For this, the concept of Lesbian Imagination, coined by Marylin Farwell (1988), was substantiated, expanded, and proposed as a possible reading practice, used, then, in the study of two literary works, Ara (2016) by Ana Luísa Amaral and The Waves (1931/2018) by Virginia Woolf. It started with an enquiry about the female creative process, if there would be something specific in it and in what ways the recognition of this possible specificity would affect the reading of female literary works, especially regarding the presence of the lesbian existence in such works. Thus, with the help of the definition of hermeneutic violence and symbolic clitoridictomy (GARRETAS, 2020) some of the faces of women's silence in patriarchy were portrayed and through the concept of the symbolic maternal order (MURARO, 1994) a route to the dizibility and the free feminine symbolic (IRIGARAY, 1980) was traced. In order to detail the lesbian existence, some narrative and political disputes around the name "lesbian" were presented, with special attention to the conceptualizations of lesbians themselves (CLARK, 1988; RICH, 1980; WITTIG, 1994). It is incongruous that in a country with one of the richest, most diverse and important floras in the world, most of the plants used in landscaping are still exotic, some of which are invasive. With the little appreciation of native species, the urgency of modifying this dynamic is understandable, and analyzing the high rate of urbanization in a global context, the water crisis and the threat of extinction of so many species of fauna and flora, it appears that the Cities must now be seen as ecological entities, where human action must try to reestablish the local environmental balance. Since the State of São Paulo is the most urbanized place in Brazil, concentrating the largest contingent of population residing in urban areas, in addition to the presence of two threatened biomes, Atlantic Forest and Cerrado, we limit one of its most economically significant Metropolitan Regions as an object of study, the Metropolitan Region of Sorocaba (RMS), in order to carry out a survey of local landscape demand and which are the main species offered in regional commerce in the scale of production, sale and management, identifying the groups with the highest output and if there is a market for herbs, shrubs and local native trees for ornamentation, and what material is currently available to promote this sector. The methodology focused on bibliographic research to understand the importance of biodiversity in urban gardens, and quantitative and qualitative research in the floristic market of this regional cut, as well as data collection of working professionals and population profile on the subject, with the purpose of understanding if there is a demand for these vegetations and how their supply and availability in nurseries and floras works. The descriptive qualitative research seeks to contextualize reflections on forms of interdisciplinary representations between art, that is, the "analog and digital temperament" and mathematics, comprising fractions in forms of sequences and applications, aimed at the teaching-learning process, in the ludic context of fractions and music, tied by challenges in diverse environments and moments of a before, during, and the delicate progressive return to physical school spaces, due to the pandemic unfolding of Covid-19. Thus, this work emerges from the essence of the theoretical referential of youth and adult education pronounced by FREIRE (1970, 1991, 1993, 1997), having music as the generating element of the reflections of the research scope. Together with the students, dynamics occur followed by planned evaluative activities that make it possible to work, firstly, numbers and decimal fractions, exact square roots, functions, incomplete trinomials as bold contextualized and applied interventions related to the proposed interdisciplinarity. In the path paved by the theoretical reference, relations are established with the ideas proposed by Cury (2008), a support of "error analysis" hypothetically during the study that followed students in continuity from 6th to 8th grade in the city of Vinhedo, two 8th grades and one 9th grade, as a form of adjustment, acceleration, content correction and curriculum of students from a Municipal school of Monte Mor. Furthermore, interpersonal pedagogical relationships and the virtual pedagogical dynamics were compared to the third face-to-face bias of applying the dynamics based on the scope of fractions and (in) music in 2022. The phenomenon presents itself in different ways and according to Brazilian law it can be classified into five types of violence: physical, moral, psychological, property and sexual. Furthermore, violence against women is also gender-based violence, as it highlights inequalities in the treatment between men and women. These inequalities are often naturalized and create more suffering for women victims when they are subjected to these invalidating contexts. This is a topic of great importance for health