“Admirável mundo do empreendedorismo”: adoção do empreendedorismo como princípio educativo no curso Técnico em Administração do Instituto Federal do Espírito Santo
(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2015-08-25) Pandolfi, Marcelo de Amorim; Lopes, Roseli Esquerdo; https://lattes.cnpq.br/1507752191797249; https://lattes.cnpq.br/9237056901408075
This study approaches the “entrepreneurial education” under a critical perspective, which assesses its ideological and contradictory character. Particularly, it analyses the insertion of the entrepreneurship discussion in the courses addressed to the education of technician in administration of the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Espirito Santo, focusing on the meanings assigned by its students and teachers to a education for Entrepreneurship. The primary and secondary data were collected through research techniques of bibliographical survey, documentary research, interviews, applications of questionnaires and also formation of focal groups were described and discussed both from the point of view of statistical analysis and the theoretical references that determined the study. Authors considered reference in their areas were studied in order to meet the speech in favor of education with focus on Entrepreneurship and, on the other hand, it was adopted the thought of philosopher and political scientist Antonio Gramsci to discuss and analyze critically the theme. It is supported that entrepreneurship is superposed to work, as educational principle, in the coursers addressed to the education of technician in administration of IFES and that although the speech of entrepreneurship have been absorbed in the level of common sense by the students and teachers of these courses, this audience has developed, although embryonic and diffuse form, a germ of good sense in relation to the theme. It is understandable that the position of IFES naturalizes the school duality and reinforces the policy of students early professionalization, which distances, therefore, of the search for a universal and omnipresent project of human formation. Is defended in this study that the education policies of the federal schools, within the high school, incorporate a proposal of a Unitary Education in accordance with gramscian patterns.

This paper describes an integrated process for recovering aluminum, iron, titanium, sodium and silica from red mud through a hydrometallurgical treatment sequence. The disposal of red mud, which is the largest waste produced by the aluminum industry, causes considerable environmental problems, and impacts costs greatly. This work presents a proposal to deal with it. Firstly, red mud is subjected to calcination at the 500-600°C range (thermal activation) so as to modify the structure of the metals present in red mud and make the attack with sulfuric acid easier. Next, the red mud is mixed with sulfuric acid and calcinated at 250- 300 °C (acid calcination). After digestion, the metal sulfates in the cake are dissolved by leaching with water and separated from the silica by filtration . Two routes to recuperate the leached metals are presented here, and the second one is analyzed economically. In this second method, silica is separated by filtration and all other metals in the leached solution are precipitated through a hydrometallurgical process in the form of their oxides. The remaining products present high purity level, thus being more easily marketed.

Heloísa Marinho, Celina Airlie Nina, Nazira Féres Abi-Sáber and Odilon de Andrade Filho have a range of bibliographic production, and research articles regarding the understanding of the child under 06 years in Brazil. Anchored directly to government agencies of their period, the authors sought to present their works in pedagogical ideas for the Early Childhood Education. Faced with this observation, we aimed to understand: The conceptions that concern the School movement would have been appropriate in Brazilian Early childhood education? How the ideals of John Dewey were implemented for the education of children under 06 years? So the main research hypothesis is the incorporation of educational ideas of John Dewey occurred in the core of the hygienist/assistentialist movement, which could have led to distortions and theoretical and methodological mistakes in the use of the Dewey school theory. Thus, our objective is: apprehend and analyze how the educational conceptions of John Dewey were appropriate to "think" the Brazilian Early Childhood Education from to 1934 to1971. As methodological procedures we base our analysis on the theoretical and methodological support of Depaepe (2000; 2005) and Certeau (2008) with regard to the consideration of the research object in its historical context, but also consider the assumptions highlighted by Depaepe (2000; 2005 ) on the "black box" of the classroom, "grammar of schooling" and educacionalization process. Therefore we conducted a literature review about the output for the children under 06 years, considering the period defined for this research. This survey, however, was made in the following journals: Revista Educação, Revista Sociedade e Educação and Revista Brasileira de Estudos Pedagógicos. Regarding proposals to lower education than 06 years in Brazil, it was possible to understand the political and pedagogical demands for this field. In this sense, we sought from the selected material understand the circularity of the ideas that were present in the context of life and production of the four authors selected as the object of our study. Heloisa Marinho, Celina Airlie Nina, Nazira Féres Abi-Saber and Odilon de Andrade Filho highlighted by the direct relationship with government agencies set up at the time to provide the shelter, protection and educational projects for young children in Brazil, among which out: the National Department of Children; National Institute of Pedagogical Studies (INEP); Brazilian-American Assistance Program Elementary Education (PABAEE) and the Center for Studies and Research Helena Antipoff the Pestalozzi Society of Brazil. These authors can be considered active and immersed in national and international debates in the field of Early Childhood Education, with: materials, discussions, guidelines, analysis and activity descriptions for the children. From the analysis of all this material it was found that the set of conceptions present in the New Education ideas were appropriated by these authors, but were used as species of "slogans" that represented the ideas of Dewey, Decroly, Montessori, Froebel, Pestalozzi and Claparede; these appeared as a discourse of "reform" and consequently thus "improving" for the Early Childhood Education.

