listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Pornografia de vingança e juventude: perspectivas teóricas e o estímulo ao debate com vídeos informativos(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2021-06-25) Rocha, Yara Cristina da; Zuin, Antônio Álvaro Soares; https://lattes.cnpq.br/5543562307373287; https://lattes.cnpq.br/1412266656491373This research proposes to analyze, with the help of the targeted bibliography, the elements that circumvent the revenge pornography event, particularly focused on vexatious, undue exposure and moral lynching against women, as well as the components that fuel the search and consumption of videos on the topic on the basis of YouTube. Highlighting the path built by technological revolutions, until the virtual boom that took over the daily lives of individuals, some weaknesses that are transposed between the boundaries of the real and the virtual will be demonstrated, combining characteristics of interpersonal relationships in virtual planes. In addition to the focus on comparing videos from the virtual base, the research focuses on points that also seeks to investigate the impact of revenge pornography on the relationships of young people and adolescents, especially those who have some connection with the school environment. Despite configuring itself as a fairly impartial event between genders and age groups, the text intends to indicate how the phenomenon exposes its greater scope among young women, with specific mechanisms for acting and penalizing victims. Some notes will be addressed about the general concept of violence and the interweaving it makes with the school, with the culture that emanates from this environment and that establishes links with the main theme, in addition to the support of gender studies that support the construction of the proposed perspective in the discussion. The research relies on the theoretical contributions of Critical Theory, which discusses some of the effects of technology on society, historical surveys on the history of computing, internet and the expansion of use in peoples daily lives, education studies aimed at analyzing violence and school culture, in addition to the current processes that seek to articulate the new digital scenario to the curriculum, and highlights of feminist literature and gender studies, which aim to denounce discriminatory elements and promote the debate against the violence and paradigms wich are socially reproduced.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Introdução à mecânica quântica relativística: a equação de Klein-Gordon(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2021-06-25) Dias, Isabela Pereira Lima; Garcia, Raphael de Oliveira; https://lattes.cnpq.br/1108249683067698; Souza, James Alves; https://lattes.cnpq.br/2212240621620011; https://lattes.cnpq.br/0176240391842618The end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century was marked by the emergence of two theories that revolutionized Physics, the theory of special relativity and quantum mechanics. The theory of special relativity provides a generalization of Newton's ideas about space and time, imposing a speed limit for interactions in nature given by the speed of light in free space, making Newton's laws of motion compatible with the laws of James Clerk Maxwell for electromagnetism. Quantum mechanics, on the other hand, was formulated from the necessity to build a theory applicable to atomic phenomena, impacting the way of thinking about science in a very significant way, explaining the stability of atoms and stars and providing support for the description of phenomena and technological applications in modern electronics and telecommunications. Although there are some incompatibilities between these two theories, their unification provide a very consistent theory named as relativistic quantum mechanics to approach the behavior of elementary particles in high-energy physics. Since this field is quite broad, in this work we restrict ourselves to relativistic wave equations, considering their most introductory development, given by the Klein-Gordon equation. For this purpose, we introduce the fundamental concepts of special relativity, such as its postulates, the implications related to the structure of space-time for high-speed regime, the four-vectors notation, and we also discuss the concepts of covariance, contravariance and invariance. Regarding quantum mechanics, we restrict ourselves to the description of the free-particle Schrödinger wave equation. The relativistic Klein-Gordon wave equation was introduced from the necessity of modification of the Schrödinger equation to make it covariant under Lorentz transformations. Considering the free-particle Klein-Gordon equation we discuss what is meant by a relativistic wavenfuncion, an equivalent continuity equation, the postulate of existence of antiparticles and how the Schrödinger wave equation can be recovered considering the non-relativistic limit, showing that the Klein-Gordon equation can be considered as a direct relativistic generalization of the quantum mechanics Schrödinger equation for spin-zero particles.