As instruments of data collection, diaries were used and the focus group. In class the following socio-cultural themes were addressed: football and politics; football, gender and work; football, gift and talent. The results found were divided into three categories: football and society: reports and reflections on interventions; student participation and resistance in relation to classes and themes; perceptions of teacher-researcher about how to teach classes and also the classes that took place in the study. The results indicate the importance of addressing socio-cultural themes from the perspective external logic of sports in Physical Education classes, as students manage to make a relation of the themes with the daily life, however, these students do not showed interest in deepening the themes, showing a commitment only immediate about what was discussed, already in relation to the participation and resistance of the students, observe that the students participated in the discussions effectively and that they knew how to talk on the themes, but within a system in which the “free classes” are already implemented, the students indicated they prefer the “class” model that we present in our interventions. Regarding the perceptions as a teacher-researcher regarding the classes, the importance of systematic teacher intervention in the students' learning process, as well as the approach of all dimensions of content in classes. Furthermore, in this category it was possible to identify that there is a need to introduce students to Education Physics as a curricular component and not just as a moment of leisure and rest.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Mapeamento e análise da percepção das mudanças associadas ao acesso aberto à literatura científica com bibliotecários e profissionais de informação de universidades públicas federais e estaduais do Brasil(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2013) Foggi, Rafael Antonio Di; Furnival, Ariadne Chloe Mary; https://lattes.cnpq.br/6242518093109679; https://lattes.cnpq.br/1291482506649810O objetivo desta pesquisa foi explorar as percepções dos bibliotecários e profissionais de informação das bibliotecas universitárias públicas federais e estaduais do Brasil localizados na frente do potencial impacto do movimento de acesso aberto (OA) à literatura científica. O nascituro no legislativo brasileiro(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2013-01-07) Potechi, Bruna; Machado, Igor José de Renó; https://lattes.cnpq.br/4705450652848752; https://lattes.cnpq.br/0123931942250225This effort analyzes the possible constructions of nascituru (unborn human) as a person under Brazilian legislation. In May of 2010 was approved, by one committee of the Deputy´s Chamber, the Law´s Project 478 of 2007 providing a Statute of the Nascituru, then we could visualize embryos and fetuses become a person and a subject of rights from a legislative point of view. However, in Brazilian legislation the nascituru could be a person or not be, depending on the case. Meanwhile the Nacituru´s Statute intended to define the nascituru as a subject of rights and become them a legal person, we could see in the law and law´s proposition about abortion and new reproductive technologies the nascituru do not always show up as a person. Hence in some cases is allowed abortion, and also research of embryos in vitro, or even reject them. The Law´s project 478 of 2007 is the first one to treat simultaneously the themes of abortion and new reproduction technologies, deliberating from the perspective of the nascituru. Thus, we observe in this effort the nascituru´s different constructions as a person to the legislation when he is and isn´t a legal person. Following, we understand the different discourses in the Deputy´s Chamber about the moment of life that we can call nascituru, the time before birth. Finally we can observe how the nascituru might be person and non-person, and how he appears as a subject of rights and then how the rights of the different subjects are in relation and how this subjects could be more or less legal person to Brazilian law.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, As hipersuperfíces de Sbrana-Cartan(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2013-01-09) Bronzatti, Marinez; Figueiredo Junior, Ruy Tojeiro de; https://lattes.cnpq.br/9930999514347198; https://lattes.cnpq.br/4947618032482642In this work, based on the papers [5] and [6], we present the classification of Euclidean hypersurfaces that admit nontrivial isometric deformations, called Sbrana -Cartan hypersurfaces, by means of the Gauss parameterization.