Prenatal cares constitute an important moment to exercise the healthcare functions, including health promotion, sorting, diagnosis and disease prevention, constituting a set of actions that are simultaneously preventive, health promoting, diagnostical and healing, aiming good outcomes of the pregnancy for women and newborns. The objectives of this thesis are: understand, describe and evaluate Prenatal Nursing Care (PN), aiming at it’s qualification, in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic; understand the potentialities and needs of nurses for the qualification of the PN in the context of the pandemic; identify practical measures to qualify prenatal care; redirect actions to implement the activities proposed by the health teams. Methods: the action research was used because it is an interventionist method, in which the researcher leaves the position of spectator and together with the studied population, tests the hypotheses about the phenomenon of interest, implementing and accessing changes in the real scenario. For this, six nurses from the main Basic Health Units in Primary Health Care in the city of São Carlos participated in this research. Results and Discussion:This study showed that there is a distance between the nurse and Prenatal Care, whose current model of care does not belong to pregnant and puerperal women and also does not belong to nurses. The pandemic intensified this distance and the nurses remained agents of information and guidance. The nurse's role is solitary and subordinate to the doctor's work. Without enough strength to do their actions differently, the nurses prefer the comfort of safe stability than the turbulence of a fight for freedom, as a result of the perception that the challenge is bigger than the condition of confrontation. Final considerations: there is an evident need to recognize the importance of health care, the creation of spaces for dialogue and knowledge exchanges between nurses and pregnant women, favored by the group of pregnant women as well as between the nurses, provided by the study group/work. The model of care lines must be recognized as a strategy to overcome the fragmentation of the attention and management in the search for the challenges and scope of comprehensive care for the pregnant woman and her family, which will imply in a work processes review, the association, interactions, support and commitment of the management team with the identified tensions. The qualification of Nurses' Prenatal Care will only be possible with a change in the work process and greater commitment from the municipal public management.

Greening (Huanglongbing/HLB) is the most destructive citrus disease. It is caused by the bacterium Candidatus Liberibacter asiaticus (CLas), C. Liberibacter africanus and C. Liberibacter americanus and it is transmited by the insect vector psyllid Diaphorina citri. There is no commercial variety of crown plant or rootstock resistant to disease and contaminated plants cannot be cured. Despite of considerable research, there is little knowledge about the processes involved in plant infection and colonization by CL. A study of the plant/bacteria interaction CLas was developed by LC-HRMS/qTOF in positive and negative ionization modes. Central and lateral roots of healthy and CLas-infected plants of C. sinensis x C. limonia cultivated in a greenhouse, and the roots of healthy and infected C. sinensis seedlings cultivated in vitro were analyzed. Through the analysis of the molecular network, it was possible to observe an increase in the concentration of some metabolites in plants infected with HLB. Significant differences using the paired two sample t-test were observed in the concentration of demethylsuberosin, osthenol, 5-methoxyseselin, xanthylethin, seselin and limonin for plants grown in a greenhouse and for xanthylethin, seselin and limonin in seedlings grown in vitro. The compounds mentioned above, were responsible for the classification observed in the PCA analysis, that classified the samples in four groups: roots, lateral roots, lateral roots of health plants and lateral roots of infected plants. The quantification of the expression of DXR, DXS2, PT1 and PT2 genes was carried out by qPCR, in C. sinensis x C. limonia roots of healthy and symptomatic plants infected with CLas. There was a decrease in the expression of the DXR, DXS2 and PT1 genes in plants infected with CLas compared to healthy ones. For DXR, a two-fold decrease in gene expression was observed, for DXS2 by 5.7-fold and for PT1 by 3.6-fold. For the PT2 gene, there was an increase in relative expression for infected plants compared to healthy ones of 2.6 times. These results show that the plant responds by producing some metabolites in greater or lesser quantities in the presence of CLas bacteria, in addition to causing changes in gene expression in the pyranocoumarin biosynthesis pathway. Therefore, a plant reaction is observed inhibiting the biosynthesis of linear coumarin derivatives in favor of angular ones, which are prenylated at C-8.

The enduring permanence and expressiveness of the sertanejo style of popular song allows spontaneous recognition regarding its ongoing transformation in the most diverse aspects that can be observed, whether in materiality, or in the discursive or social aspects articulated interdependently with it. The general objective of this thesis involves describing, interpreting and proposing an explanation about this transformation, having as specific focuses: (a) the role of language in its dialectical relationship with the social structure in country song texts and the constant transformation of style; and (b) the investigation around the permanence or erasures of the caipira objectified by Darcy Ribeiro (1995) in the so-called sertaneja discursive formations. The theoretical foundation proposes and applies a field of interaction between some elements of Song Semiotics (TATIT [1996] 2012), a theory that pioneers accommodate song texts in the field of linguistic studies, and Critical Discourse Analysis (FAIRCLOUGH, 1989; [1992] 2001, [2005] 2012), which interrelates in an elegant way summarized in an efficient theoretical-methodological model language, discourse and society. I make use of the work of Chitãozinho & Xororó between the years 1970-2022, which, among countless consecrations, actively participated in different ordinances of the field, which implies both the dialogue with countless artists belonging to different genres at different times and the active inclusion in diverse business models. As a corpus, a presentation of a concert linked to the Evidências tour (2017-2020) whose analyzes are more specifically focused on the songs. The show consists of 24 song texts, taken in terms of translation (JAKOBSON, [1959] 2010) of their source texts, these referring to the period 1970-2010. Aiming to increase the concreteness of the analyses, the research includes external observations, semi-structured interviews (CRESWELL, 2010) and personal communications with professionals linked to the pair. Despite the mention of the field and its figurative isotopies enriched by singing in a duet, nasally invested with falsettos and vibratos, which suggests a cohesive link in the style, which is endowed with such material traits in its roots (LIMA, 1972), the results point to the erasure of the caipira described by Ribeiro (1995) in the so-called sertaneja song due to factors that articulate the desire of the artists themselves to disassimilate the social stigmas imputed to them and interests of the Cultural Industry and its constant scope of entertainment in different semantic fillings structured and structuring texts.