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Teorema de Green e suas aplicações(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2021-06-25) Gonçalves, Stephanie Raira; Rezende, Alex Carlucci; https://lattes.cnpq.br/4190869482260889; https://lattes.cnpq.br/3294078330056170This monograph addresses as its main theme Green’s Theorem, a sophisticated result that shows an equality relation between a double integral of a region and a line integral around it. With a more didactic explanation, we show some previous concepts which may help in understanding the theorem and that are fundamental for its development. Then, we present the theorem, the regions to which we can apply it, its applications and the results that derive from its study. Finally, we conclude with the importance of the theorem and considerations about the way the text was developed.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Processos criativos na infância: do brincar à representação criativa(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2021-06-25) Montijo, Silvia Pinheiro; Lombardi, Lucia Maria Salgado dos Santos; https://lattes.cnpq.br/5697508831302188; https://lattes.cnpq.br/3892934259798378The act of creating is an all time present activity in a person’s life, when performing the simplest activities of their daily lives, the human being creates and/or uses tools from previous creative activities, in fact, the world that surrounds this individual is full of his creations and it is this world that also provides the necessary experiences for such activities. This work aims to investigate and discuss how these creation processes occurs, specifically in childhood. In order to investigate this theme, a qualitative and bibliographic study was carried out. This work is divided into three chapters. The first is the Memorial, where the author tells her experiences and childhood memories that led her to the chosen theme. The second chapter presents and describes the methodology used. At last, the third chapter consists of the theoretical framework, which establishes what the creative process is, the relationships between imagining and creating, the relationships between playing and creation and the action learning and creative representation. The final considerations point to the importance of imagination in the psychological and social development of children and the importance of the educator in promoting situations and environments that contribute to child protagonism, consequently enabling creation and its development.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Uma sequência didática para o ensino e aprendizagem das cevianas no nono ano do ensino fundamental II(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2021-06-25) Velozo, Carla Cristina Maia; Massago, Sadao; https://lattes.cnpq.br/1915704875970931; https://lattes.cnpq.br/3263389121404200Schools have been concerned with student performance, aggravated by the existence of students with age and grade distortions, which requires a little more attention among school segments regarding the search for solutions to alleviate poor performance in the Mathematics subject. This study aims to analyze the results obtained with the application of a didactic sequence in the development of teaching and student learning in relation to cevians. Regarding the methodology, it is a descriptive and explanatory research, and a case study carried out at the school located in the city of Osasco, with structured questionnaires, with the objective of building the concepts of cevianas and some notable points of a triangle. The research had the participation of students from the 9th year of Elementary School, classes A, B, C, D and E, through 6 questionnaires with subjective questions, which had the initial objective of identifying what the student already knows about the subjects to be worked on, an end to building the concept of cevians. The results showed the students ability to differentiate the cevians (height, median and bisector), their characteristics, in such a way that they are able not only to construct geometrically but also to conceptualize them with precision, as well as to understand the concept of height; Affirming the importance of perpendicularity. In addition to presenting greater knowledge of the subjects covered in the geometry classroom. It is therefore concluded that the participation of the teacher in this teaching-learning process as a mediator is important, he must be motivated so that, whenever possible, he can innovate in his classes.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Corpo, política e discurso: representações discursivas da virilidade na extrema-direita(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2021-06-25) Gimenez, Gabriela Carolina Ferreira; Piovezani Filho, Carlos Félix; https://lattes.cnpq.br/1677609008094603; https://lattes.cnpq.br/2779674664117472The discourse is the ideological materialization through which we structure, signify, and re-signify the world around us. From solid and deep bases, many times, we establish unconscious meanings that are socially accepted by the community, as is the case of masculinity and virility materialized in reproductions and unfoldings of commonplaces about the characteristics of the masculine and the virile. Such properties that frequent the imaginary of our society gain forms and meanings in symbolic productions, which, in turn, feed back this imaginary and modify it more or less extensively and intensively in the various classes, groups and social subjects. To address some specificities of this process in contemporary Brazil, we elected the culmination of the "Bolsonarist" era, which extends from his pre-candidacy for the Presidency of the Republic in 2018 to the present day. From this cut, we