Resumo
This paper has build a proposition of a Business Model Canvas to a music education
service, through a case study involving the observation of companies of digital music
education and interviews with music teachers from Sorocaba - SP which are currently on the
transition from presencial class to digital classes. The digital transformation and the
coronavirus pandemic caused the necessity of this transition, and this Business Model
proposition captured some relevant points to make a digital music education service, like
quality, diversification and personalization
