Brazil, in order to identify the fundamental characteristics of a leader in this
scenario. The research method used was bibliographical research. As a
complement to the literature, the work also draws on contextual and historical data
to understand the concept and strategies in Leadership and Industry 4.0, as well as
referring to the period described. Based on the results identified by the application
of these strategies, it can be considered that, if properly applied, leadership tools
and Industry 4.0 technologies in a company of any size and market segment can
benefit from Leadership and Industry 4.0 strategies. These results can be
consolidated in the short, medium and long term by optimizing processes in various
areas. Whether it's an external relationship with clients or the internal performance
of those they lead. This can be deduced from the fact that the results obtained,