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Perfil comunicativo de usuária de comunicação alternativa na interação com diferentes parceiros(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2013-01-11) Moreschi, Cândice Lima; Almeida, Maria Amélia; https://lattes.cnpq.br/0316944549621648; https://lattes.cnpq.br/9584436135239945The alternative communication has been used over the past years as a communication resource for people who, for whatever reason, are temporarily or permanently with its loss-making oral communication. However, the fact that a person make use of this resource in their daily life does not ensure that effective communication is established between the interlocutors, especially among the resource user and a partner without deficits in oral communication. You must then check how effective this communication resource becomes during the interactive process. Therefore, this study aimed to trace the communicative profile of Alternative Communication Systems user, nonverbal during situations of interaction with their partners. Participated in this research: a child of 6 years and 6 months (target), mother and educator of their child and a classmate. For comparison between the results obtained with the non-verbal child, also participated in the study a child without speech disorders (control) of 6 years and 5 months and a classmate. Data collection took place in three stages: 1.obtenção data on communication, language and cognition of the target participant: accomplished through the application of standardized reviews, semi-structured interviews, checklists and rating scales; 2. Evaluation of communicative skills of the target participant and control: application of the understanding of evidence, production and conversation; 3.percepções of participants: semi-structured interviews with the participant's target research and its partners on the entire data collection process. The data analysis revealed the use of the communication system by family members in different situations and difficulties encountered in the school environment, reported by the mother and child educator regarding the use of this system. The chekclists and rating scales traced the communicative profile of target participants, highlighting the interactive situations more easily communicated by children. In comprehension tasks, production and conversation were evident how the child without oral communication uses the feature to communicate. In their interactions, often used key elements of the drawings and videos submitted to it to transmit information. Thus, it was concluded that although the child without oral communication use the communication feature in most interactions, this system does not have enough symbols to establish effective communication; the child then makes use of gestures, vocalizations and mother of assistance to be able to communicate their desires and feelings which makes the slow and difficult communication. To trace the communicative profile of an alternative communication resource user, it sought this study was to warn the possible gaps in the implementation of alternative sources of communication, both in the making of these as in therapeutic activities working its use in different contexts.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, A gestão das unidades de atenção básica em saúde em um município paulista: concepções dos enfermeiros sobre o trabalho gerencial(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2013-01-11) Schiavetto, Lucele; Ogata, Márcia Niituma; https://lattes.cnpq.br/3274294833403570; https://lattes.cnpq.br/5590946108226368This work permeates discussions about the management in primary care, it is a topic of high complexity, while the unique and undeniable importance. At the time of reorientation of care model allows the study and management understand how the work process is occurring in everyday life, and thus analyze the performance of nurses' actions in Primary relationship management, revealing strengths and difficulties in the process of transforming health practices. Manage Health in order to optimize it, especially the Basic Units, it requires a critical analysis of nurses for decision making and the development of reflective thinking. Therefore, this study aimed to analyze the work of the nurse manager of teams of primary health care; know the actions undertaken identifying factors that enhance and hinder the achievement of these actions in the Basic Health Unit; identify the relationship of nursing education and its role as unit manager, and identify the nurse's conception of its role in management. This is a case study in which data collection was used documentary analysis of the health plan, the structured interview and the completion of the focus group, and then the thematic analysis of the data, the study site was a city of São Paulo and 12 nurses participated in the survey of Primary Care Units. The results demonstrate the managers s profile as well as their management actions characterized in categories: Acting as nurse management and care; Relationship training with their performance management unit; Importance of planning for management; Factors that enhance and hinder the realization of shares management. Revealing the profile of nurse managers, as all units are managed by Primary Care nurses in most women with an average age between 35 and 54 years, most with graduate students and those with masters or specialization in the area are not management, the large number of nurses are in charge of more than 5 years, and contatração process occurs through the public tender for the Basic Health Units (BHU) and selection process for the Family Health Program (FHP). Respondents refer exercise beyond management function, care activities, since the units of Primary Care from the municipality has only one nurse in the unit, and state become overloaded, failing to perform their duties properly, hindering planning management unit. It also points to the lack of staff meeting, not recognizing this tool as a facilitator in the process of management. It also demonstrates that the degree contributes very little to the financial management and claim that experience is more important and not using planning as a management tool. Thus, it is important to note that this survey revealed a work process permeated by situations that characterize a fragmented management process, centralized in a single member of staff, the nurses, the absence of effective teamwork with horizontalizadas relations and deficiency qualified human resource.