listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Estudo do transporte de íons Li+ em híbrido orgânico-inorgânico (SPHP) e nanocompósito (NHP) e seu desempenho em dispositivos eletrocrômicos(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2006-08-25) Souza, Flávio Leandro de; Leite, Edson Roberto; https://lattes.cnpq.br/1025598529469393The main goal of the present work is to describe the lithium ion transport mechanism in a hybrid (SPHP) and nanocomposite (NHP) polyelectrolyte based on complex conductivity analysis as a function of temperature. The chemical synthesis strategy used to produce a helical free-chain configuration of singlephase hybrid organic-inorganic polymer electrolytes was based on a simple non-hydrolytic sol-gel route. The SPHP resulting from this strategy showed a Tg of -79oC and its temperature-dependent ionic conductivity (achieved at temperatures higher than Tg) displayed an Arrhenius behavior. This remarkable behavior characterizes a segmental motion-decoupled polymer. An Arrheniustype behavior for ionic conductivity (σdc) and hopping frequency of charge carrier (ωp) were observed. The values of activation energy obtained for σdc and ωp as a function of the temperature was approximately the same (~ 0.2 eV), indicating that the dispersive conductivity, σ(ω), originates from the migration of ions. This relevant physical aspect is allied to the fact that the contribution to the dispersive conductivity appears to be governed by a nearly frequency independent dielectric loss, ε = A, which correspond to an almost linear frequency dependent term of the form, σ = ωε ( ω) = Aω, in the real part of the complex conductivity. Furthermore, we observe a high stability, of SPHP and NHP when applied in a large EC device (5 x 10 cm2) using WO3 (electrochromic) and CeO2 -TiO2 (counter-electrode ion storage) electrodes, both optimized and produced by Leibniz-Institut of New Materials (Leibniz-INM, Germany). The electrochromic device exhibited excellent color and bleach reversibility, high coloration efficiency (> 35cm2 / C) from the first cycle up to more than 60000 CA cycles, and a maximum constant rate of deintercalation / intercalation (Oout / Qin = 1). A flow injection system was optimized for indirect determination of furosemide monitoring the excess of sodium hypochlorite not consumed in the reaction with the furosemide using o-tolidine as reagent at 430 nm. The analytical curve was linear from 5.0x10-6 to 8.0x10-5 mol L-1 and the detection limit was 2.5x10-6 mol L-1. A RSD smaller than 2.0% (n=10) for 1.0x10-5 and 5.0x10-5 mol L-1 furosemide solutions and an analytical frequency of 60 determinations h-1 were obtained. Another flow injection system was proposed to determine paracetamol in pharmaceutical samples employing sodium hypochlorite and o-tolidine as reagents. In this flow system, sodium hypochlorite reacted with paracetamol and its concentration in excess was monitored with o-tolidine. After system optimization, the analytical curve was linear in the paracetamol concentration range from 8.5x10-6 mol L-1 to 2.5x10-4 mol L-1 with a detection limit of 5.0x10-5 mol L-1. A RSD of 1.2% (n=10) was obtained for 1.5x10-4 mol L-1paracetamol solution. The analytical frequency of the system was 60 determinations h-1. The otolidine and its products used in both proposed flow injection systems were on line destroyed using an ultraviolet lamp (λ=380 nm) and hydrogen peroxide solution. The reversed flow system was proposed for determination of paracetamol employing sodium nitrite as reagent. The product formed was monitored at 400 nm. The analytical curve was linear in the paracetamol concentration range from 4.0x10-5 to 1.1x10-3 mol L-1 with a limit of detection of 2.0x10-5 mol L-1 and analytical frequency of 45 determinations h-1. RSD smaller than 2% were obtained for 8.0x10-4 and 1.0x10-3 paracetamol solutions. A flow system injection procedure with spectrophotometric detection to determine acetylcysteine was developed. In this procedure, acetylcysteine reacts with Ce(IV) solution and the excess of cerium (IV) was monitored with ferroin at 500 nm. An analytical curve ranged from 1.32x10-5 to 1.35x10-4 mol L-1 with a limit of detection of 8.0x10-6 mol L-1 were obtained. A RSD of 1.4% (n=10) for 2.2x10-5 mol L-1 acetylcysteine solution and an analytical frequency of 60 determinations h-1 were obtained. Another flow injection system for determine acetylcysteine using bromine (Br2) as reagent was also proposed. In this system, Br2 chemically generated on line reacts with the analyte and its excess monitored at 400 nm. The analytical curve obtained was linear from 1.6x10-4 and 1.6x10-3 mol L-1 and RSD of 1.2 % (n=10) for 5.3x10-4 solution were obtained. This inquiry methodology was placed in the Qualitative Research scope, approaching the Bibliographical Research, prioritizing the data collection related to the teachers musical formation by halfstructuralized interviews and using the analytical descriptive method for the collected information exposition. The first chapter presents the bibliographical revision on the thematic of the teachers formation in present time, emphasizing the formative passage different stages. The second succinctly delineates the active teachers musical formation working at the initial basic education grades throughout the years, since the Brazilian Normal Schools creation until the current pedagogy courses and, by its end, shows some correlate researches already carried out in the teachers initial musical formation scope, studies that aims at demonstrating how such formations are configured nowadays. The third chapter explicates the methodological ways covered by this study, as well as the interviewed educators profiles. And the last one brings the exposition and discussion of the collected information, which were classified and organized from five analytical categories: Artistic-musical formation in the pre-training phase; Specific musical formation; Initial musical formation; Complementary pedagogicalmusical formation comedy; and Teaching initiation. Moreover, there are available tools in the genome domain that also need to be integrated. Another problem is that the systems developed for these objectives do not offer all the support to the researchers, therefore in their majority do not possess flexibility and are of difficult expansion. The proposal of this work is the development of a software component framework, called FrameEST, developed with the most recent technologies of reuses, that structures and guides the development of different applications of molecular biology domain. The FrameEST is available for reuses of the applications: in the phase of modeling in a CASE tool and the phase of implementation as one plug-in in the Eclipse enviroment. A case study is used to illustrate the FrameEST reuse.
