Vivência dos trabalhadores da construção civil no contexto da gestão público-privado e os impactos para sua saúde

In this dissertation, it was possible to contribute to the discussion on the health of workers in the area of construction, housing projects promoted by the partnership between public and private bodies. Despite being an important sector for the Brazilian economy, the literature is scarce, especially in psychology, studies on how workers experience the impacts of the conditions and labor relations, offered by the managers on their health. Based on theoretical and methodological framework of Social Epidemiology, the psychodynamics of work and ergonomics of the authors, this work was to study how the servants and builders of a housing project in a municipality of São Paulo, experienced the relations and conditions work offered by local organization partnerships, business and Caixa Econômica Federal. To this end, we identified the different roles of the implementing partners of the works; known relations and working conditions, rates of illness and related benefits were raised. Information was obtained through questionnaires, interviews, direct observations, archival research and analyzed by means of triangulation and the subsequent definition of categories, built from examination of consensus and disagreements identified in the content of the speeches. The results showed that the work funded by the Pro-House was marked by the logic of capital, which led to poor conditions and labor relations. Workers who accompanied the insertion of the master builder, first as a facilitator of communication with managers and, secondly, as loss of control over small decisions made by the collective. The qualification, even if not provided by the managers, through courses, when the organization of work allowed, workers develop new skills. Security measures at work were palliative, but the workers were used on defensive strategies and mobilization, which differed according to the employment relationship. However, some workers became ill or resigned because they could not always overcome the organization of work.
Modelos de crescimento sob restrições externas: uma abordagem à la Thirlwall para o Mercosul

This dissertation aims to analyze the long-term economic growth of member countries of Mercosur, making use of the Keynesian approach to growth under external constraint. In this context, we seek to test, empirically, the validity of Thirlwall's Law, in traditional and extended formulations, to Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay and Uruguay, between 1980-2008. Were employed econometric techniques of cointegration, in order to measure the income and price elasticities of demand for imports of these economies, individually. Furthermore, statistical tests were used to compare estimates of product to actual data. Thus, we intend to provide a better understanding of the role of restrictions arising from the Balance of Payments, on the long-term trajectory of growth of nations of the bloc. The results indicate the validity of Thirlwall s Law, over the period analyzed, arguing that the growth of the economies in question was restricted by the balance of the external sector.
Riqueza ictiofaunística e aspectos hidrogeomorfológicos de rios e riachos das regiões de cabeceira e de planície de inundação da Bacia Tocantins-Araguaia, Brasil Central

This study aims to characterize the hydromorphological variables that structure the ichthyofauna and see if there is difference in the estimated species richness and species richness of families and trophic groups between the rivers and streams sampled and between the headwaters of the Araguaia and Tocantins basins and different environments sampled, floodplain and regions of the head. The samples were taken from 30 watercourses, of which 12 belong to the basin of the Tocantins and Araguaia basin to 18. For analysis of the ichthyofauna were considered species richness and abundance of individuals of families and trophic groups. The variables considered were pH, conductivity, dissolved oxygen, water velocity, width, depth, light and turbidity. The results showed that the location of watercourses in the floodplain of the Araguaia River basin or in the regions of the head independent of the basin was the main factor that defines both the number of species and the similarity of the ichthyofauna. The streams included in the flood plain of the Araguaia basin that are favored by the heterogeneity of the habitat had the highest number of species. Instead, the head of watercourses, shallow, narrow and with the presence of rocks, which are characterized by reduced habitat had low values of richness of the fauna, which was structured by varying pH and conductivity. On the other hand, as the species richness of families and trophic groups no significant difference between the headwaters of the Araguaia and Tocantins river basins, however between different environments, headboard and plain, the basin of the Araguaia River, this difference was significant. Among the regions of the headwaters of the Araguaia and Tocantins river basins, both families and trophic groups are more species-rich at the points of the head of the Tocantins, because, despite their similar characteristics, the majority of the data points presented in the headwaters of the Tocantins be more conservative with respect to the presence of riparian vegetation. On the other hand, the species richness of families and trophic groups in the different environments sampled in the Araguaia basin, plain and headboard, showed that the lowland region is richer in species, which presents important feature, the heterogeneity of habitat that offers great diversity of shelter and food resources.
O funcionamento do discurso político : o Twitter na campanha presidencial de 2010

El objeto de estudio del analisis del discurso fue, en su fundacion, en las finales 1960, especialmente, del discurso politico. En ese momento, hubo una gran efervescencia politica y el discurso considerado la zona de enfrentamientos ideologicos y que mueve, por lo tanto, amplios intereses de la sociedad. Nuestro momento historico no esta constituido por una situacion politica tan efervescente como la de mayo de 1968 en Francia, la cual motivo varios debates en el campo del analisis del discurso, pero, asi como en el momento frances, el movimiento en periodo de campana electoral brasilena tambien promueve "una exasperacion para la produccion de los discursos, una multiplicacion de su movimiento, una riada verbal que llena (y rellena) las calles y los medios de comunicacion" (Courtine, 2006, p. 40), rasgo que consideramos pertinente. Los medios de comunicacion son diversas y diferentes unos de otros, la amplitud de los mismos es enorme, en el caso de internet llega a ser inconmensurable. De caracter mas subjetivo y aspecto suave, el discurso politico producido en los ultimos anos circulo en varios terrenos mediatico que cooperan entre si. El elector contemporaneo, inmerso en esta sociedad capitalista de la exacerbacion de consumo, incluyendo consumo de informacion, es por ella sediento, asi transitando obligatoriamente por diversos medios de comunicacion y se constituyendo por ellos. Es comprensible que el internet sea mas un lugar de emitir el discurso politico que, a priori, solo aparecia en el espacio reservado de antemano o especificado (propaganda politica por la television, panfletos, folleto de propaganda electoral con fotografia y numero de los candidatos para cargos publicos). Vemos, entonces, un sitio no realmente destinado, especificado a la propaganda politica, pero que fue tomada: el Twitter (red social de microblogging). Por lo tanto, nuestro objeto de analisis esta compuesto de declaraciones publicadas en Twitter, bajo los nombres de los principales candidatos presidenciales, en la campana electoral de 2010: Dilma Rousseff, Jose Serra e Marina Silva. En la estela de la teoria del analisis del discurso de la linea francesa, hubo la movilizacion de estudios de Michel Pecheux, J.-J. Courtine junto con el pensamiento de Michel Foucault, el proposito de este documento es mostrar como esta estructurado el discurso politico en el entorno digital, en este caso, en las redes sociales llamada Twitter, mostrar, desde las marcas linguisticas, las regularidades marcada por las identidades y las diferencias en el discurso politico en Twitter.
