Gerações no contexto do trabalho pós-covid 19: Uma revisão sistemática de literatura
Abstract
This research project aims to study the baby boomer, x and y generations in the context of
post-covid 19 work, based on a systematic literature review. This classification of generations
is very useful to understand how individuals behave in the labor market according to the
generation to which they belong. In addition, understanding the behaviors of individuals by
generation enables the people management area to promote healthy generational encounters
that enable organizational results in the new digital and remote context of work, even after the
covid-19 pandemic. For the analysis of results, the research objectives, the contributions of
the systematic literature review, the content analysis as a research method and the analysis
strategies supported by systematically structured procedures are presented. Finally, the
expected results during the term of the scholarship are pointed out, as well as the way of
analyzing results and the work schedule in order to meet the expectations of developing
scientific activities for the training of young researchers
