listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Correlação entre indicadores socioeconômicos e demográficos e distribuição dos casos de COVID-19 nos estados brasileiros(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2023-01-25) Moraes, Adriani Izabel de Souza; Uehara, Sílvia Carla da Silva André; https://lattes.cnpq.br/3903413440784581; https://lattes.cnpq.br/4351762697367314The Covid-19 pandemic hit the population in a heterogeneous way, especially in Brazil, which has a context of high social inequality. The objective of this study was to analyze the spatial correlation between socioeconomic and demographic indicators and the incidence of cases and deaths due to Covid-19 in Brazilian regions. This is an ecological study, carried out in Brazil from March 2020 to June 2022. Data regarding socioeconomic and demographic indicators were collected through the Continuous National Household Sample Survey, and data on cases and deaths of Covid-19 were obtained from the Ministry of Health website. For data analysis, the GeoDa 1.20.0.10 Software was used, calculating the Moran Global Indexes in a univariate and bivariate way, and QGIS 3.26.0 for preparing the maps. approval by the Ethics Committee for Research with Human Beings was required. During the study period, the state of Espírito Santo had the highest incidence of Covid-19 cases, 27,289.14/100,000 population, and Rio de Janeiro, the state with the highest number of deaths, 428.92/100,000 population. According to the analysis by Moran Global, hospitalization changed spatially positively in relation to mortality from Covid-19 in Brazil, that is, this variable is similar to the surrounding states, while the incidence of Covid-19 in the country was not identified. space. In addition, it was possible to identify spatially independent variables in relation to mortality from Covid-19, being moderately positive in relation to literate individuals, as well as white individuals and also individuals aged 20 to 59 years, that is, states with higher mortality also had the largest population with these profiles. Thus, it was concluded that there was a spatial transition between Covid-19 mortality and socioeconomic and demographic indicators in the states of Brazil; however, there was no spatial breathing between the incidence of Covid-19 and these variables.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, A precarização na formação dos(as) pedagogos(as) no século XX: uma análise dos marcos legais para o curso de Pedagogia de 1939 a 1996(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2023-01-25) Faustino, Heitor Henrique; Coutinho, Luciana Cristina Salvatti; https://lattes.cnpq.br/2688318704089723; https://lattes.cnpq.br/4841580715956986The process of precarious work is a phenomenon that expands over the entirety of the social fabric, conditioning and being conditioned by numerous processes, among which we can mention the formation of subjects. Thus, we question whether it would also be possible to understand whether the process of precarious work can be identified in the legal frameworks for the Pedagogy course in the period from 1939 to 1996. To answer this question, we carried out a documentary research whose methodology was based on Discourse Analysis. We understand the phenomenon of precarious work as a condition established by capital for the working class to produce ever more, in objective, subjective and legal conditions that are increasingly deteriorated and deregulated, and receiving ever less from the sale of their workforce and/or the total amount of socially generated wealth, this condition manifests itself in different manners and forms, being articulated in the 20th century by the Taylorist-Fordist and Toyotist work management models. The results pointed to the existence of a tendency in the legislation for the Pedagogy course to follow the models of capitalist management, manifested mainly in the elements of specialization, fragmentation, polyvalence and flexibility, these elements and their unfolding during the historical development of the Pedagogy course and the work of this professional engender situations of precarious work whose aspects can still be identified in the education of the pedagogue.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Análise citogenética de espécies e híbridos interespecíficos de Paspalum L. (Poaceae)(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2023-01-25) Costa, Nicolle Vieira Santos; Cioffi, Marcelo de Bello; https://lattes.cnpq.br/0242034365085727; Fávero, Alessandra Pereira; https://lattes.cnpq.br/4329892306148506; https://lattes.cnpq.br/3179442158791568The genus Paspalum L. (Poaceae) comprises about 350 species, many of which are characterized by high forage potential. The genus presents predominantly polyploid apomictic and diploid sexual species. For breeding programs, identifying the meiotic behavior of the species is essential to direct the crossings, being the objective of this work to characterize the meiotic behavior of species and hybrids of Paspalum arising from interspecific crossings. Seven accessions of five species were selected: BGP 149 (P. rojasii Hack), BGP 210 and 337 (P. maritimum Trind.), BGP 289 and 486 (P. malacophyllum Trin.), BGP 401 (P. conjugatum P. J. Bergius) , BGP 436 (P. dilatatum Poir.) and seven hybrid plants: Plant 2, 37, 77, 89, 206, 285, 298, for chromosome count and meiotic behavior analysis. All accessions were considered tetraploid with 40 chromosomes, showing some genotypes with regular meiotic behavior (BGP 210, BGP 337, BGP 289, BGP 486) and others with irregular behavior (BGP 149, BGP 401). In accession BGP 436, it was not possible to affirm ploidy. Among the hybrid plants, plants 2, 37 and 285 are diploid, accounting for 20 chromosomes, with regular meiotic behavior. Plants 89, 206 and 298 showed tetraploidy and irregular meiotic behavior, diverging from plant 77 which showed tetraploidy and regular meiosis. The results obtained in the present work contribute to confirm and review the ploidy and meiotic behavior of different species belonging to the genus Paspalum L. with predominance of polyplody. In addition, the possibility of interspecific crossing within the genus Paspalum and obtaining fertile hybrids, with meiotic regularity demonstrated in the work, opens up the possibility of its use within breeding programs.
