The present work is characterized in an exploratory qualitative study, gathering analysis of narratives published in cyberspace of women who underwent home births. At narratives were analyzed based on studies of occupational therapy in everyday life. looking for the marks of daily life that influence this event, having as objective to identify and analyze situations in the daily lives of women present at the moment of childbirth and its effects on the process of giving birth, strengthening the role of women. For this, in the context of a qualitative research, we started from the method of cartography of reports from childbirth available in cyberspace. The results point to the different ways in which the daily life of the mother, family and home can produce transformations in the process of childbirth. The action of giving birth at home converges and is expressed in the body's relationships and choices of the parturient with people, objects, environments, feelings and professionals.

This Scientific Technological Initiation project is involved in the relationship between the demands of the homeless population, the recent integration of social policies and the contribution of promoting social practices and technologies, in the themes of social fragmentation and the processes of social vulnerabilities. Therefore, it proposes to contribute to the analysis of data collected by the 1st Census carried out with the homeless population in the city of São Carlos - SP, carried out in 2019, whose focus will be data related to the daily lives and ways of life of people who find themselves in that situation. The answers were tabulated and systematized using the Excel Office® software, so that graphs and tables were built for analysis, organized into four stages. Throughout the study, it was possible to build the profile of the participants, analyze their ways of life and identify inequalities among the participants, such as the high frequency of people on the streets, low adherence to public facilities and the absence of work in their daily lives. For these underprivileged daily lives, social technologies were proposed, based on the expertise of Occupational Therapy, as strategies that respond to the real needs of this group.

Abstract: Since its inception, occupational therapy has been interested in the exclusion experienced by populations that historically are on the margins. Among these, it is possible to cite a figure that circulates through the various frontiers of society: the foreigner. This work aimed to analyze the main challenges of changing the cultural context, in the face of migration motivated by political, economic and environmental crises, examining the relevance of the occupations of these subjects in their process of adaptation to a new culture. The research had a qualitative character and used interviews to access the life history of Haitian immigrants, who sought Brazil as a place to start over. The reports show the importance of paid work in social inclusion, as well as the need to discuss the creation of public policies and the articulation of support networks, to guarantee an effective inclusion of these immigrants to Brazilian society through access to a dignified life.