The present paper researches the exclusive inclusion occurring in the Public High School. The goal of this work is to analyze the exclusive inclusion processes which occur in the State Public High School of Minas Gerais, its policies and acting before the exclusion, as well as analyze the factor that contributes to the students’ failure and school evasion of a state school in Poços de Caldas (MG). The field research was made through interviewing school managers, teachers and students using a questionnaire. The analyzes of the interviews showed in general, that the students are guilty of failing or evading the High School, by taking for granted the free instruction given by the State. There is a little awareness that the State only provides the free instruction, but it does not guarantee the staying of the young in school. The results of the questionnaires showed that there are other social restrictions such as the need of work to help the family, a lack of family support, precocious pregnancy, among others that also contribute to this failure and evasion. Therefore it is clear that the failures and evasions are not connected only to the school, but also to the families, to the government policies, and the student itself. We consider that the school must go beyond the role as a simple knowledge and reproductive transmitter, to be a knowledge production establishment, so being strengthened by knowledge and criticality, it may break free from the shackles of neoliberal system.

This work analyzes the established funding policy in co-management agreement between the Municipal Health Sector Campinas and the Health Service Dr. Cândido Ferreira (Serviço de Saúde Dr. Cândido Ferreira–SSCF) since 1990. From the professionals‘ speech who works in this institution, I describe how, in the SSCF, making politics is inherent to the clinical practice, the negotiating relationship with that Health Sector, the writing strategies and manufacturing agreement documents. The ethnography was held at the Agreement Monitoring Commission, at the House Commission, at the meeting of the Therapeutic Residential Services‘ Team (Serviço Residencial Terapêutico–SRT) and at one training course of this professionals in this area and at commemorative event of the 20 years of its implementation. The changes arising from the reform process within the psychiatric model, described was based on mnemonic professional‘s speech, and its effects on the life of one resident of SRT, reveals the technical and architectural rearrangements that produced the rehabilitation of the inmates, the Individual Therapeutic Project and to a support network. In SRT, a ―care technology‖ was implemented, drawn from the singularity of users, combining not only psychiatric procedures and knowledge, but also clinical, psychological and geriatric in monitoring interventions (continuous control), monitoring (monitoring the distance) and management in order to govern the conduct and the life project of those. The ―clinic of detail‖, the ―therapeutic management‖ and the ―co-management relationship‖ allows the team to evaluate, calculate and discuss the individual demand, rationalized in data which are recorded in documents and made into parameters that disseminate information between professionals enabling the latter to measure the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions and improve them, plan them and manage the SRT goals. This way of proceeding, that transmutes the information in singular knowledge that subscribe thus into documents and makes them visible to the municipal administrators, justifies funding and authorizes the government practices to the SRT.

The Jatropha (Jatropha curcas L.), which belongs to the the family of Euphorbia is a plant genetically close to the Castor Plant (Ricinus communis l.), coming from Central America and being currently distributed in all tropical regions of the globe. In Brazil, this crop has received special attention as an alternative for the supply of vegetable oil as a raw material for biodiesel manufacturing, due to the biotechnological potential of its seeds. Several studies aimed at climatic adaptations and productivity have been developed on genetic variability of J. curcas; but few studies have been developed focusing on the analysis of the microbial community associated with this species. The interior of the plant is inhabited by endophyte microorganisms, which can be isolated from disinfected surface and do not put on risk the plant tissues of the host plant. This group of microorganisms has the ability to stimulate the growth of plants by direct mechanisms, such as/biological fixation of nitrogen, solubilization of inorganic phosphate indole acetic acid production (AIA) and indirect mechanisms, such as the antagonism towards phytopathogens. Moreover, endophytic microorganisms are considered promising for bioprospecting of enzymes. The aim of this study was to perform the characterization of seventy-two endophytic bacteria associated with the J. curcas plants, with potential for promoting plant growth and enzyme production. Of this total of tested isolates 40% showed positive results for fixation of atmospheric nitrogen, 43% solubilized inorganic phosphate, 69% have produced AIA, 36% showed some antagonistic activity to phytopathogenic fungi Alternaria alternata, 12% for Ceratocystis paradoxa, 22% for Fusarium proliferatum and 23% for Fusarium verticillioides. Regarding enzymatic activity, 16% of the isolates evaluated showed amyloid activity, 29% endoglycolytic, 29% lipolytic, 20% esterase, 46% pectinolytic (18% poligalacturonase and 43% pectato lyase) 37% proteolytic. From a collection of seventy two bacterial isolates, twenty-five were identified by means of the partial 16S rDNA gene embracing seven different genres: Bacillus, Citrobacter, Curtobacterium, Enterococcus, Microbacterium, Promicromonosporaceae and Sanguibacter were isolated as endophytic bacteria of Jatropha.