seek to demonstrate how virility consists in a relevant motivation of the discourses of the Brazilian far-right. Our object of analysis are the hyperviral pro-Bolsonaro memes. One of the main results of our reflections and analysis indicates that these memes play a much deeper role than just "satirizing" the non-manly universe, since they carry and re-actualize a memory of sexual domination and legitimization of the testosterone-filled man. Based on Discourse Analysis, in this final paper, we focus our reflections on the ways in which the body of the hyper-virilized man functions as a means of propagating a macho ideology. This functioning includes both an unconscious dimension, since it includes deep roots such as machismo and patriarchy in our society, and a deliberate dimension, considering its electoral and manipulative use by the Brazilian extreme right today.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Espaço sagrado: uma análise sobre o Ilè Alaketu Asè Omò Logunèdé(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2021-06-25) Furquim, Rafael dos Santos; Mariano, Neusa de Fátima; https://lattes.cnpq.br/5003743301847104; https://lattes.cnpq.br/8824836036637518This work seeks in geography the category of Sacred Space analysis for the development of the case study centered on the Candomblé terreiro Ilé Alaketu Asè Omó Logunèdé. In the course of the work, it was also necessary to briefly reassemble the process of the African diaspora and how the memories of this diaspora reverberate in the religion of African matrix in our object of study.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Compreendendo o significado da trajetória e experiências sociais dos alunos cotistas que buscam desenvolver iniciação científica (IC)(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2021-06-25) Oliveira, Joice Silva de; Silva, Douglas Verrangia Corrêa da; https://lattes.cnpq.br/7699024298055259; https://lattes.cnpq.br/1807860277236883This work aims to understand the relationship between the subject's social position (focusing on racial and class relations) and his scientific training at the University, through the study of the trajectories of students from the Biological Sciences course at UFSCar who entered the system of quotas in Sisu and sought to develop Scientific Initiation activities. Data collection was carried out through a semi-structured interview with 6 students, carried out virtually by the Google Hangouts platform, which addressed questions about the identification of respondents, life trajectory before entering university, university experience and admission through Affirmative Actions and questions about the Scientific Initiation Experience and academic life. Complementary data collection by Google forms was also carried out. Data analysis was performed based on the Phenomenology described by Merleau-Ponty. The results showed that the social position of the subject interferes with the scientific trajectory, making it difficult for them to be included in the research activity and that this interference is especially linked to the precarious quality of basic education, resulting in the difficulty of implementing the scientific skills necessary for carrying out the project. And that however, students were able to develop strategies to overcome the challenges encountered in the academic and scientific trajectory that enabled the insertion of these students in academic activity. It is concluded that the difficulty of students' insertion in the scientific activity is related to the bureaucratic issues of the requirements established by research institutions, which has made it increasingly difficult to accept and grant scholarships for research projects in general. Indicating the necessary continuous monitoring of data and statistics on the socioeconomic, racial and other profile of participants in scientific institutions, such as social indicators and the expansion of more inclusive selection processes in academic and research activities.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Nucleação e crescimento de cristais, difusão e relaxação estrutural em vidros 2Na2O.CaO.3SiO2 e 5BaO.8SiO2(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2021-06-25) Rodrigues, Lorena Raphael; Zanotto, Edgar Dutra; https://lattes.cnpq.br/1055167132036400; https://lattes.cnpq.br/5729099771275680Despite intensive research regarding glass crystallization, there are still flaws in the theories and especially in their application. Aiming to verify the applicability of the classical nucleation theory (CNT) and the relationship between the diffusional process related to crystallization and viscous flow, two silicate glasses, 2Na2O∙CaO∙3SiO2 and 5BaO∙8SiO2 were used. Due to the numerous difficulties in the direct measurement of the “structural units” mobility in the crystal-liquid interface, the effective diffusivity for nucleation (DI) has been estimated using three parameters – nucleation time-lag (Dτ), viscosity (Dη) and crystal growth velocity (DU). Additionally, the possible effect of structural relaxation in the nucleation kinetics at low temperatures was evaluated, which is often neglected in the application of the CNT. It was observed that Dτ and Dη yields similar values of DI, leading to similar conclusions about the CNT consistence. Only nucleation data of 2Na2O∙CaO∙3SiO2 glass at very low temperatures showed some evidence of a failure of the CNT, which was assigned to the experimental limitation of nucleation time for this composition. Generally, the temperature dependence of Ist was best described by assuming DI = Dτ or DI = Dη, when compared to DI = DU. However, the inclusion of the effect of structural relaxation suggested a progressive increase in the nucleation rate until reaching the definitive value corresponding to the fully relaxed glass, which agrees with the theoretical predictions considering DI = DU. Therefore, it was shown that the alleged “CNT breakdown” is related to the long time required for the actual steady-state be reached at the lowest temperatures, which is a result of transient nucleation and structural relaxation. We also verified that with increasing nucleation time, the temperature of maximum Ist shifts to lower values.