listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Conhecimentos da Terapia Ocupacional no Brasil : um estudo sobre trajetórias e produções(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2016-12-01) Cardinalli, Isadora; Silva, Carla Regina; https://lattes.cnpq.br/6417501858864106; https://lattes.cnpq.br/6223737818201084This work aims at the production of knowledge about Occupational Therapy in Brazil. This subject is explored by means of the current view of the scientific profile and the historical course of the profession from written and oral sources, reflecting on knowledge, conceptions and perspectives produced by occupational therapists up to the present time, including external and internal forces that make up the production of knowledge and action fields. The objective of this research is to understand the processes of production of knowledge about Brazilian Occupational Therapy by means of professional trajectories, theoretical and methodological production, conceptions and perspectives. It is about an exploratory research of a subject that is supposed to be revised nowadays with a qualitative and participant approach bringing the participants to the dialogue and composition of the text. Plural methodological procedures, articulated and compound, have been included at the presentation of results. Researchers who invest on general subjects of the Brazilian Occupational Therapy have been identified through a mapping process. Two identified researchers and three occupational therapists indicated by them are the interlocutors of this work, because of their production of dialogues about Brazilian Occupational Therapy in a comprehensive way. These interlocutors have been interviewed to get to know their trajectories, conceptions, perspectives and production about Occupational Therapy. Historical routes, challenges about the profession in Brazil, their construction of knowledge and debate on identity have been presented. It reflects about fundamentals, epistemology and theoretical and methodological perspectives, objects of study, concepts, conceptions and knowledge of Occupational Therapy in Brazil along history and at the present time. The aim is to value the diversity of expressions, stories and the interlocutors' individual production as well as to relate to their trajectories and experiences in knowledge production, which currently contribute for the composition of the net of knowledge about the profession. By means of their individual trajectory and its context, it is possible to find connections and instigating components for knowledge production about the profession. By gathering action fields, knowledge areas, references, support nets and other interlocutors, it has been possible to map part of the composition of the net of knowledge production of the profession at the present time. Some changes and transformation have been observed in the way of conceiving a profession, of acting and producing knowledge which influences on the national identity of Occupational Therapy and its epistemologic construction. It has been possible to explore the field, make up stories, memories, trajectories and reflect on produced knowledge about the profession in Brazil, thus, conceiving history and memory as collective and social constructions, identifying this way, producers and interlocutors of this knowledge and outstanding connection points in their trajectory, valuing knowledge production about Brazilian Occupational Therapy, and contributing for a discussion around general knowledge about the profession, its fundamentals, epistemology, identity, concepts, conceptions and perspectives, theoretical and methodological, in the Brazilian and contemporary context.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Relational structure in the global automotive industry: groups, networks and fields(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2016-12) Sacomano Neto, Mário; Matui, Paulo César; Candido, Silvio Eduardo Alvarez; Amaral, Roniberto Morato do; https://lattes.cnpq.br/0000793038362058Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze the network structure of automotive companies linked by cross-shareholding, joint ventures, manufacturing contracts and alliances, from 2004 to 2012. The study also explored how the network structure affects the competition in the field. Design/methodology/approach: The sample involved 3695 dyads. Based on this data, it was possible to build and assess networks using Gephi and UCINET software. The study considered network analysis metrics such as centrality, group and network densities temporally. Thus, associated with a contextual and longitudinal analysis, the construction of sociograms allowed visualization of the interactional structure and the automakers’ position in the field. Findings: Results showed that the internationalization and growth of automakers and suppliers are made possible through these relationships among companies (cross-shareholding, joint ventures, manufacturing contracts and alliances). Connections may generate greater power, access to resources and market opportunities. It also enhanced the elaboration of inferences about how these resources influence the competition in the field. Originality/value: The increasing importance of this relational resource shapes the industry competitive structure, which is composed of cooperative and competitive relationships found in meso-level orders.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Análise do estado de conservação do manguezal do rio Sergipe(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2016-12-01) Soares, Marcelo Steinmetz; Soares, João Juares; https://lattes.cnpq.br/6093800182799882; https://lattes.cnpq.br/1377239701436382Mangroves are ecological systems at the interface between marine and terrestrial regions and subjected to natural disturbances of the stressful environment and anthropogenic actions due to urban development. The mangrove of the Rio Sergipe suffers high environmental pressure because this river, in addition to bathe the capital of the State of Sergipe and other cities in the region, is surrounded by agricultural areas and aquaculture tanks. The objective of this work was to analyze the state of conservation of this mangrove considering the structure of the vegetation, human interference by the presence and quantification of trash and burrows of crabs, regeneration capacity through the quantification of individuals regenerating and elaboration of environmental vulnerability map. The results obtained show that the mangrove vegetation of Rio Sergipe presents, for the most part, good condition considering their structure and composition. Aspects such as the presence and number of burrows of crabs give indications of anthropogenic interference. Environmental vulnerability analysis demonstrated a high degree of susceptibility considering the set of information about the type, use and occupation of the soil, geology, geomorphology and climate. Considering the set of information in this paper can be considered that the mangrove forest of Rio Sergipe is in good condition, but is susceptible to anthropogenic interference of various natures because of their degree of vulnerability and the occupation and human exploration. So it is recommended if intense surveillance and awareness of the importance of the mangrove forest.
