Sugar industries usually deal with several problems in their operations mainly due to the seasonal nature of their production. Furthermore, they also face many administrative difficulties, particularly in issues surrounding labor and manpower hiring. Such occupations require a broad range of abilities, including manual labor jobs and jobs which require skilled technician duties. These factors associated to the stable nature of the sugar cane culture cause huge complications in its cost accounting. The purpose of this work is to examine the use of action research methodology as well as methods and techniques of business processes modeling to identify manpower cost drivers and to support a system development for distribution and allocation automation of these costs within the accounting.
Relação entre inteligibilidade de fala e habilidades sociais de comunicação em crianças com desvio fonológico

The language is considered the first form of socialization of the child, but during the natural process of language acquisition is possible that some children experience difficulties and may have what are called language disorders, which may impact both on the psychological development and social conditions. Among several problems, the most common are: shyness, social isolation, academic difficulties, and may also suffer prejudice by their peers and even genuinely experience school failure. Thus, the purpose of this study is the purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between the degree of speech intelligibility and social skills of communication in children diagnosed with phonological disorder. Participated in the study, 10 children between 6 and 8 years of both sexes, their mothers and their teachers. Initially, the mothers responded to the instrument SSRS-BR (System of Evaluation of Social Skills - M version), which aims to measure the frequency with which the child has certain social skills and Brazil Criterion to categorize the economic level of agreement with the power purchasing family. Then the teachers responded to the instrument (SSRS-BR - W version) with the same goal of SSRS-BR applied to mothers. Finally, children were assessed using the instrument ABFW, in order to analyze the severity of phonological disorder, and the calculation was based on the percentage of consonants correct (PCC) and assessment of the Speech Intelligibility was characterized According to the settings: Low, Regulation and Good. Finally, children were shot in three situations structured interaction with the purpose of observing the behavior in social skills of communication. The recordings were analyzed by two trained judges based on the presence or absence of certain behavior. Each film obtained for 10 minutes, totaling 30 minutes. The data were organized in the database of SPSS 17.0 for Windows and analyzed with respect to the overall score of each factor and measures. In general the mothers rated their children with a level of social skills among middle and high, showing little or no difficulty related to social skills. While the teachers rated the participants with a level of social skills among middle and bottom. In addition to classifying them as behavioral problems of medium and high. It was possible to observe a similarity between the participants in relation to the higher level of internalizing problems (such as depression and anxiety. This study can conclude a positive statistical relationship between the GIF and HSC of children with phonological disorders. Thus, in future studies, it is suggested to include other language disorders, with the primary goal of inferring social skills deficits in communication, because that way you can make interventions that allow both the reduction and overcoming difficulties in the social .

The objective of this research is to analyze the learning of three beginner teachers during the participation in the Mentorship Program of UFSCar's Portal Teachers. This program was designed to understand and implement processes for professional develop- ment of teachers by through the online interaction between beginner teachers - up to 5 years of career - who teach in grades of elementary school and experienced and successful teachers (the mentors). The theoretical references involve the beginning of the teaching profession; the dilemmas faced by novices, professional development in teaching, with the expectation that teacher training is incessant and that there are di®erent sources of learning how to teach, to build a solid knowledge base and to assist them in their decision-making as a teacher, the career stages, speci¯cally, studies on the period of em- ployability, the di±culties and the initial learning; mentoring opportunities and support for beginners, favoring the presence and professional development and distance learning as a tool for training of mentors and beginning teachers. The research undertaken was qualitative, with descriptive and analytical speci¯city. Data were collected in the area of mentor and novice relationship at the Mentorship Program environment, organized in three case studies. The results point to many dilemmas, di±culties and anxiety present during the teaching initiation. Beginning teachers are insecure about their performance, they can not easy cope with the practice challenges and school rules required, they need to be supported by someone more experienced and successful.
H-PMI : uma Arquitetura de Gerenciamentos de Privilégios para Sistemas de Informação da Área de Saúde

The use of Information Systems in health environments, like the substitution of paper versions of medical records by electronics ones, has improved patient assistance and allowed such information to be available in a more accessible way. Along with this technology, however, there are significant issues raised by the patients about the access control over their confidential data, which becomes more available and could be accessed by unauthorized people. It is in this scenario that Health - Privilege Management Infrastructure, or H-PMI, is presented in this work. It aims to provide a software architecture for privilege management in health environments. H-PMI aims to be adherent to the Brazilian laws and rules related to the access to electronic medical records, like the ones defined in Manual de Certificação de Sistemas da Área de Saúde by Conselho Federal de Medicina and Sociedade Brasileira de Informática em Saúde. The main objective of this work is to specify the envisioned H-PMI, so it can provide restricted access to electronic medical records in accordance with the appropriate law and recommendations security guarantees, allowing trusted access to sensitive data while allowing circumstantial access to these data in exceptional situations. In order to evaluate the applicability of the proposed H-PMI architecture we have developed the Web H-PMI, which is integrated with the Google Health platform. The obtained results show that the developed architecture can be applied in existing health environments.
O colega tutor de alunos com deficiência visual nas aulas de Educação Física

