O Programa Executivo Bolsa-Escola no município de São José do Rio Preto: uma proposta de universalização da educação ou de transferência de renda?

The low income of the illiterate population in Brazil was for a long time pointed as a consequence of its educational situation and cause of a gap between the highly sophisticated work market and a non qualified hand labor. The State, aiming to correct this disproportion through education, has started to create opportunities of access to education, targeting a better social justice level. The minimum income projects monetary help were not originally linked to the education. They used to target an income universal allocation in order to face unemployment and poverty. With time, the minimum income programs in Brazil have restricted the benefits supply to the families which had children in school age. The link between income and education was incorporated in order to join the idea that the State could not only furnish the benefit without no the beneficiary to learn anything from the process, as a counterpart. Besides that, that would be a way to make the education universal right possible, as it is determined by the Human Rights Declaration, Constitution, BDL and CTA. In São José do Rio Preto, one of the São Paulo State cities with better HDR (Human Development Rate) (0,834) and educational coverage in the country, the introduction of the School Fund Program had as its basis the same principles as the Federal Government School Fund Executive Program. The research evaluates and concludes the lack of any kind of special attendance to the families helped and the control, restricted only to the observing of the children frequency to school. Finally, through a questionnaire applied to the students, parents and teachers from Darcy Ribeiro City School and to the City Education Secretary we have evaluated the children school development before and after receiving the Fund, besides the idea the Education Secretary has towards the Program.
Uma arquitetura de conectividade para dispositivos móveis na plataforma JAMP

This master thesis deals with the involved aspects for the creation of a framework for connectivity in JAMP (Java Architecture for Media Processing). The conception of this framework aims to make possible the use of mobile devices by means of other wireless network technologies. Such technologies, as Bluetooth, used for the publication/localization of services registered in the JBroker, the broker of JAMP Platform developed in Java/RMI, as well as the communication of devices that make use of such technologies through this broker, had been used in the implementation and tests of the framework developed. The implementation aims to access, from devices with Bluetooth network interface, the available remote services in the Internet. These services are requested by mobile devices, such as PDAs, cellular or smartphones, that they consult access points, in Bluetooth communication. The access points consult the JBroker that returns a reference for the service to be consumed. The access points then direct the result to the mobile devices. The experiments developed in this work had been based on scenes where a mobile device, in Bluetooth communication, requests services to a point of access in a PC and this, saw TCP/IP, invokes remote methods in the servers who disponibilizam the services, saw Java/RMI. JAMP already all presented the mechanism of localization of services saw Java/RMI, however it did not present the extension developed with this work, where they had been created one proxy, that it is executed in the access point, and the use of services of the JAMP to break mobile devices that if communicate through technology of different net of TCP/IP. Being thus, its innovation is in the capacity of use of devices that make use of technology of Bluetooth net, being able to be extended to other technologies, without needing would reengeneering previously existing in the architecture.

Ce travail a l intention d éclarcir la portée des considérations de Merleau- Ponty sur le comportément. On a fait l inventaire critique sur le comportément, tel que cet notion est presentée dans l oeuvre « La Structure du Comportément ». On a cherché de montrer que lesécoles classiques de psychologie, se trouvent devent deux positions : l intellectualiste, que préconise une psychologie analytique de la conscience comme sa cause productrice et son antithèse empiriste, laquelle se mantient fidèle a la pensée causalle, lorsque elle a determinée pour le psychisme une realité matérielle extérieur. Ce sont, deux positions antithétiques vis a vis la relation entre consciencenature : la philosohie intellectualiste que fait de la nature une unité constitué par la conscience et la science empirique, que separe la conscience et la nature comme si elles étaient deux réalités que appartiennent à la même catégorie substantielle, liée par des rélations de cause et effet. Dans la séquence, ayant en vue les conséquences de ces théories classiques, on va dans la diréction d une nouvelle description du comportément : les idées de expérience directe et de structure. Finalement, on a cherché, a travers une lecture de la « Phénomenologie de la Perception », montrer comment une conception phenomenique du comportémentl est elle possible, si on mantient les catégories de expérience directe et de structure, pour qu on puisse, a traves une approche phénomenique du corps, élaborer une nouvelle lecture des relations entre conscience et nature.