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Estrutura e comportamento em solução de copolímeros anfifílicos do tipo poliéter glicol(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2013-01-11) Marques, Yuri Alencar; Tsunoda, Mitsukimi; https://lattes.cnpq.br/7842686360162069; https://lattes.cnpq.br/3453620771541060The solution behavior and self-assembly structural phenomena of two industrial amphiphilic polyether glycol block copolymers with different chemical structures and similar cloud points were studied. The raw industrial diol copolymer was subjected to fractionation by preparative liquid chromatography with a size exclusion column (prep-LC-SEC). Prep-LC-SEC did not achieve a molecular mass separation; nonetheless it generated a separation of fractions by means of polarity. Significant heterogeneity of chain polarity of the fractions was demonstrated by CO2 supercritical fluid chromatography (SFC). The temperature and concentration effects of the polymers in polar 2-(2-butoxyethoxy)ethanol and water (25DB) solution were investigated by means of a combination of ATR-FTIR and SAXS techniques. In ATRFTIR analysis, a hypsochromic shift was shown for the O-H absorption peak with an increase in copolymer concentration in solution. This shift was consistently observed in high as well as in low temperatures. Narrowing of the C-O peak width with increasing concentration was demonstrated. A slight bathochromic shift of the C-H peaks was observed as a result of increasing polymer concentration. SAXS evaluation of the copolymers was carried out in concentrated systems. Despite the distinct chemical structures, the scattering curves indicate that the micellar aggregation processes and structural forms of both polyether glycols in solution are significantly similar. SAXS profiles in temperatures above and close to the cloud point revealed the absence of a macromolecular organized structure of the copolymer polyethers in 25DB solution. An investigative fit of the SAXS curves with a hard sphere model (HSM K-T) support the similar solution behavior of the two block copolymers evaluated in this study. The similarities of the aggregation and structural assembly of the two industrial triblock polyether glycols in polar solutions were evidenced. The correlations of the intermolecular interactions and the self-assembly morphology of the copolymer polyethers with the microphase separation temperature, i.e. the cloud point, were demonstrated.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Termalização e correlações quânticas nos contextos de sistemas quânticos abertos e cadeias de spins(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2013-01-11) Oliveira, Thiago Werlang de; Villas-Bôas, Celso Jorge; https://lattes.cnpq.br/5700887540085418; https://lattes.cnpq.br/2677281274862000In this thesis, we study the behavior of Quantum Discord in the contexts of open quantum systems and spin chains. Furthermore, we investigate the thermalization process of a spin chain due to interaction with the environment. First, we present a review on the concept of quantum correlation, beginning with the first ideas on non-locality, and leading to the measure of quantum correlations called Quantum Discord. Afterwards, we study the dynamics of the quantum correlations between two non-interacting qubits coupled to Markovian and non- Markovian thermal reservoirs. In the context of spin chains, we investigate the behavior of quantum correlations at finite temperatures, starting with a system composed of two interacting spins, described by XYZ model, in order to generalize this study to the case of infinite unidimensional spin chains, described by XY and XXZ models. In this context, we investigate the relationship between quantum correlations and quantum phase transitions present in these two models. We conclude this thesis with a study of the thermalization process of two interacting spins weakly coupled to independent bosonic thermal reservoirs, or to a single collective reservoir, besides presenting some results for larger systems, composed of an arbitrary number of spins.