Barreiras da logistica reversa em confecções de pequeno porte: oportunidades para reinserção de resíduos texteis solidos à cadeia produtiva
Abstract
As concern for sustainable practices in the textile industry grew around the world, there was a need to develop waste disposal initiatives specifically aimed at small businesses, which are quite common in this segment. The sector is one of the biggest polluters in the world, causing great environmental impact, mainly from the inadequate disposal of solid waste. Through a multi-case study, carried out in three micro-enterprises located in the state of São Paulo, this article analyzes the main barriers found in small clothing companies that prevent the implementation of reverse logistics in the sector and raises the opportunities for action that can make such actions viable. . Through the application of a qualitative questionnaire and an interview, the information was collected and analyzed and the results indicate that the practice of reuse, using solid waste to compose sleeves, pockets, bands and collars of parts, and sale of solid waste, where companies can join partner companies with the purpose of reinserting waste into the production chain through recycling or reuse to make new parts, which generates good results in reducing waste and are financially viable and applicable to MPE's (Micro and small companies ) of confection. This article also discusses Law 12.305/2010, which proposes that companies have the responsibility to reinsert the goods produced into the production chain, but without mandatory execution aimed at the textile industry, requiring the creation of laws that include the sector . It also proved necessary to develop new studies aimed at recycling textile waste for MSEs.
