(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2023-02-06) Siqueira, Gabriel Henrique Kükl; Duval, Henrique Carmona; https://lattes.cnpq.br/1127516712972199; https://lattes.cnpq.br/7933576950605353
In view of the problem of fires in forest areas, the present study aimed to highlight the importance of environmental restorations through SAFs, as a methodology for the recovery of forests that have suffered recent fires. For this, the concept of successional agroforests was used, that is, with a high density of species, and this model could include several environmental restoration techniques in order to recover degraded areas as quickly as possible, including in critical cases such as areas that were exposed to fire, bringing numerous benefits, both environmental, social and economic. For the development of this work, a bibliographic review was used as a methodology, that is, pre-existing studies were used with the purpose of substantiating the proposed restoration method. Therefore, the methodology employed made it possible to analyze the scope of the use of SAF as a method of forest restoration in areas that suffered fires, relating to the various existing restoration methods; the analysis of the effect of fire in relation to the physical, chemical and biological aspects of the soil and identify areas of restriction to the implementation of SAF according to the current legislation.

The right to education in the Federal Constitution of 1988 is declared as a fundamental right, of a social nature, constituting a right for all and a duty of the State and the family. The recognition of education as a duty of the State imposes on this entity the elaboration and implementation of public policies to achieve this right. In the context of Brazilian constitutionalism, with the expansion of access to justice, if this right is not guaranteed through public policies, resorting to the Judiciary can be a way to make it effective. Considering the phenomenon of judicialization and accompanying the legal demands regarding the education of students with disabilities, the present work has the general objective of presenting an overview of the legal actions that concern Special Education filed in a district of the Court of Justice of the state of São Paulo (TJSP), from 2015 to 2020, in order to discuss trends in judicialization in guaranteeing the right to education for this population. In order to achieve this objective, we sought to: identify and characterize the settlements of lawsuits and the decisions handed down; examine the themes that refer to the auxiliary teacher and vacancy ins a special school, in view of the expressive number of lawsuits filed; to analyze the medical, pedagogical and legal discourse of the right to education for people with disabilities within the scope of the TJSP. It is a documental research quantitative and qualitative character, whose corpus is constituted by 85 (eighty-five) actions. For analysis and treatment of data, support was sought in elements of Discourse Analysis. From the analyzed data, it was possible to verify a growing search for the Judiciary in the delimited time frame and its performance in the realization of the right to education of students with disabilities. The results indicate that, as a rule, the actions filed regarding Special Education are granted and are characterized by requests that meet individual interests, with limited repercussions. It appears that the medical report is the basic probative document for the judicial decision. Furthermore, it is observed that the medical evaluation report adopts a conception of disability based on the International Classification of Diseases (ICD), anchoring itself in the traditional medical model focused on the disease, despite the progress obtained with the definition of the International Classification of Functioning (CIF), which considers the health condition from the context in which the person is inserted. Although the medical report guides the judicial process, the TJSP also relies on expert pedagogical evaluation to analyze most requests. It appears that the pedagogical opinions are drawn up from a social conception of disability and highlight aspects related to the student’s surroundings and school barriers that impede learning. However, it is noted that the pedagogical opinions accompany the recommendations contained in the medical report regarding the locus of schooling of people with disabilities and the necessary support, which portrays the historical weight of the clinical approach (medical-psychological) on the area of Education and of Special Education. It is considered that the tendency to have an expert pedagogical evaluation may provoke tensions and broaden perspectives to open other cracks in the judicialization of Special Education, in the sense of promoting prospective actions based on the collectivity and organization of the school.

The objective of this research was to analyze the implementation of the quota law at the Federal University of Acre from 2013 to 2014, focusing on the historical itineraries covered in its implementation, the repercussions of institutional support at UFAC and the lessons learned about social inclusion of quota students, after the implementation of Law nº 12.711/2012. The methodological course consists preliminarily of a bibliographic survey in the specialized literature on the subject and through the Bank of CAPES and BDTD at the level of theses and dissertations comprising works on the institutional locus. A qualitative approach and data treatment were used through content analysis based on the works of Bardin (2011), concerning the documentation studied. The procedures used for data collection included: 1. Selection of institutional documentation within the selected range; 2. Analysis of the predominant actions regarding the implementation of the Quota Law at UFAC regarding: a) paths, b) support and c) social insertion. The study showed that UFAC immediately adhered to the process of implementing the Quota Law at an institutional level, however, this law, which changed the entire scenario of social diversity at the university, was only debated within the scope of its University Council, a more extensive and prior definition of its purposes and standardization of its structure and functioning on campus did not happen, although institutional support was provided. As for the result of social inclusion, it was noticed that the law applied to the university made it possible for minority groups to benefit and programs and student assistance actions were created and implemented to welcome quota students, however, there are still those not included in the broader spectrum of Brazilian education.

The medical graduation at the Federal University of São Carlos is based on active learning methodologies, especially Problem-Based Learning (PBL), represented by the Constructivist Spiral. This methodology allows the student to be the protagonist of the learning process and to be active in the process of knowledge building in a group. The constructivist spiral is made up of phases: identifying the problem, formulating hypothesis, elaborating questions, seeking new information, building new meanings, evaluating the process.1 The spiral movement represents not only the cyclicity of knowledge, but also the ability to face increasingly complex difficulties. The purpose of this thesis is to build a critical-reflective narrative demonstrating the application of the constructivist spiral in the trajectory of the medical graduation, through reports of experiences during the graduation, seeking to demonstrate the richness of this teaching-learning process, not only in techniques, but mainly in behavioral and attitudinal aspects.

The present work aims to analyze the discourse at the meetings of the Parliamentary Commission of Inquiry into Mistreatment (CPIMT) regarding the arts. The exhibition “Queermuseu – Cartografias da Diferença na Arte Brasileira”, and the performance “La Bête” starring the artist Wagner Schwartz, both accused on social networks of pedophilia, become CPI material. Therefore, we seek to understand how art exhibitions became the subject of a CPI, analyzing the discourse, verifying whether there was a process of censorship and artistic persecution, and also whether such discourse would be a transnational process of mobilizing the contemporary monster, the pedophile. , in order to bar sexual and reproductive rights, creating a “gender ghost”. For this theoretical undertaking, we intend to use Foucault's formulations on discourse methodologically, as well as the theoretical framework of Queer Theory to help us understand the plot of the CPIMT, the discourses that permeated during the meetings.