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Programa de estimulação psicomotora aquática para crianças com deficiência visual com a participação das mães(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2013-01-15) Storch, Jalusa Andréia; Denari, Fátima Elisabeth; https://lattes.cnpq.br/5575213011914394; https://lattes.cnpq.br/0019857424163518The aquatic psychomotor is one of the approaches to psychomotor, which uses water as a means of action more global and can be considered an effective approach to aid in motor development of children with visual impairment. Thus, this study aimed to develop and implement a program of Psychomotor Stimulation Aquatic (PEPA) for children with visual disabilities by participating mothers. The methodology selected for this study was based on descriptive and cross-sectional design outlined by the evaluative case study. Participants were selected for sampling based on criteria consisting of six participants, three visually impaired children - blind, low vision, of both genders, with two to three years of age, respectively accompanied by their mothers (n = 05 ), which were analyzed pre-and post-testing, applying intervention. The instruments used for data collection were: Screenplay by Anamnesis; Motor Functional Evaluation, and Field Diary. Data were analyzed qualitatively by analytical narrative and analysis of content. The intervention trasncorreu in two different cities, located in the western state of Paraná, in the premises of thermal pools heated. The program consisted of two phases, the first - enabling mothers in the liquid medium and the materials used, and the second step - the application of aquatic psychomotor stimulation in children with visual impairment. The program consists of 26 lessons was applied to each dyad separately, the frequency of twice a week, lasting 30 minutes to an hour / class. The activities were planned in advance by the researcher, based on the assessments of participants by means of the data collection. The results revealed that the PEPA program promoted positive increments on the motor development of all participating children, regarding the acquisition of postural reactions (reactions protective posture in sitting and standing) in the visual and motor skills (manipulation of objects, search objects and increments following objects in the seated position), plus acquisitions in posture and motor skills (acquisition movements and postural control in sitting and standing). Finally, it was found that the methodological option of joint participation of the dyad in the liquid medium, allowed an exchange of experience between researcher and participants, and have promoted mutual learning between mother and child (a), whose learning was transferred to the home environment and social context in which children with visual impairment are inserted.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Estudos sobre a síntese de ftalocianinas anfifílicas com baixa agregação em solução(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2013-01-16) Menenguci, Cyntia de Freitas Neves; Oliveira, Kleber Thiago de; https://lattes.cnpq.br/3759761373942891; https://lattes.cnpq.br/2632785359703754The present dissertation describe the studies conducted on the synthesis and photophysical properties of phthalocyanine dyes. The first two papers present literature reviews. The first one revieweb the impact of domestic violence on mothering skills. The second one, the association between intimate partner violence and child maltreatment, two phenomena commonly associated, but which are commonly analyzed separately. The third paper aimed at comparing the dimensions of discipline practices of mothers victims and not victims of physical partner violence. The fourth article sought to examine the motherchild relationship in a situation of controlled observation laboratory, to investigate the specific impact of partner violence on the mother-child interaction. The fifth paper presents a review of a new cognitive construct to analyze the mother-child relationship, metaparenting, and the state of art about such constructo. Finally, the sixth paper compares the behaviors of metaparenting of female victims and not victims of physical violence. Overall, the data indicated that, when compared in relation to dimensiono of discipline and metaparenting, mothers victims of domestic violence and mothers without such a history, did not show statistically significant differences. When analyzing the impact of different variables on the mother-child relationship (Article 4), it was noted that the historical mother of child maltreatment and family income appear to be important variables to consider when analyzing the mother-child relationship.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Homenagens do legislativo: uma etnografia dos processos simbólicos do estado(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2013-01-17) Pinto, Danilo César Souza; Leirner, Piero de Camargo; https://lattes.cnpq.br/0146541919194332This thesis approaches an ordinary practice by the State: public homages, like medals of honor, honorific titles and denomination of public areas. From an ethnographic research of three municipal Legislative Councils, the dynamics of these homages, the actors and factors involved were investigated. It was observed both the bureaucratic and "political" aspects of such homages. An important characteristic of these processes is that they are treated by the politicians themselves as an irrelevant assignment. However, the ethnographical data shows that these activities constitute the majority of projects presented by the council-men. In the interviews granted by council-men, officers and NGO´s members that "observe" the politicians, central terms to think about these practices, such as agreement and blandishment were noted. These terms seem to show a way of interpretation for the high number of homages. There is a pre-established agreement in the Councils to let the homages pass, because they are usually approved as blandishments to a potential or actual electorate. This thesis tries to show the subtleness and the details involved in such cases of public homag.