Importância dos programas de qualidade de vida para a saúde e desempenho dos colaboradores
Abstract
Quality of life at work is too important for companies to remain competitive in the market and for workers to stay motivated, aligned to the organizational strategy and consequently more productive. The study aimed to analyze the impacts generated in the workers when implementing a quality of life at work program, the challenges to correlate the concepts together with the individual complexity of each collaborator, to verify the consequences of habits in people's lives and the importance of health and well-being in productivity. The methodology used was exploratory of descriptive nature, with data collection through a questionnaire, being a study with quali-quanti analysis. The results showed that there is an increase in the presence of quality of life programs, but it is still below what is considered ideal. There was a contextualization of the programs made by the collaborators and an evaluation as to individual satisfaction. The work presented a limiting factor, which was the lack of proximity with the respondents. The issues involved in the work comprise themes of central interest for deepening and refining the importance of applying quality of life at work programs.