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Interpretação simultânea do Português para a Libras no Programa Roda Vida da TV Cultura(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2021-06-25) Nascimento, Nicolas; Nascimento, Marcus Vinícius Batista; https://lattes.cnpq.br/1893740212695470; https://lattes.cnpq.br/6238169023024936; https://lattes.cnpq.br/1893740212695470A strong presence of Libras [Brazilian Sign Language] translation and interpretation in the audiovisual sector has grown over the years. The Law 10.436/02 (Libras – Brazilian Sign Language Law) (BRASIL, 2002), Decree 5.296 / 04 (BRASIL, 2004) and Decree 5.626/05 (BRASIL, 2005) are some of the documents responsible for the growing presence sign language translators/interpreters in the audiovisual area, as they ensure that the deaf person has access to the information being transmitted, such as subtitles for the deaf and the Libras window. The Associação Brasileira de Normas Técnicas (ABNT) [Brazilian Association of Technical Standards], in legal regulation NBR 15.290/05 – Acessibilidade em Comunicação na Televisão [Accessibility in Communication on Television] - stipulates rules and conditions for translation and interpretation to occur. The ABNT standard also entitles the space in which the translation and/or interpretation is conveyed as “Janela de Libras”. These documents have reflected in the forms of production of the Brazilian audiovisual culture considering that, due to the legislation, “Janela de Libras” has been inserted in different political, cinematographic and television productions. Confronted with that, this research has the general objective of investigating the process of intermodal interpretation of Portuguese for Libras carried out from the genre collective interview. The corpus was collected on TV Cultura, which shows the Roda Viva Program, with interpretation for Libras live on TV and Internet. The methodological device used was self-confrontation, simple and crossed, proposed in the context of the French Activity Clinic to investigate the relationship of the worker with the activity itself. From this study, different aspects of interpretation and strategies were found that are directly related to the investigated genre in question, namely (i) previous and complementary studies, (ii) the influence of time, (iii) Linguistic-Discursive strategies related to Libras parameters, (iv) professional dramatics in relation to interpretive choices and (v) the maintenance of interpretation strategies. Through the information obtained using self-confrontation, the initial questions were answered, as we found several characteristics related to this genre in particular, such as the need for a previous study for possible complementations, the constant concern with time and its influence on the process of taking decisions, the dramas of the work activity impact the professionals in a decision situation, the constant teamwork and the harmony between the interpreters who aim to achieve the best possible product for that circumstance. It is expected that this research will contribute to the practice of Libras interpreters and translators in audiovisual contexts, as well as to the training process of these professionals at different levels and spaces.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Processos oxidativos avançados: uma breve revisão(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2021-06-25) Ferreira de Jesus, Maria Fernanda; Fernandes, Carlos Henrique Magalhães; https://lattes.cnpq.br/4669747869845339; Machado, Ana Marta Ribeiro; https://lattes.cnpq.br/1251408685048741; https://lattes.cnpq.br/6639150409738139The world population corresponds to approximately 7.2 billion of people, with about 7 million being add to this number each month. Accelerated population growth drives industrial and economic development, generating new products and services that meet demands. The great concern of environmentalists is to achieve sustainable development, as the largest number of industries, especially the textile, food, pharmaceutical and pesticide sectors, end up considerably increasing the chemical residues that, if not properly treated, can contaminate the environment, with serious consequences for aquatic systems, and even for animals and humans. Considering the environmental issue, waste treatment methods are indispensable and need to be used in chemical industries of different segments, excluding or minimizing their negative impacts due to the generation of toxic by-products. Basically, effluent treatment methods can be divided into conventional methods and advanced oxidation processes. This work sought to bring together the main chemical waste treatment methods, based on their characteristics, advantages, disadvantages and applicability.