listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Representação social do trabalho em equipe no programa de internação domiciliar e suas repercussões no cuidado integral(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2010-12-10) Ponte, Lidiane Cola Roceti Dal; Ogata, Márcia Niituma; https://lattes.cnpq.br/3274294833403570; https://lattes.cnpq.br/6970409715708461Given the speed of the changes occurring in the political, economic, social, cultural and technological organizations in healthcare are seeking new standards for work processes and forms of administrations to respond effectively and fully the needs of workers and users. The home becomes a space that seeks to build a new logic of attention centered on the humane care. Thus, this research aimed to analyze the social representations about the teamwork of healthcare professionals from a home care program for caregivers and accompanied by the same program. This is an exploratory study that consisted of a first stage of the bibliography of publications in the Medline and Scielo base, and the second phase of participant observation and interviews with professionals who comprise the team of the Interdisciplinary Program of home care and carers together the program in the city of Marilia. It was used for data systematization ALCESTE 4.5 software and the analysis of categories occurred in the Theory of Social Representations. Teamwork for both team members, and for carers is in a range of professional groups working in the same apace, but each in their specific area. Thus, it is clear that the process of fragmented work performed by professionals, and conducts individual behaviors are the result of such representation on teamwork, ie the type grouping. These attitudes and actions come to produce care practices focus on medicalhegemonic models that are part of daily life of caregivers, helping them build their representations on teamwork also of type grouping.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Corpo de conhecimento demandado ao bibliotecário pelo mercado de trabalho(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2010-12-10) Tinelli, Marcele Aparecida; Amaral, Roniberto Morato do; https://lattes.cnpq.br/6958372164719600; https://lattes.cnpq.br/7009163839931782The labor market demands of the information professional librarian expertise in their area of expertise as well as related areas. In order to contribute to their training, the object of this study was to identify the body of knowledge required from the information professional librarian by the labor market through bibliometric analysis of a set of evidence procurement of São Paulo, period 2005 to 2009. The results were elaborated indicators on the intensity and distribution of knowledge required by the job market in relation to specialized topics of Information Science, organized into working groups according to the National Association for Research and Graduate Studies in Information Science (ANCIB) and still was able to see the similarities between the contracting organizations regarding the requisite expertise. The body of knowledge about the required knowledge can contribute to the training of professionals more closely aligned with the needs of the labor market and therefore of society.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Processamento e caracterização de nano-biocompósitos de Poli(hidroxibutirato-co-hidroxivalerato)/montimorilonita modificada organicamente (PHBV/OMMT) com adição de plastificante(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2010-12-10) Corrêa, Maria Clara Silveira; Nascente, Pedro Augusto de Paula; https://lattes.cnpq.br/1387043320265189; https://lattes.cnpq.br/6896378940408028A current search for new materials that are economically viable and ecologically correct has led to the implementation of many studies aimed at improving the properties and processability of biodegradable polymers. This study sought to make viable the production of nano-biocomposites by conventional processing methods. It was selected a copolymer produced in Brazil from bacterial fermentation and completely biodegradable, poly(hydroxybutyrate-cohydroxyvalerate) PHBV, having an organo-modified montmorilonite (OMMT) as nanofiller, and acetyl tributyl citrate (ATBC) as plasticizer. The processing parameters and the formulations were controlled, yielding materials with good mechanical and barrier properties, having high biodegradability and better processability. The nano-biocomposites were characterized by thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), size exclusion chromatography (SEC), wide angle X-ray scattering (WAXS), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), tensile, impact, permeability, and biodegradability tests. The results indicate that the addition of a plasticizer improved the processability and the mechanical properties of the nano-biocomposites.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Gestão estratégica para pequenas empresas em estágio crítico de desenvolvimento : uma proposta de modelo sistematizando as informações e os recursos humanos(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2010-12-10) Chu, Marilia Gabriela Pavan Kuri; Alves Filho, Alceu Gomes; https://lattes.cnpq.br/7885557554922569; https://lattes.cnpq.br/8120131145585752The main purpose of this work is to establish a Strategic Management Model which includes the peculiar situation of small companies in a shifting moment of their life cycle. In a critical moment of restructuring in small companies the systematization of Human Resources HR and Information Systems IS were found crucial to the efficiency of the Strategic Management process. The modeling proposal shows Human Resources and Information Systems not only as support areas to the Competitive Strategy, but also as fundamental elements to constitute efficient Strategic Management. Two small companies were studied using action-research method. It has been shown that an organization needs to sustain data collection which feeds strategic diagnosis, as well as keep compromised with strategic goals coworkers who make feasible action programs. Defined as infrastructural priorities, HR and IS are the foundation to the Competitive Strategy. The core of strategy concepts has not been altered, so it is consonant with several authors in this field of knowledge. It has been concluded that Strategy is about create unique value, which means to be different somehow and therefore have added value and profits. That implies to develop value chain in business with several competitive advantages that may be isolated to be copied, but they hardly will be copied as a whole. Companies have to obtain, from all technological, human and financial resources, among others, an ideal combination of their usage in real time so they can get competitive gains in the business. Therefore, this is the main role of Competitive Strategy: to create to managers a sustainable cycle to evaluate, criticize and change decisions that have been and will be taken to business growth, establishing criteria that help to understand and reverse negative outcomes and to make feasible and maximize positive effects. This work has shown some difficulties found in the stage shifting of life cycle in the small companies, for which the lack of HR and SI structure may cause severe damage to all strategic actions, since data and labor teams become compromised.
