From this decade much has been made for inclusion of these people, things like, new laws were created as guarantee of their rights. But in the companies opinion, these laws began to be fulfilled just to avoid penalties, labeling and stigmatizing these people as unable to perform work functions. Actually, the form work of the person with deficiency needs to be conquered by their own effort and designed by the society, by ability and not because the law protects them like charitable way or by percentage of vacancies, which contributed to the spread of stigma. As shown raised some questions: How are been prepared and inserted the people with deficiency in the job market? These people are been qualified adequately to the competitive job market? This Project aims to verify how the people with deficiency are being prepared in the vocational courses and how are been inserted and included in the job market. The sample consisted of three groups of participants: i) six people with disabilities who have completed vocational courses and were inserted in the job market, ii) five teachers of vocational courses, and iii) three representatives of the company. Data collection was through semi-structured interviews and observation records. The instruments underwent a pilot study to check the semantic aspect. The data collection was through semi-structured interviews and observation records. The data treatment occurred through Content Analysis that consists in explaining and systematize the message content and meaning it. According to the results of the study, we can understand that in participating institution, workers with disabilities are currently satisfied with their working conditions and feel fulfilled with activities that develop. The company proved to be committed to fulfilling his social role and tries to include these workers the most appropriate manner. And by teachers of vocational courses, despite some difficulties in teaching-learning process, sought to provide a quality education and adequate to ensure an effective labor insertion of these people.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Diretrizes para a gestão da conversão do conhecimento tecnológico em patentes(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2013-02-20) Lichti, Paulo Aneas; Faria, Leandro Innocentini Lopes de; https://lattes.cnpq.br/7031045395929931This work was carried out with the intention of developing a set of guidelines that seeks to promote the conversion of technological knowledge into effective appropriation of intellectual capital as an intangible asset, through the production of patents. Based on the theoretical references for knowledge management activities, on project office management activities and on the process known as "innovation funnel", and on the method of research-action, the guidelines were developed. Once implemented in a private held business environment that invests in research and development as part of its strategy, it was observed a significant increase in the conversion capacity of technological knowledge generated in patent applications in the order of 16 times over a period prior to the use of those guidelines. Thus, it is concluded that the proposed model is effective and meaningful to provide better conditions for increasing intangible assets of the organization that it was the subject of the study, mainly due to the application of the resources of knowledge management.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Professores de matemática diante da proposta curricular do estado de São Paulo (2008)(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2013-02-20) Oliveira, Joana Cristina de Souza; Sousa, Maria do Carmo de; https://lattes.cnpq.br/6637658562543505; https://lattes.cnpq.br/3563110617678693This research presents as an aim to analyse the impressions of a group formed by five Mathematics teachers about the State of São Paulo current curriculum implementation. It was elaborated in 2007 and implemeted in 2008 by the Department of the State of São Paulo (SEE/SP). The analysis is made from the subject speeches and the official documents available by the SEE/SP. As a background , we come up with the central ideas of some curriculum theories which are grounded in Doll (1997), Sacristán (2000), Sacristán (2007) and Silva (2011). These authors consider the curriculum as something that occurs in practice and that should be thought considering the educational system truth, in which teachers have a central and crucial function in the whole process. Thus , we perceive the curriculum as something constituted in practice, in the classroom. The issues that lead this research are: what do Mathematics teachers who act in basic education think about the implementation process of the Mathematics Curriculum Proposal PCM in 2008? What relation there can exist between what teachers say and what appears in official documents? The research is qualitative and can be characterized as a descriptive analytical. The meaning units were defined from the interviewed answers and from the official documents, the National Plan for Education (PNE), the Political Educational of the Government of the State of São Paulo Plan (2007), São Paulo Faz Escola magazine special edition of the Curriculum Proposal: Mathematics (2008), Mathematics Curriculum Proposal (2008), Manager Book (2009) and the Curriculum Proposal for First Grade Teaching Mathematics (2002). Among the obtained results we detach that the Curriculum Proposal of the State of São Paulo gives emphasis to external evaluations, which presentation and implementation have occurred by the managers. We also realized some contradictions between the teachers reports about what happens in the practice and what the developers argue. As well as between what appears in the documents and what happened in the educational institutions according to the teachers.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Análise da apropriação pública de bulas de medicamentos por usuários de uma unidade básica de saúde(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2013-02-20) Chenchi, Luiz Henrique; Machado, Maria Lúcia Teixeira; https://lattes.cnpq.br/5703683100332513; https://lattes.cnpq.br/1892228305258753This study aimed to analyze the public ownership of pharmaceutical inserts for users Health System in San Carlos - SP. Therefore, it is deemed necessary scientific literacy in health of society as a way to participate in the construction of public policies governing the industry and understanding of the correct information for effective applicability. We used a qualitative method, applying a structured semi-structured interview to seventeen drug users a basic health unit in the city. Data analysis was based on the hermeneutic-dialectic, in five categories that emerged, focusing on understanding and criticism against the material. The profile of the subjects focused mostly on women with little schooling, elderly and prevalence of hypertension and diabetes as conditions for continuous medication. The content of the interviews showed that adherence to reading the leaflets is influenced by the font size and technical-scientific terms, aspects which are not attractive to the user / reader. Also, it was possible to identify which medical advice, habit and lack of time and not supply of leaflets in public pharmacy configured reasons that discourage reading. Still, it was noted that subjects assign value and importance revelantes say is the information contained in the inserts for the pharmacotherapeutic treatment. It was found that the participation of drug users in the public health area studied, the construction of policies governing the manufacture of small and leaflets is that they lack scientific knowledge in health that would guarantee them the right attitude in making decisions and ownership of the contents of them to proper use of medication. The education level and more accurate vision were described as important personal characteristics to read and interpret a bull and analyzed as justifications for lack of interest in the material. Our hypothesis is that science can not be understood as isolated instance, as the scientific description of reality is influenced and influences conceptions of the social context in which it (science) is inserted. To illustrate our point of view, we chose the concept of nature. This concept is confused with the concept of real, appears as human otherness, before which man must stand and merges with a project of society you want to include nature in politics. The discussion humanity x nature has guided the development of western ontology, especially science. Nowadays, the discussion remains, and different scientific fields have been questioning the boundary between the two domains. We will review the work of established authors of the natural and human sciences, which we consider as founders of visions of nature. From there, enter the implications that these approaches have had and for the development of science: for the natural sciences, nature can be fully understood through the impersonal methods of science. However, we believe that science interprets it according to a specific language, and its conclusions are translations of nature, not an accurate description of it. Regarding the human sciences, despite nature does not directly constitute the object of study, we believe that it is present, usually in a manner not spelled out: how ontology is responsible, as opposed to being human, whether as a representation without autonomous existence. We will seek to make it more evident that some concepts of nature permeate the humanities, until we get proposals seeking to question the separation culture x nature. We discuss the nature as a political project, a movement that part of the advent of the scientific concept of ecology, but that is appropriate as a social project.
