possible to explore transformative methodologies during the use of this material; and to contribute with the repertoire of participative methodologies in EE. The content analysis of the discussions generated during the simulation had both a qualitative and descriptive approach, regarding context inferences, as well as quantitative in terms of the frequency of appearance of certain elements of the message. The investigation of conflicts in the area occurred through bibliographical and documentary research. The results obtained through the post-game questionnaire with students and the semi-structured interview with the teacher present during the activity were examined by a descriptive analysis. In the continuing professional development for teachers, aspects of critical EE were seen, with great potential for transformation of the causes of socioenvironmental conflicts. Regarding the main issues related to fauna conservation in the region of Jundiaí-SP, it was noticed the existence of several socioenvironmental problems caused by humans, such as the high number of road accidents involving animals, given the proximity of the city with several important highways. Stemming from this, a didactic roleplay simulation was created, entitled “A Fauna em Jogo” [fauna in game], to raise debate on urban development, sustainability and biodiversity conservation. The use of visual resources facilitated the understanding of the dynamics of the game and the appropriation of the characteristics of the characters. The dialogues that took place during the play displayed aspects of the EE dimensions of participation, values and knowledge, as well as characteristics of EE in its critical, pragmatic and conservative currents. There could also be seen the particularities of a transforming methodology. The following attributes were observed in "A Fauna em Jogo": playful nature; presence of difficulties, with internal and external influences on individual behavior; experience of decentralization, cognitive conflict and consensus building; validation and recognition of the perspectives of other actors; shared experiences between people with different contexts; team building through collaborative learning; and critical reflection and connection of the game with formal knowledge.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Concepção de sistema de controle de RCC em canteiros de obras de edifícios de múltiplos andares(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2019-06-10) Lobo, Mariana Giovani; Marques Neto, José da Costa; https://lattes.cnpq.br/2392932422695163; https://lattes.cnpq.br/5328182918460836This work aimed to develop a support system for planning and control of waste construction (WC) for construction sites of multi-floors buildings. For this, started from a macro analysis, verifying the Management Plans required by the National Solid Waste Policy (NSWP) at the national, state and municipal levels until reaching the research outline: construction sites. The data for the composition of the National and State overview was obtained from recent information from the Ministry of the Environment (ME), reports and official documents from federal and state agencies. For the situation about the Integrated Solid Waste Management of Municipal Plans (ISWMMP) analyzed the municipal laws of each one of the 645 municipalities of the State of São Paulo. In addition, along with this analysis to this analysis identified the same laws that required the use of the Waste Transport Control (WTC) document, provided for in Conama Resolution Nº. 307/2002. For the next stage of the research, a questionnaire was developed to analyze the reality of the sites constructions and obtain tool suggestions for the proposed system. The questionnaire was applied at four different companies building multi-floors buildings. As initial results, it was found that the Union does not have its National Plan official, over the States more than half already have their plans prepared and for the municipalities of São Paulo, the reality found was different from that provided by the Green Blue Municipality Program (GBMP). Currently, less than half of the municipalities - 48% - have their ISWMMP elaborated and instituted by law, and under this same premise it was found that only 13% of the municipalities are required to use the WTC. About the case studies, they revealed that big generators miss a solid WC database to consult. The system was designed based on the suggestions and analysis of the reality shared by the four builders. It was concluded that the big generators do a lot and seek by the fact that they have certifications such as ISO 9001 and PBQP-H. The proposed system is a complete control tool that seeks greater integration of WC management related activities in the site construction to assist the big generators. Its differential is the sharing of data between users that will compose a consolidated and easily accessible database.