care and promotion, given that this violence affects a large part of the population and generates individual and collective losses. Among the mechanisms for coping and preventing this type of violence, we can mention the training of professionals. The objective of this work was to develop, apply and evaluate the feasibility of a psychosocial training course for professionals and students from small and medium-sized cities in the interior of São Paulo. This is a mixed design study with a single intervention group and pre- and post-test assessments. The selection of participants was carried out through publicity on partner services and social networks. The training was applied in six meetings with fortnightly online intervals using focal discussions on pre-determined topics based on a literature review study. Five instruments were used: (1) Sociodemographic Questionnaire; (2) Married Life Beliefs Scale (ECVC, 2008); (3) VIRGINIA – Vignettes on gender violence; (4) Meeting Evaluation Sheets and (5) Meeting Review Activities. Data on participants' perception of gender-based violence were collected through instruments 2 and 3. Feasibility analysis was carried out considering criteria extracted from Durgante and Dell'Aglio (2018) which were used as a reference for the construction of instruments 4 and 5 The qualitative data were analyzed according to the thematic analysis proposed by Bardin (1970). The intervention group consisted of 12 participants, named here P1-P12. Participant retention was 76.5%. The sample was considered homogeneous, mostly white, female and with higher education, which made comparative analyzes difficult. Regarding the effect of the intervention on the perception of gender-based violence, the data showed no significant differences between the pre- and post-test. However, there was greater variability in responses regarding actions taken and case referrals after the intervention, in addition to a lower rate of doubts tracked by the VIRGINIA instrument. The course presented high scores in evaluations made by participants for all categories tracked by the training evaluation instruments. The use of case studies and the course content were considered positive highlights of the training. It was considered that based on the criteria adopted, the training could be considered viable. However, it is necessary to understand nutrients dynamics in soil and its uptake by plants in the intercropping system to optimize the process in organic systems during the same crop year. This work aimed to evaluate effect of intercropping with maize and two species of legume Crotalaria spectabilis Rhot. and Pegeon pea (Cajanus cajan (L.) Millsp.) on soil P and N dynamics, and the relation with the nutrients accumulation in plants and corn grain yield, during the same crop year, in an organic system. The experiment was a factorial design with four levels of intercropping: maize-Crotalaria spectabilis (MC); maize-Pigeon pea (MG); Maize-Crotalaria spectabilis-Pigeon pea (MCG) and maize monocropping (M) and two levels of fertilization: without fertilizer (A) and fertilization using an organic compound (P), with four replications. It measured maize agronomic characteristics like height, dry leaf matter, nutrient accumulation, dry matter of 100 grains, and grain yield. For legumes, it was estimated dry leaf matter and nutrient accumulation. Also, it measured soil NH4- and NO3- concentration, beyond P concentration, pH and the acid and alkaline phosphatases activity in the soil. Maize-Crotalaria spectabilis-Pigeon pea intercropping improved maize N accumulation when compared to Maize intercropping with Pigeon pea. Fertilization using organic manure elevated the NO3- and acid phosphatase activity on soil. Maize-legume intercropping did not affect maize growth neither corn yield. Pigeon pea in an intercropped with maize did not increase P availability to the maize as well did not altered acid and alkaline phosphatases in the soil or soil pH. The maize intercropping with with C. spectabilis and Pegeon pea does not affect plant development, it increases the leaf N content of maize, without effects on grain yield.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, (Re)vendo a formação continuada de professores que ensinam matemática quando o assunto é pensamento algébrico: limites e desafios(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2022-06-30) Silva, Danielle Abreu; Passos, Cármen Lúcia Brancaglion; https://lattes.cnpq.br/2297203444364327; https://lattes.cnpq.br/8811258717761378This dissertation, linked to the Graduate Program in Education (PPGE) of the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar) along the line "Education in Science and Mathematics", aims to analyze the movement of continuing education in a group of studies with collaborative characteristics, centered on the school, in relation to the development of algebraic thinking in the literacy cycle (1st to 3rd year). It takes as its object of analysis two extension activities offered by the Department of Theory and Pedagogical