Sumi), using 3 treatments (TA: drinking water + mineral fertilizers; TR: reuse water; TRA: reuse water + supplementation with mineral fertilizers), through the collection of data on the total chlorophyll index and biometric measurements, namely stem size, of the largest leaf, spadix, spathe length, plant height, number of flowers and leaves. The experimental design was in randomized blocks, with four replications, and the data were submitted to analysis of variance, and determined by the F test, the means were compared by the Tukey test. The use of reuse water (RT) showed lower values in the total chlorophyll index, and its biometric measurements were lower when compared to the other treatments. The TRA treatment did not present a significant difference in the biometric measurements, when compared with the TA treatment, but it presented a lower chlorophyll index when compared to the same. This articulation involves teaching strategies that require, in addition to mastering the academic content, a good repertoire of social educational skills from the teacher and their continued training in this direction. For this, guidance and support through specialized advisory is essential. The present study focuses on the final stage (module 4) of a process of continuing education for teachers, whose objective was the construction, implementation and evaluation of virtual advisory for teachers to promote socioemotional development at school. To this end, module 4 included making resources and guidance sheets available in a virtual environment and advising teachers to develop, apply and evaluate a social skills program with their class of students. This thesis is composed of three chapters. Chapter I describes the process of analyzing materials and preparing guidance sheets for Elementary School teachers to promote socio-emotional development in the classroom, as well as evaluating the acceptability and feasibility of using these sheets from the teachers' perspective. Sixty-nine resources were selected and guidance sheets were created to be used by the teachers participating in module 4. Based on the data, the acceptability and positive evaluation of the teachers regarding the application of the resources with the students was noted. In Chapter II, the process and results of the virtual assistance offered to three Elementary School teachers are evaluated. The results, analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively, showed effectiveness, acceptability and viability of the online advisory process in the performance of teachers and promotion of students' socio-emotional development. Finally, Chapter III aimed to evaluate the impact of this program, guided by the advisory process, on: (a) the repertoire of social skills and (b) academic performance of students and (c) on the HSE of the three teacher’s participants. Tools from the virtual environment were used to provide resources and guidance sheets, record teaching plans and application reports, as well as self-assessment by teachers and assessment by the advisory staff. Students' assessment instruments were also applied in relation to the HS repertoire, behavior problems and academic competence. In general, positive changes were identified in the social and academic performance of the students and the social educational skills of the teachers. Furthermore, the participants made positive evaluations of the program. The set of studies suggests the viability of continuing education for teachers in social skills and social educational skills, with specialized support, in the EaD format. Unlike the coercive cases where the operator has a suitable lower-order term or a Dirichlet boundary condition, in the case of a refreshing Neumann boundary condition, a lack of coercivity in the Kirchhoff term occurs. In this last scenario, we prove an existence result that plays the role of a sub-supersolution principle for positive solutions of. As an application, examples are provided that show the existence of positive stationary solutions satisfying the Neumann boundary condition. In this dissertation, one of these alternatives is presented, urban agriculture (UA), which aggregates diversified practices aimed at self-consumption and/or sale to urban local markets. It occurs in distinct areas, in terms of size, location and land ownership, whether public or private. This paper focuses on pointing out that UA practices happen informally, spontaneously and in different localities. UA techniques such as soil management, vegetable and animal farming which have been incorporated into the concept are not new in the urban environment, but in the academic and institutional environment this subject is a novelty. Thereby, the objective of this work is: To analyze how the Agroforestry System Odara becomes a mechanism for the development of ecological subjects through the transformation of urban space. The data were collected through semi-structured interviews carried out with the Odara Group, residents at the surroundings of the Odara AFS and, the public power of the municipality of Itapetininga. Most of the infectious disease burden in developing countries refer to water contamination by pathogenic microorganisms, emphasizing the importance of proper treatment, even in point-of-use solutions. Ultraviolet C radiation (UV-C) as a germicide has been studied since the beginning of the 20th century. Microorganism inactivation by UV-C is caused by alterations in DNA that lead to the formation of the pyrimidine dimer. In this study, the performance of a UV-C reactor coupled to a storage tank was evaluated, aiming to disinfect water artificially seeded with Escherichia coli. The prototype consisted of a closed-circuit system, with continuous flow, able to operate with different storage volumes. In the system, water circulates by mechanic agitation impelled by two peristaltic pumps. The UV-C irradiation source was based on 6 units of 30 W germicide lamps. In this study, operation was investigated in different volumes (1, 2, 5, and 15 L), under constant flow rate of 1 L/min of fluid exposure to light, for 60 min maximum. Finally, an analysis was carried out considering the empirical relationships found, to allow extrapolate results aiming to determine the required time to remove a given concentration of E. coli in different volumes of water. The effect of germicidal lamps on microbial inactivation showed that there is a bacterial reduction in different volumes, since in the experiments carried out the initial concentration of E. coli in logarithmic scale in volumes 1, 2, 5 and 15 L were 7.13, 5.74 , 6.10 and 5.78 log CFU/mL, respectively. The analysis shows us that in volumes 1, 2, 5 and 15 L there was a reduction in E. coli survival of 6.24, 4.03, 2.78 and 1.64 log CFU/mL, respectively.
