The study characterizes the written record of a group of students from the 5th grade of primary classes in Brazil, in investigative science and its contribution to the development of writing. We analyze the interactions occurring during classes as well as students' written production. We examine how this process was linked with acquisition of writing and identify the resources used by students to communicate their observations, hypotheses and conclusions. The methodological design takes as a parameter an ethnographic approach, with systematic monitoring of science classes for a semester in addition to recording audio and video lessons planned with an investigative strategy. Was performed microanalysis of events occurring during the classes and analyzed the texts of students based on content analysis. The results indicate that change in the dynamics used in science classes, favored the use of writing structures that had not been explored by the participant group. In investigative classes analyzed in this study, the students could express their ideas, from what they had experienced with the experiments, with opportunities to use advanced cognitive abilities, being necessary to reorganize thought to express the new knowledge.

The clinical documentation in occupational therapy is developed whenever the service is offered to a client to register and report information pertaining to care. The aim of the study is to identify how this is done and what the perception of occupational therapists about the practice of outpatient clinical documentation is. The research was conducted in two stages: documentary research, through qualitative research of legal documents in Brazil; and field research, descriptive and exploratory study, conducted with 104 active occupational therapists in the state of Sao Paulo who worked in outpatient services. This was carried out using an online questionnaire and data was analyzed using quantitative methods, descriptive statistics and specific tests for comparison and correlation of variables. The results of the field research show: 64.4% of the records are held only on paper; all respondents perform assessment records; one makes no record of intervention / monitoring; and 13.5% do not carry records of patient discharge. Also, 91.9% reported some level of satisfaction with their own record. Virtually all clinical documentation was considered to be necessary and useful. The results revealed a significant correlation (p <0.05) with the level of satisfaction with their own practice of clinical documentation the variables: considered have sufficient knowledge for the development of the records, and values attributed to the practice of clinical documentation (those who consider it complex or difficult present a lower level of satisfaction when compared to those who consider it simple or easy). As for documentary research, 123 documents of different organs of origin were selected and will be analyzed qualitatively, with 103 consisting of reports, technical notes or orders, and the rest, ordinances, resolutions, and Decree. Only 13 of them are specific to the occupational therapy. It was considered that the data obtained allowed an initial approach to the topic, identifying as clinical records are held by occupational therapists working in outpatient care and what their perception of this practice, and identify aspects that influence this perception. The documentary research helped to understand and contextualize the practice of clinical documentation in Brazil, especially in relation to occupational therapy. The study could also contribute to the identification of topics of interest for future research on the topic and to produce knowledge that can guide the development of better quality of clinical documentation by occupational therapists.

Occupational therapy is constituted as a field of knowledge and service that makes use of human activities, such as a differentiated technology and public policy consistent with recent mental health. Currently, occupational therapy in the mental health field makes use of different benchmarks for the development of their practice, for which the main objectives are to broaden health care and the possibility of redemption citizenship rights of people with a mental disorder. Note the importance of verifying how occupational therapists that are inserted into the network of mental health services perform the assessment of user demands on their performance scenarios. The present study aimed to understand the forms of assessment used by occupational therapists in different equipment that make up the network of mental health services and to identify the admission criteria used by occupational therapists to users of mental health services. This is a descriptive cross-sectional case study, which made use of a qualitative approach. Data collection was through interviews with occupational therapists inserted in mental health services in a health region of a Regional Health Department of the State of São Paulo. Data analysis was performed using the method of thematic analysis, which allowed the identification of categories of analysis. The results showed that, in its entirety, the respondents are women, with service time between nine months and eighteen years. The network of services in the area chosen for the data collection relied on equipment ranging from basic care, such as the Center for Support Family Health (NASF) and minimum teams entered in basic health units, up clinics, psychosocial care center (CAPS) and psychiatric hospital. With respect to performing the initial assessment, the respondents include this point in the process of work as important to meet the user's needs and that the same demand. In most cases, the initial evaluation is conducted in informal format, with tools built by professionals in their own practices. People with chronic mental illnesses are admitted to occupational therapy services, mostly. It is expected that the study will help in the construction of technical criteria for admission from users of occupational therapy services in mental health, the expansion of knowledge and ideas about the practice of occupational therapists in mental health, as well as contributions to bring about forms initial assessment of the occupational therapist who works in the area of mental health.

Updating the physics curriculum for high school has been a challenge to all researchers and teachers in the area for at least two decades and has appeared in many academic studies that account for the needs justifying this update. However, we still haven´t achieved this update in the classrooms. But there is already some research focused on structure and activities for teaching and learning sequences that have emerged in the field of physics education research in order to fill this gap in the curriculum of physics for high school. From this research we reflected on the possibilities of carrying out a process of transformation in regards to the theme of cosmic rays in learning how to teach, based on the rules and features of the Theory of Didactic Transposition, proposed by Ives Chevallard (1991). Thus, we implemented a sequence of teaching and learning about cosmic rays in order to determine the point of impact and reconstruct the direction of arrival of a primary cosmic ray from data recorded by the Pierre Auger Observatory. We applied this activity in the form of a mini course in a public school in the city of Sertãozinho/SP. This activity addressed fundamental concepts such as energy conservation, center of mass, velocity, coordinate systems, time references and observation of the sky.
