Comunidade fitoplanctônica do reservatório de Barra Bonita e sua relação com a composição e quantidade de polissacarídeos extracelulares e agregados gelatinosos

(Gelatinous aggregates (lake snow) from an eutrophic Brazilian reservoir and their relationships with abundant phytoplanktonic algae). Lake snow and phytoplankton studies were conduced in Barra Bonita Reservoir, in the Tietê River basin, southeastern Brazil. Monthly sampling from April 2002 to January 2004 and two intensive sampling (dry and wet periods) were performed in six depths (0m, 1m, 3m, 5m, 10m and 17m deep), at a sample station localized 3km upstream the reservoir dam. Among the sampled months the highest numbers of aggregates were registered in August 2002 (167 agg.L-1) and September 2002 (230 agg.L-1). The mean numbers of aggregates registered in the intensive samplings was 38 agg.L-1 in June 2003 and 68 agg.L-1 in December 2003. Seasonal occurrence of algal species aggregated to polysaccharidic matrices followed the dynamic of dominant species in the Reservoir. Aulacoseira granulata and free cells of Microcystis sp. were the most frequent taxa in the aggregates (70%) in the majority of samples. Other species, as Pseudanabaena mucicola, Microcystis aeruginosa, Planktothrix tropicalis, Cyclotella menegheniana, Cryptomonas sp, Actinastrum hantzschii, Quadrigula lacustris and Schroederia indica were registered in less frequency (10% to 15%). The monosaccharide composition of the gelatinous aggregated polysaccharides was the same registered in dissolved carbohydrates samples, reinforcing the importance of phytoplankton as the major source, chiefly of polysaccharides and of the gelatinous aggregates in the transport of these sugars through the water column. However, studies concerning gelatinous aggregates in freshwater are recent and more investigation are needed to confirm the patterns showed in our results.

In this work we use bilinear estimates and point fix theorem to show that the solution to the initial value problem for the Korteweg-de Vries equation with analytic periodic initial data is analytic and periodic in the space variable.
O estatuto do real em Lacan: dos primeiros escritos ao seminário VII, A ética da psicanálise

The present work seeks to elucidate the notion of Real in Lacan, from the first writings to the seminar VII, The Ethics of the Psychoanalysis. Initially, the relationships are privileged: Imaginary and Real; Symbolic and Real; Symbolic, Imaginary and Real. After the elucidation of those relationships, it is advanced for the moment of transition of the concept of Real, redoing Seminars IV, V, VI and some referring texts to them. Here, Lacan is verified retaking the present idea from the seminar III, The Psychoses, that the Real is what always comes back to the same place. It is arrived, like this, to the seminar VII, dedicated to the Ethics of the Psychoanalysis, in that is shimmered the relationship among the Real and das Ding. He/she/you sees her, here, that the Real is of the order of das Ding. The Ethics of the Psychoanalysis, of that sorts things out, it is centralized in that Real one and it emphasizes the sublimation as the one that elevates the object to the dignity of das Ding. The work is concluded affirming that Lacan, more ahead in your teaching, it will formulate the Real as being of the order of the impossible, as well as it will be served as the knot borromeano, interlacing, once and for all, the three registrations: Real, Symbolic and Imaginary.
Monitoramento de propriedades de condensados de Bose-Einstein interagindo não ressonantemente com campos óticos via detecção contínua de fotóns

In this work we consider an of - resonant interaction between optical fields and a Bose - Einstein condensation. We used a continuous photo detection model to study the efects of the counting of k photons of the optical field upon the properties of the atoms in the condensate. We have obtained the density operator of the interacting system conditioned to count k photons and one relation between the moments of the distribution of photons and the moments of the distribution of atoms. We analyze the efects of the photo counting in two specific cases: in the first case, we analyze the efects of the photo counting upon the state of a pure condensate at zero temperature and in the second case, upon the tunneling dynamics of a pure condensate at zero temperature confined in an double well potential like.
