Abstract
During the Covid-19 pandemic, many companies adopted telework as a way to maintain their
activities amidst social distancing. In view of this change in the work routine, there is a need to
analyze the performance, advantages, and problems faced by workers in a new regime. With the
aim of providing useful information for the adoption of public policies and business strategies to
ensure a healthy and productive remote work environment, a study based on an online
questionnaire using the Survey research method was conducted.