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Representações e racionalização nos processos de adolescentes em conflito com a lei em Rio Branco - AC no período de 1970 - 2008(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2013-01-17) Castro, Daisy Mary Padula de; Mancuso, Maria Inês Rauter; https://lattes.cnpq.br/2245625038877476The goal of this work was describe and interpret the representation that prosecutors, judges and defenders of adolescents who engaged in illegal acts, and the rationalization process of the judiciary, specifically the Court of childhood and adolescents. The cases involving children in conflict with the law from 1970 to 2008, which are on the file of the county court of Rio Branco, at Acre state, have been studied. The cases were divided into four periods within which three laws has operated: in the first period of the 1970s, the Code Mello Mattos of 12 October 1927 was in force (Decree No. 17 943 A), which lasted until 1979; in the second period, the 1980s, the Juvenile Code (Law 6697 of 10/10/79); and after 1990, when the Statute of Children and Adolescents (Law 9.069/90) was enacted, two periods were studied: the third period comprises the years between 1990 and 2005, shortly after the SCA entered into force; and the fourth period, between 2006 and 2008, when the SCA had been in effect for over fifteen years. Having available for research processes within a period of nearly 40 years, it was possible to conduct a study of the changes which have happened in the representation and in the process of rationalization. It was observed that rationalization was higher each period. The representations, which were expressed in judgments and opinions, were easily identified in the cases from the 1970s, and have been becoming more difficult to be detected as the process of rationalization has made the judgments and opinions more objective, impersonal, and technical. There are no opportunities for judges, prosecutors and defenders to express their thoughts and personal opinions. Thus the representations are expressed in the laws, and are then assumed by the operators of the law, namely judges, prosecutors and defenders.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Mapas conceituais e resolução de problemas sobre as interações intermoleculares: um estudo com alunos da 1ª série do ensino médio(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2013-01-18) Mota, Ronaldo Nascimento; Hartwing, Dácio RodneyThe present work investigated high school students about the elaboration of conceptual maps and the resolution of their problems related to the topic intermolecular interactions. For that we based upon Ausubel's theory of meaningful learning, Concept Maps and troubleshooting. To carry out this research we use the elaboration of Concept Maps using a list of concepts extracted from their problems and that are relevant to their resolution, and the construction of the "Reference Map" according to the proposal of Joseph Novak. To make the maps the students organized hierarchically the listed contents and in accordance with the principle of progressive differentiation we determined the major conceptual deficiencies. The resolution of the problems constituted another tool for the cognitive mapping, as the students show how the concepts are organized in their minds through the application in solving the problem. The results obtained with the conceptual maps were used to trace the cognitive structuring and compared to analyzes of the resolutions of problems determining qualitative and quantitative aspects in relation to structuring and conceptual similarities in results between the two instruments. It was determined the Pearson s correlation between the results of the maps and the resolution of problems, resulting in a weak correlation between the two instruments. The reason for this is not conclusive in the extent of this research and relevant discussion originates later works. Qualitative analyzes show that the two instruments are able to determine cognitive structuring concepts and indicate their shortcomings.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Aprendizagem profissional da docência : que saberes o(a) professor(a) tem para atuar em creches?