listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Usando visualização para possibilitar a análise simultânea de documentos na aplicação da técnica coding(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2012-12-20) Boiça Neto, Arlindo Leal; Fabbri, Sandra Camargo Pinto Ferraz; https://lattes.cnpq.br/2204086299921323; https://lattes.cnpq.br/9885959272924513Qualitative research seeks to understand a specific subject through descriptions, comparisons and interpretations of the data, which are represented by words, pictures, videos and sounds. In the context of qualitative research were treated in more detail in this work, the steps of data collection and analysis. In step analysis of the data coding technique is used which has a test procedure whereby data is divided, and highly integrated to form a theory. The task involving coding technique when done manually requires a lot of research. Moreover, the tools found supporting the technical coding does offer features that let you work with several documents at once, which would facilitate the task of the researcher in the analysis and data management. This paper presents the iCode, a free tool that supports the technical coding, allowing the coding of multiple documents simultaneously, referenced here as simultaneous coding. Using this tool, we intended to reduce the coding time through the use of visualization and information management. It is intended to facilitate the analysis of the data using the visual metaphor Treemap, to enable management of multiple documents simultaneously. We conducted a feasibility study to assess whether it is feasible to apply the tool to create codes and categories, ie, apply the coding technique using differential functionality that the tool provides, which is the fact that it can handle multiple documents at once. This viability was observed for the efficiency and effectiveness of the participants in the application of manual coding technique, coding simultaneously using the tool iCode and coding each document separately, using the tool iCode. The feasibility study evaluated whether the simultaneous coding is beneficial regarding the coding of a document at a time. The results provide evidence that the simultaneous coding done using the tool iCode, the technique facilitates coding, reducing time spent on your driving, making its implementation more agile.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Adaptação e validação de indicadores de qualidade do processamento de produtos na atenção primária à saúde(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2012-12-20) Passos, Isis Pienta Batista Dias; Figueiredo, Rosely Moralez de; https://lattes.cnpq.br/2597491235073085; https://lattes.cnpq.br/1710871302871400The quality in processing health products is a pillar of infection prevention and control related to healthcare-associated infections (HAI). To evaluate these practices, quality indicators in health have been used to identify results and establish conformity rates. Indicators were developed to evaluate the hospital processing of dental-medicalhospital supplies (SÃO PAULO, 2006), but with the expansion of non hospital care and incipient publications on control and prevention of HAIs in these places, there is the need to use indicators in primary care. The present study therefore aimed to adapt and validate these indicators for use in the primary health care (PHC). It was used validation by expert consensus, with the participation of eleven judges. The adapted and validated instrument for use in PHC consists of nine indicators and components, being the main changes from the original, the inclusion of dental professionals in the supplies processing, the classification of Central Sterile Supply Departments (CSSD) in the PHC as Class I, the occurrence of chemical disinfection and the ratification of the sterilization using only moist heat. It was concluded that the established indicators for hospital use, after adaptation and validation, can be used in the PHC to evaluate the quality of the product processing. This is undoubtedly one of the priority measures for qualification and to advance in actions to control the HAI in these places.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, A recepção de Clausewitz no exército brasileiro: da guerra fria ao pós-guerra fria(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2012-12-20) Ferezin, Carla Cristina Wrbieta; Martins Filho, João Roberto; https://lattes.cnpq.br/0439807619383825Clausewitz is considered the main philosopher of war. Since the 19th century, his work was frequently read and cited, especially in the military environment. However, until now, no research has proposed investigating the reception of his work in Brazil. The central objective of this study is, more specifically, to analyze the reading of this author among members of the Brazilian Army. The specific objectives are: a) to investigate which Clausewitzian concepts are more cited in these readings; b) to consider the possible influence of the most important readings published abroad over these readings; c) to identify variations of comprehension about Clausewitz s conceptions during two periods: the Cold War and the post-Cold War; d) to examine the reception of Clausewitz in the Escola de Comando e Estado-Maior do Exército (Brazilian Army Command and General Staff School) ECEME. The corpus chosen was the geopolitics production that prevailed in the strategic thought of Cold War, as well as papers published in A Defesa Nacional, Revista do Exército Brasileiro e Revista das Ciências Militares Coleção Carlos de Meira Mattos, in the period post 1989. Curricula of the courses offered by ECEME were also examined. Through a bibliographical review and a documental analysis, it was verified that the Brazilian readings of Clausewitz are largely selective and marked by the historical context in which they were elaborated. Concerning the analysis of the ECEME s curricula, it was noticed that Clausewitz is a literature present in the Escola and read in the main course disciplines, Strategy and Military History.
