listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Saberes docentes: vozes de professores da infância sobre a educação matemática para crianças(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2014-03-25) Rocha, Maria José da Silva; Sousa, Maria do Carmo de; https://lattes.cnpq.br/6637658562543505; https://lattes.cnpq.br/2658820524027100The project objectives are to investigate the knowledge of three teachers from kindergarten, while in training in the context of Curriculum Activity of Integration, Education and Research (ACIEPE), Ludic Science for Kids: assumptions, activities and experiences . This activity was one of three actions that formed part of the Disclosure Project scientific playful Science for Kids: Workshops and outreach activities for Science, Mathematics and Technology for children from 3 to 6 years . This is a qualitative research and a Case Study, in which video recordings compose the methods of analysis and data collecting from an extension kindergarten teachers education course. It was conducted by the following question: What is the knowledge manifested by teachers from kindergarten, in the context of ACIEPE, for mathematical experiences of children aged three to six years, based on the cultural-historical perspective? The categories of knowledge developed by Tardif (2008) are the foundations of the analysis. Results indicate that in the context of continuing education teachers oral narratives are permeated by individual and collective knowledge that intertwine all the time, among them personal, those from school education prior to training for teaching as well as those from programs and textbooks. All of these different kinds of knowledge integrate knowledge of experience.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Produção de hidrogênio em reator anaeróbio de leito fluidizado a partir de glicerol bruto sob condições termofílicas(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2014-03-25) Ferreira, Janaína dos Santos; Silva, Edson Luiz; https://lattes.cnpq.br/2133864300816072This study aimed to evaluate the influence of the hydraulic retention time (HRT) on hydrogen production using crude glycerol as a substrate in an anaerobic fluidized bed reactor (AFBR ) . The reactor had a volume of 1979 cm3, which was varied HDT in eight stages: Stage I, II, III, IV, V, VI , VII, VIII with HDT of 14, 12 , 10,8 , 6, 4 , 2 and 1 hour. The temperature was controlled at 55 °C, fixing the substrate concentration in the amount of 5 gL -1 . The inoculum used was granular sludge from the thermophilic anaerobic reactor and upflow sludge blanket ( UASB ) for the treatment of vinasse, located at Usina São Martinho , Pradópolis - SP . The results showed that the yield of hydrogen (HY) remained constant between the HDT of 2h to 14h (1.2 H2.mol glycerol and 1.4 mol -1) HRT of 1h and the yield was higher ( 3 moles H2 . glycerol mol -1). The volumetric H2 production was increased with decreasing HRT , with its maximum value of 1508.7 mL.h - 1.L - 1 in lower applied TDH (1h) . The biogas produced was composed of CO2 and H2. The composition varied with the decrease in HRT from 14 to 2h (Step IVII ) in the first seven stages (14 to 2 h ), reaching a mean rate between 50 and 60%. In the last phase, which HRT was 1h , the percentage of H2 biogas reached the maximum value of 70 % . The major metabolites obtained during the first seven stages of operation of the reactor were: Acetic acid (4.5 to 18%), butyric acid (4.3 to 21% ), ethanol (14 to 29%) and 1,3-propanediol (34 to 50%). As for 1h note the HDT of the presence of propionic acid (56%), acetic acid ( 11.5%) and 1,3- propanediol ( 30%).listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, A palavra do outro ouvida e respondida: uma compreensão enunciativa sobre a atividade de recontar histórias nas séries iniciais(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2014-03-25) Cardili, Wuendy Fernanda; Brito, Maria Isabel de Moura; https://lattes.cnpq.br/3337123452909799On the assumption that a text is the guiding object for both teaching and learning, according to words by Geraldi (2003; 2010), the aim of this study is the analysis of written stories retold by students who are in process to become literate and focuses on how a otherness word becomes their own word in written production. Based on enunciative studies of language and on Bakhtin, it is assumed the idea of language as an interactive process and the constitution of the subject. The literacy is comprehended as a discursive process. Thus, the written language acquisition is considered from the relationship between subjects with, about and of the language. The corpus which permitted such analysis is formed by twenty four texts of middle school students from 2nd grade, written in 2010, based on the story Menina bonita do laço de fita by Ana Maria Machado. The genre retelling constitutes of an activity of retelling and happens to be from the perspective of counter-word of somebody else s discourse, in which the students written productions are the answer to somebody else s discourse. The paradigm of evidence, developed by Ginzburg (1986), is the methodological approach used to analyze the written productions and allows the comprehension of the singularity evidences related to written process. The association between the paradigm of evidence and the studies related to written acquisition allows the comprehension of the subject s dialogical relation processes and language. It was intended to develop a reflexive look at texts from the appropriation of the Otherness word. When in contact with other words, the subjects create their own words and by doing so build up meanings for the story. This creation process about language proves that retelling is not a reproduction, but the production of the new. The author s appropriation of words is assimilated to the subjects own words, in the new retold story, whose meeting the word, results in the production of a new text, a new, single and not-repeated enounced in enunciation chain. The retelling presupposes evaluation, comprehension and active and responsive activity in relation to somebody else s discourse. Thus, the dialogic relationship between some enounced, achieved through the activity of retelling reveals itself as an important strategy to produce meanings, in which the retelling allows a (re) signification of written work in school settings.