(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2013-01-18) Voltarelli, Monique Aparecida; Monteiro, Maria Iolanda; https://lattes.cnpq.br/4189205834370563; https://lattes.cnpq.br/1525508411734718to teach and the importance of the teacher to keep learning are highlighted themes in order to comprehend the professional development and the teacher s education, although the aspects of caring and educating are still disconnected when we think about the pedagogical practices in kindergarten. Considering this, a qualitative approach of researching was adopted in three municipal kindergarten educational centers in the countryside of São Paulo, involving three beginner teachers, who work with children from zero to three years old. Considering the research question How is the beginning teachers` teaching knowledge configured to act in nursery care? , we tried to characterize the knowledge owned by the teachers who work with children from zero to three and how they learn to be nursery care teachers. In order to develop this study, field observations, diary registers, documental analyses and semi structured interview were undertaken. The collected data were organized in five axes of analyses in order to achieve the research s specific objectives: a) the teachers´ conception of nursery care and children; b) the kindergarten institutions´ pedagogical propose; c) the actions of educating and caring; d) the contents taught to children from 0 to 3; e) the learning of teaching in the nursery care. The analyses according to authors as Abramowicz, André, Cerisara, Bondioli, Faria, Garcia, Huberman, Lüdke, Mantovani, Nóvoa, Oliveira, Rosemberg, Tardif, among others, show that teachers are not able to name the knowledge they own, but they know what to teach the children and know where to find activities to be executed with them. Generally speaking, the teachers outlined the importance of executing an educative work and a necessary care of these children. Concerning the nursery care undertaken activities, the teachers reported they are not organized according to the contents. But concerning the degree of difficulty and the intentionality, which guides the age level of the nursery care children, the demands must be according to the child s development and the child´ s age specificity. A common aspect in the three teachers´ speech refers to the knowledge acquired in the professional practice by the exchange of knowledge with more experienced teachers, the main source of learning to teach in the nursery care.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Fatores que afetam o uso de medição de desempenho em indústrias de laticínios: um estudo multicasos(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2013-01-21) Macedo, Natália Luísa Felício; Mergulhão, Ricardo Coser; https://lattes.cnpq.br/0598720328915137; Mendes, Juliana Veiga; http://lattes.cnpq.br/5692633697407656In contemporary marketing structure notices the growing quest for competitive advantage of organizations. In this context, we highlight the performance management that can assist in the search for competitiveness and dairy industry marked by specificities to produce and offer products with quality and consumer safety. To achieve this success, dairy rely on performance measurement systems to assist in its production process, management and distribution of products. Being that there are factors that can shape the use of performance measurement. From this backdrop, this paper aims to examine the prospect of multicase, the internal and external factors affecting the use of performance measurement in dairy industries in Sorocaba-SP. The relevance of this research proposal is to contribute to the theoretical aspect in the development of knowledge about performance measurement and practical aspect to making a diagnosis of the factors that influence the performance measurement in the dairy study, resulting in a major material for understanding and improving the everyday reality of collaborating companies. To develop this study, we carried out a field survey with managers of three quality dairy products in Sorocaba-SP. It is used as a research tool, a semi-structured, with a qualitative approach, aiming at deepening the knowledge about a given reality. Factors identified with exploitation cases were internal factors: organizational culture, management style, organizational structure, competitive strategy, resources and capabilities, IT infrastructure and external factors: integration between the different links in the chain and government regulations (IN62 ).listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Utilização da técnica de conformação por coagulação direta (direct coagulation casting) em massas refratárias de sílica para processos de fundição por cera perdida(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2013-01-22) Alves Júnior, José Antonio; Baldo, João Baptista; https://lattes.cnpq.br/2410385643716370; https://lattes.cnpq.br/7449451997419254Refractory masses for lost wax casting process of steel and alloys, especially for dental devices are constituted basically of silica (quartz and / or cristobalite). In these materials, the binding agent is generally based on magnesium phosphate cements, produced by acid-based reaction of NH4H2PO4 with MgO. The main product of the reaction is struvita (MgNH4PO46H2O). The presence of phosphates together with retarders, necessary to control the reaction kinetics, contributes to the sintering and adhesion of the silica investment to the metal material after solidification. Recently it was developed a consolidation process of ceramic powders by direct coagulation (DCC) of a stabilized slurry of high solids content and low viscosity. The direct coagulation is achieved by controlled destabilizing (flocculation/ coagulation) of the suspension either through the gradual change of the pH towards the isoelectronic