Abstract

The course conclusion work is an instrument used to describe the medical course at the University Federal of São Carlos, through narrative and theoretical basis. This synthesis can be performed by aggregating reflective portfolio records, contemplating the dimensions of teaching, assistance and research. This work was done in order to describe my trajectory in the medical course of the Federal University of São Carlos. This description will be through reflective narratives supported by theoretical framework. The beginning consists of a description of my trajectory before arrival at the university, and continues with a description of the educational units that were impactful and the importance of these experience for medical training.