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Indicadores de sustentabilidade no contexto da Política Nacional de Resíduos Sólidos: uma proposta para Bragança Paulista-SP(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2014-03-25) Camargo, Isadora Vilela de; Teixeira, Bernardo Arantes do Nascimento; https://lattes.cnpq.br/1166854416745527; https://lattes.cnpq.br/6516570337538739Urban Solid Waste (USW) management represents an increasing challenge to municipal administration departments due to the growth in quantity of waste and complexity of its management. In Brazil, the National Solid Waste Policy (NSWP), approved in 2010, came to be a reference to local public policies, incorporating a concern with sustainability. Some authors have been proposing sustainability indicators (SI) to USW management since this sector needs tools to help with decision-making actions as well as with democratization of information to the society. However, these works neither consider the definitive content of NSWP, nor the strategic involvement of municipal councils related to the topic. This is important to assess how the conditions of these sustainability indicators match with the sustainability conditions brought by the policy. The aim of this present work was a proposition of a sustainability indicators set for solid waste management in Bragança Paulista-SP by means of consultation to the Municipal Environment Defense Council COMDEMA in the context of the NSWP. The research was based on interfaces assessment of three sets of SI for Solid Waste Management found in the literature with the NSWP. In order to facilitate this process, indicators were grouped in 15 topics, being detected their contribution and restrictions. This assessment, set on local context and researchers perceptions resulted in a proposal of a group of 25 SI which went through COMDEMA s consultation regarding relevance and form. On a second stage, new SI were developed, based on topics identified in the NSWP and were also consulted by the mentioned council. It was possible to ascertain that the NSWP incorporates dimensions of sustainability and many of its aspects are represented in the SI studied. This fact enforces the usefulness of this tool to a more sustainable solid waste management in local level. Nevertheless, to some recent topics such as reverse logistics, shared responsibility, Urban Solid Waste intermunicipal consortiums and recovery of organic solid waste, there were developed new indicators in order to get a more complete management. The final set resulted in 30 SI which meet the five dimensions of sustainability (environmental, social, economic, cultural and political) and include significant aspects of the NSWP as well as characteristic questions of the city. The involvement of COMDEMA, by its composition, engagement and interest, contributed to the access of information and members discussions, resulting in adjustments of the initial set, which include local demands. The experience of consultation adopted in this work, in order to propose SI to the SW management, can support future research, and may be adapted to the reality of other cities. The final SI set, which may come to be totally or partially incorporated to the Municipal Solid Waste Plan, can collaborate with execution of the NSWP in the city, leading it to a more democratic and sustainable management.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, O êxodo cantado: a formação do caipira para a modernidade(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2014-03-25) Faustino, Jean Carlo; Pellegrini, Tânia; https://lattes.cnpq.br/0280434883580627; https://lattes.cnpq.br/9464988436162691This thesis is dedicated to the understanding of the rural exodus in Brazil, from the analysis of modas de viola recorded by the duo Tião Carreiro and Pardinho throughout their career which corresponds to the decades in which happened the great demographic change that turned Brazil predominantly into an urban nation. The analysis is concentrated on the themes that reveal the encounter the Brazilian country culture with the modernity and the consequent endeavor of building the conciliation between the modernity and tradition, which it is trying to put itself into the new social and economic context incorporating new values and at the same time trying to preserve the essence of the Brazilian country cultural identity. From this effort, calls our attention on the lyrics, will arise, from one side, a meaning of the historical continuity resulting from the analogy between the challenges of the present and the past, on the other hand, an undisputed feeling of waste. Waste of material and immaterial goods that the narratives picture like a big epic movement of one people under formation trying to live in a new kind of society.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, O salto do cinema brasileiro contemporâneo no céu do sertão: uma análise dos filmes O Céu de Suely e Viajo porque preciso, volto porque te amo(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2014-03-25) Santos, Márcia Vanessa Malcher dos; Pellegrini, Tânia; https://lattes.cnpq.br/0280434883580627; https://lattes.cnpq.br/6004376537871160The purpose of this research is to think about the representation of the sertão in contemporary Brazilian cinema , from the analysis of two recent films, O Céu de Suely (Karim Aïnouz, 2006) and Viajo porque preciso, volto porque te amo (Karim Aïnouz; Marcelo Gomes, 2010). To this end , we seek to understand the social implications of the sertão‟s denser moments in the national cinema, establishing a fundamental and necessary link between the present and the past. Furthermore, we investigated the relationship between cinema, state and market in the country in order to define the basis of current production and situate the place occupied by cinema from the Northeast in Cultural Industry, which comprises the filmmakers Karim Aïnouz and Marcelo Gomes . Finally, we turn to the chronotope concept of Mikhail Bakhtin, as analytical axis , to think about the dislocate‟s poetics, the remarkable presence of the road and nomadic individuals in the films analyzed. The aim is to map, dialectically, the forms of time and space in the narratives of O Céu de Suely and Viajo porque preciso, volto porque te amo and in the postmodern sociality of which they are part.