The proposal for an education that offers opportunities and value individual differences, is clearly the diverse learning for students in all areas of knowledge, is also the Physical Education, by its characteristics are to present favorable conditions for the inclusion : its contents have a degree of determination with flexibility, the physical education teacher has the freedom to organize the content they believe is appropriate to the experience of students, the novelty is a feature highly favorable to increase activities, among others. Currently, the results of studies have pointed to a relationship of professional work in the area related to the presence of students with special needs and disabilities, in classes of common education. Can be observed that the physical education teacher, considering their training, often can not perform adequately with these students. In this confrontation, we need new teaching strategies, among which, the employment of a teaching colleague of the Tutor (Peer Tutor). The strategy of using peer tutors is a model in which non-disabled peers the same age or older, support for a colleague with disabilities in the classroom, including in physical education. Based on these understandings and outcomes, this study aimed to evaluate and implement the Strategy Teaching Colleague Tutor (eecTe) for students with visual impairments in physical education classes. The study 05 students participated in the 7th. Grade of elementary school, in public without disabilities, acting as tutors. He picked up this series because it studies the two students with visual impairments, also participants, participants were also one (01) physical education teacher in state schools that had students with disabilities included in their classes and researcher in question. To collect the data were used team-ments in the electronic media, computer, full, training program Buddy Tutor, and a System for Observation Time Fitness Instruction - System for Observing Fitness Instruction Time, SOFIT. The Colleague Tutor trained participated along with the the student with disabilities to 4 classes for observations of the behavior of teaching fellow tutor. The data analyzed show that there was an application by fellow guardians of the instructions given in training for tutors and colleagues that led to an improvement in the participation of students with visual impairments in physical education classes. It is understood also that tutors can contribute in the dedicated help of other students in the common room or physical education classes while they were students with and without disabilities, if given the correct instructions on how to help.

Besides of this, knowing that the concept it make of the childhood is direct linked to the concept of the adult life, this results cause the subjective traformation like all, it make an experiment to find out the cause possible that Postman named of the adult-child, and prolong this phase agree whit dissatisfied narcisic wish and the weak self for orders of the Cultural Industry making to formation of the falseindividual.
Crítica e sujeito na fenomenologia da percepção de Merleau-Ponty

The ways by which the modern thought - namely that belonging to the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries - intervenes in the construction of Merleau-Ponty's philosophy, not only illustrates the importance that the french philosopher gives to the theme of history of philosophy, as they are also signatories of the double effort that animates his project: scrutinize the present using the legacy left by the past and to see indistinctly, through the slits and fissures in buildings erected within the modern philosophy, the future tasks of the thought, the challenges with which the philosophical reason will need reckoning. This dissertation aims to make explicit the ways through which this double effort are present in Merleau-Ponty's work, particularly in his doctorate thesis, titled Phenomenology of perception. Our intention is to examine the statute of the critic towards modern reason in a structural problem which, as we will try to show, is a example of the relation between Merleau-Ponty's project and philosophical modernity: the problem of subjectivity. Our hypotheses is that the criticism to modern reason, found in Merleau-Ponty's book - conducts to the acknowledge of the inalienable presence of the world in the horizon of philosophical reason and to the consequent definition of the phenomenon of the perception as a pre-reflexive adhesion of the subject to the world, as a original opening to being - permits Merleau-Ponty to put back the problem of subjectivity in new basis, not anymore those provided by the cartesian paradigm of substantiality, but those that start from experience of the body, from language and from aesthetic expression
A possibilidade de construção de uma moralidade política em Hannah Arendt

May it be possible, based on Hannah Arendt s thoughts, to think of a morality built on the perspective of the subject and not on submission to absolute and abstract norms, a subject that, even in his singularity, continues linked to the political realm? The pertinence of the interrogation is found in a both moral and political problem: the inability of those who lived under a totalitarian regime such as the Nazi to tell right from wrong. Human capacity to commit indignities and cruelties against other human beings, characteristic of the Nazi society, is the background from which the issue under study arose. Arendt s response derives from her perception of the absence of thinking, understood as a silent dialogue between me and myself and, consequently, be able to judge right from wrong, individually taking responsibility for the surrounding world one is an integral part of. It was clear to her that she should address the debate on morality. Thus, the investigation of contemplative activities and their relation with the sphere of action becomes imperious. The challenge Arendt proposes is to think of a morality that preserves individuality, both respecting it and connecting to the sphere of human action, in the attempt to come to terms with the perplexities the contemporary world had imprinted on her. It is in this sense that the term political morality is used, namely, that the subject thinks individually but the result of his thinking appears in the public sphere in the form of his judgment at the moment the citizen acts based on his own choices and not guided by any absolute and abstract principles and laws. Thus the individual would judge the question of right and wrong without reference to previously given absolute universals but the others: those who one wants to live with. Judging is connected to worldliness once the individual shows the world his opinions, thus constituting a singularity in the public space. The capacity of judging renders dignity to human beings as they can take part in such public space as singular beings: subjects. The human being is an agent, born to begin, free to begin, because he can choose. This beginning of something new is initiated in the realms of interiority, but only gains meaning and is actualized in the public realm together with many other I s. Therefore, the activities of the mind need appear and act in concert.