Practices (DTPP/UFSCar), via a University-School partnership, both related to the work with the thematic unit Algebra in the early years. The methodology, of a qualitative nature with a descriptive-analytical character, describes the experience of the analyzed group from their meetings at two different times: 2019 and 2021. The data production instruments include: 1) document analysis: collection of project reports in partnership with a public school of the state network, photographic collection and written reports resulting from the experiences that took place in 2019; 2) semi-structured interview with three teachers (1st, 2nd and 3rd year) and with the trainer teacher, coordinator of the actions undertaken; and 3) records of virtual interactions via synchronous meetings through Google Meet during the "Classes of Collective Pedagogical Work" (ATPC), which took place in 2021. The results obtained show that although continuing education, in the case studied, made considerable efforts to ensure that the group presented collaborative characteristics, since the formation of the group in 2019, it seems, given the limitations and challenges, when it comes to algebraic thinking, to have walked more in the perspective of problematizing the theme in a movement of reflection on the practice from of theoretical studies centered on the school environment, which contributed to the expansion of the didactic-pedagogical repertoire of the participants. This reality, emerging from countless challenges in the deepening of the theme, reveals a path to follow, which is not the only one, but fruitful: that of collaborative work and its reinvention, transgression and creative insubordination, characteristics that are so necessary in the remote context, for example. However, there are a few studies on how to efficiently recover the ethanol removed by stripping, which becomes difficult the application of this technique. In the present work, an integrated process of ethanol production by extractive fermentation with CO2 stripping and ethanol recovery by the association of adsorption and absorption processes was developed. Firstly, an analytical methodology based on the combination of Fourier transform mid-infrared spectroscopy (FT-MIR) with the partial least squares multivariate regression (PLS) method was developed to monitor the gas phase containing water and ethanol. Then, the water and ethanol adsorptive capacities of the 3A (Z1, Z2, and Z3) zeolites and cassava sago adsorbents were evaluated in an up-flow packed column to select the most suitable adsorbent for dehydration of the gas stream from stripping of hydroalcoholic solutions and extractive fermentations. The next step was to evaluate different strategies of association of the adsorption and absorption (with monoethilene glycol, MEG) processes using extractive fermentation experiments operated in fed-batch mode using different substrate concentrations in the feed stream. Regarding adsorption, zeolite 3A (Z3) stood out for adsorbing all water from the gas stripping stream for the longest time period (10 h), having the highest affinity for water (0.1231 gW.gAdsorbent-1), and the lowest affinity for ethanol among the evaluated zeolites. While sago adsorbent, despite having a shorter break-up time and lower affinity for water, it was the adsorbent that did not interact with ethanol. The association of adsorption (with a fixed bed column filled with 3A zeolite) and subsequent absorption (using absorbers connected in series containing MEG) was the best combination of operations studied. This configuration provided the highest overall ethanol recovery (96.3% for hydroalcoholic solutions and 100% for extractive batch fermentation) and considerable dehydration of the gas stream (100% for hydroalcoholic solutions and 91% for extractive batch fermentations). The integrated process of fed-batch extractive fermentation and recovery by adsorption and absorption allowed the conversion of 240 g L-1 of the substrate into ethanol of 117.6 g L-1 (14.9 °GL). This value was 47% higher compared to those obtained in conventional fed-batch fermentation (operated in similar industrial conditions). The combination of the adsorption and subsequent absorption processes was an excellent strategy for dehydration of the fermentation gas stream fed with substrate concentration value similar to those found in industrial facilities (100%) and extractive fermentation with high substrate load (99.4%), and ethanol recovery in both fermentation conditions. The system was able to recover all the ethanol removed by the stripping stream. The combined process of fed-batch fermentation, gas stripping with CO2, and ethanol recovery proved to be a promising process since a greater amount of substrate can be fed into the fermentation with constant ethanol removal, directly influencing the increase in ethanol productivity. Furthermore, the combination of adsorption and absorption processes promoted the recovery of all ethanol, which directly impacts on the global increases in industrial production capacity.