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, O desenvolvimento do pensamento verbal, da atenção voluntária e a linguagem interna como autorreguladora da aprendizagem de jovens e adultos do ensino médio em prisões(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2021-06-25) Donegá, Magda Sílvia; Mello, Maria Aparecida; https://lattes.cnpq.br/8338726751746542; https://lattes.cnpq.br/5913661657357772The Cultural-Historical Theory was the basis of this research, which had as its starting point the following question: What kind of intentional mediators would be necessary according to the Cultural-Historical Theory for the development of voluntary attention of high school students in prisons? The objectives were: to analyze the concept of learning in the Cultural-Historical Theory, through the deepening of the concepts of voluntary attention, verbal thought, zone of proximal development; identify and analyze the kind of mediators that are necessary for school learning by young people and adults; relate the concepts of study activity and voluntary attention to the kinds of mediators that are necessary for school learning by young people and adults in the context of deprivation of freedom. The methodology was based on theoretical research, subsidized by Vigotsky's genetic method and also by Salvador's informative readings. The proceedings involved the study of the primary sources of Cultural-Historical Theory, mainly present in the works of Vigotsky, Leontiev, Luria, Bozhovich, Schúkina, Petrovski, Elkonin and Davidov. Data collection was carried out in electronic bibliographic databases, media, books and official documents. For the analysis of the data we formulated four theoretical guidelines for analysis: 1) the dynamic development of character and its relation with the practice of crimes, the meaning and social purpose of prison, and some considerations about redemption; 2) analysis of the application of the Cultural-Historical Theory in the educational practice in Brazil: principles for teaching practice and the cognitive interest focused on the subjects as a way to develop the student's voluntary attention; 3) adulthood based on Cultural-Historical Theory, the development of verbal thought in adults with low schooling and the externalization of internal language as a mechanism for learning in adulthood; 4) teaching practice and the development of students’ voluntary attention in Young people and Adults Education at the high school in a context of deprivation of liberty. The results indicated the importance of the evolution of the level of generalization from the everyday concept to the level of scientific concepts in prisons and, therefore, that the teacher is the main mediator of learning, and beyond the specific formation in the discipline, he or she needs to have specific formation in the context of deprivation of freedom when teaching for adults. It happens because there are several specificities for the development of educational practice in prisons, among which we highlight: the psychological tensions experienced by the students, the student's transit situation at the time of serving a sentence, the human relationship needs. Therefore, the teacher needs to consider this context of deprivation of freedom to teach without losing the focus on teaching scientific concepts while guiding human relationships during the learning process based on the collaborative principle. Another important result is related to the need of the development of voluntary attention in students, which also enables the development of cognitive interest for the necessary study activity. In this process, the enhancement of the internal language works as a self-regulating mechanism of voluntary attention and adult student learning.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Murcha bacteriana do eucalipto: dinâmica espaço-temporal e resistência de clones em campo(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2021-06-25) Rossi, Ana Paula; Zauza, Edival Ângelo Valverde; https://lattes.cnpq.br/7064703296745736; Jesus Junior, Waldir Cintra de; https://lattes.cnpq.br/2614953467362376; https://lattes.cnpq.br/8063708633754417The expansion of eucalyptus cultivation has favored the occurrence of diseases, and consequently the reduction of productivity causing economic losses. Among the diseases, the bacterial wilt caused by Ralstonia solanacearum, one of the most destructive pathogens in the world due to its global distribution and genetic variation, stands out. Given the importance of this pathogen, and the scarcity of studies on the epidemiology of bacterial wilt in eucalyptus plantations, this study aimed to understand the spatio-temporal dynamics of bacterial wilt and evaluate the resistance of clones in the field. The experiment was conducted in a commercial plantation in state of Maranhão, using the eucalypt clone FGCA0385, species Eucalyptus urophylla var. platyphylla. The spatial dynamics of the disease was performed by determining the Index of Dispersion (ID), the Modified Taylor’s Law (MTL) and the Dynamics and Structure Analysis of the Foci (DSAF). For temporal dynamics the disease incidence progress curve was plotted, and the data were analyzed by simple linear regression analysis, fitted to three empirical models, Logistic, Monomolecular and Gompertz. The experiment on clone resistance to eucalyptus