Identificação estrutural de metabólitos provenientes do metabolismo in vitro de compostos bioativos e estudos de fenotipagem enzimática

This work reports studies of in vitro metabolism involving the compound 3-(2-chloro-6-fluorobenzyl)- imidazolidine-2,4-dione (LPSF-PT-31), a new 2-adrenoceptor agonist and, studies of enzyme phenotyping of montelukast, a drug used for the treatment of asthma. The results of this study revealed that LPSF-PT-31 is metabolized via CYP P450s in rat and human liver microsomes, producing only one major hydroxy-metabolite. LPSFPT- 31 showed a higher rate of in vitro metabolism in rats, which suggests a greater exposure to the drug in humans. The structural identification of LPSF-PT-31 metabolite’s was achieved through LC-MSn and 1H-NMR analysis that provided data to conclude that the hydroxylation occurred in the 5th position of the imidazolidine ring yielding to the production of 3-(2-chloro-6-fluorobenzyl)-5-hydroxyimidazolidine-2,4- dione. Related to the studies of enzyme phenotyping of montelukast, it was observed that the glucuronidation is the main clearance pathway of montelukast accounting for ~85% of the total apparent in vitro Clint (CYPs +UGTs) and that the CYP-mediated oxidation accounts only for ~15% to the overall metabolism of the drug, being montelukast acyl-β-D-glucuronide and montelukast 1,2 diol the major metabolites formed via UGTs and CYPs, respectively. Kinetic studies, correlation analysis, inhibition studies and, experiments in expressed CYPs and UGTs revealed that the CYP2C9 and CYP2C8 are comparably involved in the formation of montelukast 1,2- diol. CYP3A4 was responsible for the formation of 21(R)-OH montelukast and 21(S)- OH montelukast, while multiple CYPs catalyzed the formation of 25-OH montelukast (CYP2C8>2C9>3A4>2C19). The direct glucuronidation of montelukast resulted in the formation of montelukast acyl-β-D-glucuronide and of a new metabolite (Mglucuronide) not reported previously and was exclusively catalyzed by isoform UGT1A3. In conclusion, the in vitro data suggest that the applicability of montelukast as a probe of CYP2C8 activity in vitro and in vivo may be severely compromised due to important role of UGT1A3 and involvement of multiple CYPs in its metabolism. In addition, considering the lack of selective markers for UGT1A3, montelukast may be used as a selective marker of the UGT1A3 in vitro and in vivo.

The use of precast concrete system in multi-storey buildings demand for structural solutions that enable its horizontal stability without implicating the architectural and economic aspects, its challenge is borne by the structural engineer, who often need to assign additional structures (substructures of bracing) that provide the rigidity necessary to ensure the overall stability of the assembly. This study aims to analyze and evaluate the technical and economic performance of bracing systems applied to buildings with multiple floors with precast concrete structure and can be justified by the current need to develop appropriate technically ways of choice in the constructive system. The development of this study is the analysis of global stability in multi-storey buildings with the application of bracing systems, evaluating the influence of the stiffness and the arrangement of these elements in the performance of the structure, and comparing the concrete consumption values of the structures formed by beams and columns (disregarding the slabs and the foundation), and also values of the efforts in the foundation. To develop this study we used the commercial software STRAP® as a support tool for calculations, where the results gotten by it, showed that the bracing substructures improved the behavior of the structures analyzed in the issue of global stability. Finally, they were provided the necessary subsidies for the proper choice of the wind bracing system to be employed on the structures analyzed in this work.

In the current globalized world, the market is characterized by the high competitiveness, easy access to information and high consumer demand. The analysis of the impacts of lean office application to the supply unit on a construction company is very relevant, considering that companies focused on the civil construction area depend for consolidation of their businesses, efficient management strategies and suppliers of materials and services, external to their organization. The use of lean office as a management tool in the purchasing department of construction companies offers a competitive advantage amid the current market situation. Thereby, this study seeks to clearly conceptualize the lean philosophy and its tools as well as the management of the information systems and also the management of the supply chain, among other aspects. One construction company was then selected for the design research. This company contributes with information for the accomplishment of this work. The method used in this dissertation consists in describing the company, drawing the preliminary map of the supply unit, from this, it was possible to draw up the value stream map in the present state. With this map it could be analyzed and proposing improvements in the production process and then, designed a value stream map in the future state, applying these enhancements. The results led to the identification of flaws and possible opportunities for management improvements in the company.
