The present work approaches the problem of modern organizations, which are seen like complex systems that demand multi-specialist actions to produce solutions in an environment of diffuse and disciplinary knowledge. This context proposes the representation of specialist knowledge necessary to a composition of standard decisions through fundamental instruments in multi-criterion analysis and extraction rules and representation of mental structure from specialized agents, based on semiotic. Organize it from these concepts, the coordination of a process, from multispecialist knowledge, with the mapping mental standards and composition of dynamic representation from problem in the complex context. By the proposed process, offers an accuracy and understandable specification of mental standards, in the scope of System Dynamics, aiming to facilitate his study and appliance for incessant improvement of managerial processes from organizations and support for decision in complex environment. The utilization of mental standards obtained by proposed process in the development simulations, checks out both, accuracy and organization, necessary to your understanding and approval from part of specialist agents.