bacterial wilt was conducted under commercial planting conditions in state of Pará, using 308 clones, composed of 05 species and 22 hybrids, with seedlings from the states of SP, BA, and MA. To analyze the resistance of eucalyptus clones to eucalyptus bacterial wilt, we used the procedure of variance estimation and prediction of genetic values (REML/BLUP) to the data of the variable area under the disease progress curve (AUDPC) calculated by the trapezoidal integration method, with the aid of the Computerized Genetic Selection program - SELEGEN - REML/BLUP. There was an aggregation pattern for plants symptomatic of eucalyptus bacterial wilt verified by Modified Taylor's Law. As for the analysis of the Dynamics and Structure Analysis of the Foci (DSAF), 69 foci of the disease occurred, 44 of which were unitary, and the average number of plants per foci was 1.63. The foci are longer in the direction of the planting line and were characterized as not compacted. The epidemics were best described by the Monomolecular model, from which an incidence of 48.98% was estimated in the seventh year of the study. Regarding the resistance of clones to eucalyptus bacterial wilt in the field, it was found that all 05 species and 22 eucalyptus hybrids evaluated in the experiment are susceptible to bacterial wilt and that of the 308 clones, only 25 show vertical resistance.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Entre mitos, reinados e quedas: leituras de O alegre canto da perdiz, de Paulina Chiziane(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2021-06-25) Franzini, Letícia Alves; Laks, Daniel Marinho; https://lattes.cnpq.br/9531610287211600; https://lattes.cnpq.br/3083038026451036The present work aims to build paths of analysis about the work O Alegre Canto da Perdiz, by the Mozambican writer Paulina Chiziane. The points investigated begin with the author's position as a storyteller and are followed by the analysis of the female characters, their specificities and the female space that permeates the entire novel. All questions are aimed at understanding the position of the work and its relationship with post-colonial criticism, reflecting on the representation of the Mozambican space, the resumption of matriarchal mythologies and the peculiarities arising from the colonial process and subsequent independence.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, O papel docente na alfabetização e leitura com crianças no início da escolarização: a perspectiva de artigos científicos publicados entre 2016 e 2020(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2021-06-25) Carvalho, Joseleine; Marigo, Adriana Fernandes Coimbra; https://lattes.cnpq.br/4014738511373573; https://lattes.cnpq.br/5330254693711214This course conclusion work focuses on the teaching role in the initial literacy of children in the perspective of the publications of scientific articles in the last five years. Its general objective was to understand the teaching role in the initial literacy of children in Brazilian schools, considering the indications offered by scientific articles published in the SciELO digital database, from 2016 to 2020. It started from the understanding that the concepts of learning moved from a more individualistic theoretical focus to a more community focus. The study had a theoretical character and relied on the methodological procedures of bibliographic research and the sources used were collected in the SciELO digital database. The main results obtained indicated that, in the Brazilian scenario, literacy has been guided by the National Pact for Literacy in the Right Age and the publications have almost entirely focused on the constructivist conception of learning. The conclusions of this work suggest that little has been published about the dialogic conception in the context of children's literacy in the initial period of schooling in Brazil, but successful actions have been developed and scientifically proven in other countries, so there is a need for publications that prove the that teachers and school managers have demonstrated in spaces of continuing education and spaces for dialogue and exchange of experiences.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Percepções sobre avaliação: processos em uma escola da rede estadual(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2021-06-25) Almeida, Camila Santana; Pinheiro, Rosa Aparecida; https://lattes.cnpq.br/6292207464385037; https://lattes.cnpq.br/0405876867775884This Final Paper is a case study with elements of a narrative from a learning experience, which presents the analysis of the perceptions about the evaluation processes carried out during the supervised internships within the Pedagogical Residency Program. I present the reality of a rural school in the São Paulo state education system, the difficulties experienced and the concerns generated by this experience regarding evaluation a concern that led to the writing of this work. The observations during the internships pointed out a gap in the students' learning process, mainly based on the results of the external evaluations - being defined two actions to seek an improvement in the process: diagnose and recover. Given this scenario, I attempted to understand two points: a) how the continuous progression works in the state education system, and b) how the diagnosis of student learning is made, because it is through this diagnosis that the school guides its recovery actions. The study