point or increasing the ionic strength of the medium. In this work the change in pH was accomplished by two different routes. The first one by the use of buffer solutions whose pH controll was close to the one of silica IEP (innovative methodology). The second was made by using citric acid and sodium trypolyphosphate in a competing reaction changing slowly the medium pH towards the silica IEP. Both routes promoted the direct coagulation of silica refractory masses without the presence of phosphates or any other binder. The results were very satisfactory, since in all silica refractory masses (>99% SiO2) used, the coagulation occurred rapidly, at low initial viscosity, and low final water content to be eliminated. The masses kept the required refractory properties for high temperature castings, presenting excellent properties such as high expansion at the metal casting temperatures, excellent surface finishing, low adherence to the cast part and easiness upon demolding. This whole set of properties are ideal for lost wax investment casting processes.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Caracterização microestrutural e mecânica da liga de Al AA7050 reciclada por conformação por spray e extrusão(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2013-01-22) Mazzer, Eric Marchezini; Kiminami, Claudio Shyinti; https://lattes.cnpq.br/5443002033733395; https://lattes.cnpq.br/7273276940567054Aluminium alloys of the 7000 series are widely used in structural components in the aircraft industries due to their high strength and low density. However, a large amount of scraps is generated by the machining of the components, which achieves almost 90% of the alloy s initial mass. These wastes are normally used in low performance application, despite of the high quality of the AA7050 alloys. It occurs because is not possible to keep the good mechanical properties of the alloy when it is recycled by conventional casting, which generates high level of segregation of the alloy elements and a coarse microstructure. In this sense, the present work aims the recycling of the aluminium scraps by spray forming and hot extrusion. The spray forming process provides a rapid solidification, making possible to obtain a refined microstructure and a low level of segregation. The hot extrusion closes the pores arising from the previous process and increases the strength by reducing the grain size. After the spray forming the material was hot extruded in a industrial scale equipment in order to close the pores arising from the previous process and improve the strength. A combination of heat treatments concerning homogenization, solution and aging heat treatments were imposed during the process in order to optimize the mechanical properties. The microstructure characterization was carried out in a scanning electronic microscope (SEM) and in a transmission electronic microscope (TEM), combined with x-ray diffraction (XRD) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) . The mechanical properties were evaluated by tensile tests. By the analysis of the results we can conclude that the spray forming is a viable route to recycle the Al AA7050 alloys because it can generate refined microstructure and better mechanical properties than the original material.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, A luta contra a desesperança: a experiência de gestantes com HIV(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2013-01-22) Oliveira, Fernanda Ferreira Damaceno; Wernet, Monika; https://lattes.cnpq.br/6056127658896265; https://lattes.cnpq.br/7291591684066479The discovery of the Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) during pregnancy drives woman to experience prejudice, discrimination and the possibility to infect her child, promoting an existential reflection. Suffering is present, conducting to a hope experience. Hope is a dynamic and multidimensional process, focused in the possibility to achieve what is desired. Incorporate bases and force to exist, being reached in the moments of difficulty. Therefore, the routine with HIV during pregnancy connect itself to the experience of hope, for that reason the present study has hope as its component. The objective was to explore and describe hope experiences during pregnancy of woman that discovery her HIV seropositive at prenatal. This study had as theoretical reference the Symbolic Interactionism and narratives research as methodological reference. The strategy to data collection was semi-structured interview associated with hope s genogram and ecomap. It was part of this study seven pregnant women who discovered their HIV seropositivity during prenatal. The results are present and organized in the following thematic units: Life review ; be a mother , care of herself , surrender to divine intervention , social interaction and hope . The main phenomenon identified was fight against the lack of hope . It was conclude that the tendency to lack of hope is strongly present in the gestational routine of these women and that exist interactions that are hope promoters and others that restrict it. Woman try to valorize those that are hope promoter to reach what It was established as a goal in that period: contribute with her child s seronegativity.
