listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Teoria dos conjuntos fuzzy: da simulação ao letramento para alunos do ensino médio(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2017-08-14) Sant'Anna, Camila dos Santos; Peixoto, Magda da Silva; https://lattes.cnpq.br/0413910306376054In this work we present a research carried out in the classroom with the objective of treating subjective questions through the Fuzzy Logic with students of the third year of high school. We begin with the study of the basic concepts of Fuzzy Set Theory and systems based on fuzzy rules. Then, aiming at an application, we developed a fuzzy system to evaluate the risk of an individual developing type 2diabetes, from risk factors. Finally, we propose a didactic sequence to the students, through a questionnaire and a lecture given by the author. The results of the research are presented and, if on the one hand they indicate the difficulty of the students with the fuzzy reasoning, on the other hand, demonstrated the interest and the role of Logica Fuzzy, and therefore, of Mathematics in solving problems of our daily life.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Arcano 17, de André Breton : magia e transcendência(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2017-08-14) Ornelas, Fernanda Taís; Santos, Alcides Cardoso dos; https://lattes.cnpq.br/1331980025109350; https://lattes.cnpq.br/0231511263478065The present study analyses, through an exam of the surrealist thought and its magic, esoteric and philosophic bias, the presence of magic, esotericism and transcendence in André Breton‟s Arcanum 17, wrote in 1944. To this regard, this study is based on the main ideas and evolution of the French movement throughout the years, exposed by authors such as Maurice Nadeau (2008), Marguerite Bonnet (1988), Jacqueline Chénieux-Gendron (1992) and Octavio Paz (2001) to examine the presence of the Hermeticism, Alchemy and Kabbalah, the three main influences of Surrealism regarding the esoteric tradition, highlighted by critics such as Octavio Paz (2001), Maria Lúcia Dal Farra (2008), Claudio Willer (2008) e Michel Carrouges (1950). However it is less influential, the importance of Georg Wilhelm Friedrich Hegel‟s absolute idealism will also be analyzed based on Anna Balakian‟s (1986) and Marguerite Bonnet‟s (1992) studies. Finally, this study also draws on the symbolic analysis of the elements of the text, grounded on Jean Chevalier‟s and Alain Gheerbrant‟s (2014) work.listelement.badge.dso-typeItem, Educação não-formal e divulgação de astronomia no Brasil : atores e dinâmica da área na perspectiva da Complexidade(Universidade Federal de São Carlos, 2017-08-14) Marques, Joana Brás Varanda; Freitas, Denise de; https://lattes.cnpq.br/3330976062026878; https://lattes.cnpq.br/6595009955921694This research focuses on non-formal education and dissemination of astronomy in the Brazilian context. In previous works, we have already investigated this theme and obtained, through a Delphi study, an overview of the main problems of the area and some of the possible solutions for them, according to the opinion of a representative set of specialists. The present research has as it main objective the construction of a portrait of the non-formal education of astronomy in Brazil having as theoretical and methodological basis the theory of complexity. This foundation allows us to have a multidimensional view of this theme, to perceive its structures, but also its relations, and to identify patterns, contradictions and complementarities. We used, as data sources, the responses given to the previous Delphi study by the 34 specialists who participated in this study until the end. Through content analysis, we developed two categorizations of the experts' opinions on systemic networks - one thematic and the other complex. The thematic systemic network allows us to describe the area in terms of the following categories: disseminators, public, offer, research, working conditions, financing and relation with formal education. The complex systemic network allows us to look at the area as a system and to analyze the structures, functions, flows and processes involved, as well as different temporal and scalar levels in which the system evolves. In addition to the description and understanding of the area that can be obtained using these categorizations, we also sought, through statistical techniques of cluster analysis, to investigate the existence of patterns and response profiles that allow for a clearer understanding of the different dynamics and realities that make up this heterogeneous area. This analysis was based on the results of the systemic networks together with the characterization data of the specialists (age, years of experience, area of action, etc.). We contend that this more detailed study is of great interest to the area of non-formal education and dissemination of Astronomy in Brazil, because it clarifies the area based on a deep self- reflection. This study presents a contribution to the area of non-formal education and dissemination of astronomy in Brazil, because it has as result the clarification of a profound and unprecedented reflection that the area has done on itself, through its expert members.