aims to identify whether the evaluation present in the institution performs the function of diagnosing, reflecting on the modalities of evaluation found and its relationship with the evaluative processes within the school. The research had a qualitative and quantitative character, and for the information gathering, I used the field diary, questionnaires with other trainees from the same institution, documentary and bibliographic research, and personal files. Through the information gathered, I analyzed the evaluation processes present in the school and I could identify that, despite the intention to diagnose, the evaluation present referred to the Pedagogy of Examination, that is, the actions were based on a training for external evaluations, leaving the function of diagnosing in the background because of a classification evaluation. The perception was of an evaluation process that was not welcoming, although the teachers had good intentionality, but faced several obstacles that did not allow the development of a diagnostic evaluation and consequently the desired recovery.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Ensino domiciliar: reflexões a partir de uma experiência docente(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2021-06-25) Salles, Paulete Zilli Silveira de; Coutinho, Luciana Cristina Salvatti; https://lattes.cnpq.br/2688318704089723; https://lattes.cnpq.br/9081682685652149The phenomenon called home education, already regulated and practiced in several countries around the world, has acquired many followers in Brazil. It became a relevant topic of social and educational interest, being the object of academic and scientific studies and research. Seeking to contribute in this scientific field, I chose the theme of home education in my final paper and, as an object of study, focus on the theme from the perspective of a teacher who taught to children and grandchildren of a family that chose for this type of education in the 1980s. The research was developed in order to find answers to the questions “what reasons did a family have for not enrolling their children in school or for taking them out in order to educate them at home?” and “how did the daily educational process occur with the investigated family?”. In order to arrive at the desired answers, a qualitative approach based on the theoretical-methodological framework of Oral History added to the content of the theoretical texts resulting from the bibliographic research, proved to be a fruitful path: it brought up reflections on the motivations that lead parents to opting for home education and about the aspects of daily development of education in this modality.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Geometria Conforme e Invertibilidade Global(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2021-06-25) Silva, Rodrigo Thomaz da; Braun, Francisco; https://lattes.cnpq.br/5890727692959507; https://lattes.cnpq.br/3366281590933587This work contains the studies done to the reading of the paper ``Conformas geometry, Euler numbers, and global invertibility in higher dimensions'' de Frederico Xavier [4], as well as a detailed study of the mentioned paper. Wie können Musik und Organismus symbiotisch den Körper zum fruchtbaren Boden machen, wo solche Abundanz gedeiht?listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Reação de genótipos de cana-de-açúcar à ferrugem alaranjada nos ciclos de cana-planta e de cana-soca(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2021-06-25) Souza, Felipe Gomes de; Hoffmann, Hermann Paulo; https://lattes.cnpq.br/2564100797227851; https://lattes.cnpq.br/0346289825978506Sugarcane orange rust is a disease caused by the fungus Puccinia kuehnii, which can cause drops of more than 40% in crop productivity. In the literature, there are few studies on the disease in different crop cycles; therefore, the objective of the present work was to evaluate the reaction of sugarcane varieties to orange rust in the cane-plant and ratoon cane cycles. Two field experiments were carried out in Araras, SP, under natural infection conditions. In the borders and between the blocks of the two experiments, the variety SP89-1115, susceptible to orange rust, was planted, which acted as a multiplier and donor of inoculum of P. kuehnii. Disease severity assessments were performed on the +3 leaf, on average every 15 days from the appearance of the first pustules. The variables analyzed were the area under the relative disease progress curve (AACPDR), calculated from the disease severity data, and the maximum severity score during the cycle. There was a significant difference between the varieties in both experiments. It was possible to observe, from plant cane to ratoon cane, an increase in AACPDR in the more susceptible genotypes in both experiments, which did not happen in the resistant and intermediate varieties. For maximum score, the few differences from one cycle to another were not enough to change the classification of the variety's reaction to the disease, except in the case of RB855453 in the second experiment, which in cane-plant was grouped between the most resistant varieties and among the intermediate reaction in ratoon cane. Given the results obtained, it is recommended that experiments to evaluate the response of sugarcane genotypes to orange rust be carried out for at least two cycles (plant and ratoon cane), and that the variable be used. AACPDR for comparison between genotypes.
