Proposição de um modelo para análise de viabilidade e seleção de projetos em empreendimentos coletivos agroindustriais

In several regions of the world, collective agroindustrial projects are important initiatives for the reduction of poverty and hunger. However, they are exposed to a set of particularities that make it difficult and set challenges to success in their implementation. These characteristics require the use of feasibility analysis tools that can incorporate such particularities. Aiming to contribute to the resolution of this problem, this research has as main objective the construction of a model to support decision making, which incorporates the conditions and determinants that affect the performance and viability of the collective agroindustrial projects of industrialization and commercialization in Brazil. A systematic literature review was carried out to identify the performance constraints of collective agroindustrial projects. The proposed model was structured via Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) modeling, aiming at weighting weights for the factors and determinants from a panel with twenty interviews with experts. The developed model was applied to a portfolio with six collective agroindustrial projects. This application aimed to measure the impact of each determinant in the evaluation of the projects, build the proposed index in real situations and evaluate the results of the implementation of the projects using the proposed analytical tool. The results achieved include the development, proposal and testing of a Project Success Probability Index - IPSP for the analyzed initiatives. The proposed analytical method, with emphasis on the IPSP, proved to be efficient in identifying the most important factors for the success of collective agroindustrial projects.
Entre singularidades e processos identitários: um olhar para a formação e atuação profissional de Professoras da educação infantil

This study assumes that the teaching professional identity is constituted as an interaction between the individual and his subjective experiences, both at the individual and professional levels. The objective was to investigate how the process of constituting the professional identity profile of teachers who work in early childhood education (with children aged 3 to 5 years). We considered their life stories, training processes and professional performance. Theoretical contributions to the analysis of the investigation was based on the contributions of Tardif (2002, 2013), Pimenta (1999), Nóvoa (1992, 1997, 2019), Dubar (2005)) - in the field of the theme on identity and professional knowledge - and in Assis (2007), Kishimoto (1999, 2005) and Rosemberg (2012), on the understanding of professionals in early childhood education. The research had been based on a qualitative methodology through an exploratory-descriptive study, carried out through questionnaires with open and closed questions, with 14 teachers of early childhood education. The data were organized into 05 axes of analysis (Identity and singularity; Initial and continuing education; Teaching professionalism; Teaching knowledge; Professional practice). The results shows the importance of this type of investigation, allowing us to have a more accurate look at how the teachers of young children act and face the problems of their realities, which leads us to a more in-depth dialogue and an analysis in a more critical and aware of issues related to real situations that arise in the context of early childhood education that enable a constant reflection of practice and, consequently, of the constitution of identities.
Estudo comparativo sobre o projeto estrutural de lajes nervuradas e maciças em concreto armado na situação de incêndio

When compared to solid reinforced concrete slabs, the ribbed slabs are designed in order to make the most efficient use of the qualities existing in the materials that constitute them, through the cover and ribs set, the use of concrete is optimized for compression and the use of steel to withstand the tensile stresses existing in the slabs. Due to this better use of the materials used in the construction of the ribbed slabs, these slabs are considered more economical than the solid ones, this for larger spans (from 6 or 7 meters). However, the mandatory verification of reinforced concrete structures for the fire situation tends to diminish this economic advantage possessed by the ribbed slabs, because when checking a slab to the fire situation, the thermal insulation capacity of this element is also verified. so that minimum thicknesses of concrete slabs are required. Thus, in this work we studied the design of solid and ribbed slabs in reinforced concrete in the fire situation using mostly two standards of the Brazilian Association of Technical Standards (ABNT), ABNT NBR 6118: 2014 - Design of reinforced concrete structures and ABNT NBR 15200: 2012 - Design of reinforced concrete structures in a fire situation with the tabular method. The dimensioning of the structures for different design impositions was carried out with the aid of the CAD / TQS software, and through the iterative process, the dimensions of the slabs were obtained so that the arrows obtained were as close as possible to the maximum arrows of each span. When the slabs were dimensioned and detailed, the quantities of steel and concrete used in the design of each slab were obtained. Thus, through the tables and graphs generated in the Excel software, a comparative study was carried out between the solid and ribbed slabs for different contour situations. (spans, classes of environmental aggressiveness and height of the building). A comparative study between the different construction methods was carried out, the use of solid and ribbed slabs in the structural design was discussed.
Didática histórico-crítica: relatos de uma experiência em sala de aula e possibilidades de sua implementação

The general objective is to analyze which manifestations or perceptions predominate when the didactics of historical-critical pedagogy are used in the teaching and learning process in high school students. For this purpose, this didactic was used during philosophy classes in a high school classroom at a public school in the city of Sorocaba and its results were compared to those obtained with another class in which the didactics / class structure were applied. in the “student notebook” of the State Education Network of São Paulo, based on reflections from the analysis of historical-critical pedagogy and the experiences of implementing this theory in the State of Paraná, especially in the city of Francisco Beltrão, and in criticism of technical-reproductive model of the State of São Paulo and the implementation of historical-critical pedagogy in the municipality of Limeira-SP, the research found elements to structure a proposal for the application of the historical-critical didactics presented here. After a study and analysis of the theory, some experiences of implementing historical-critical pedagogy and its didactics were analyzed, first in the State of Paraná and later in Limeira-SP. Still in the practical analysis of historical-critical didactics, the teacher-researcher presented an action research that he developed with his high school students to observe how historical-critical didactics happen in school daily life in comparison with the use of the “student notebook” used by the State Education Network of São Paulo. In view of the theoretical framework of historical-critical didactics, the experiences studied and the practice developed in action research, it was thus possible to discuss the proximity, distances and challenges of implementing historical-critical didactics. What is observed is that it is more distant from its implementation in Teaching Networks and closer to its implementation in classrooms across the country. For this to accelerate in this political, economic and social moment that Brazil is going through, it is necessary to invest in continuing education and invest in the autonomy of the teacher and in his relationship with other educators and with the students so that new experiences emerge in the daily life of the classroom. class with historical-critical didactics, making education a space that contributes to social transformation, built through basic work.
