Puerpério, demandas práticas e profissionais envolvidos no cuidado desempenhado na Atenção Primária à Saúde: uma revisão integrativa
Abstract
It is known that Primary Health Care is the basis of a health service, that is, it is the entry
main focus for other levels of care that will promote comprehensive attention to the subject. One
One of the main points of PHC is the possibility of generating singularities in care
offered through the search for knowledge of the contexts that involve users. THE
National Health Survey (PNS), from 2019, found that 17.3 million Brazilians
seek the services offered by APS, with 69.9% being women from different backgrounds.
ages. In view of this, it can be considered that women are the biggest users of PHC, and
who mostly seek assistance for the pregnancy-puerperal period. That
research aims to elucidate how, and if, puerperal care occurs according to the
most recurrent practical demands and the professionals involved, in addition to characterizing the
strengths and challenges related to care at this level of health care and verify the
possible actions of the occupational therapist. For this, in the methodology we will use the
approach of an integrative review, which aims to synthesize results
found in research on the exposed theme, thus being able to direct research
to find the answers to the questions chosen in the study. It is expected
provide material that will help in understanding how postpartum care
occurs in PHC, those involved and other possibilities that may appear throughout the
process.
